Everyone here is great but their head mechanic Luis is the absolute best. My family has used him exclusively for years. In addition to being super nice and excellent at what he does he is extremely honest. You can trust Luis to tell you what needs to be done now and what you can wait on if you want. He goes above and beyond and always gets it done right for a very reasonable price!

Gas was priced competitive with other stations but a lot lower than the Cape. Store and restroom were very clean. The cashier was friendly. What else could you ask for???

I have been using Hanover Shell for over 10 years and brought at least 3 different vehicles here for maintenance.The combination of honesty, professionalism, good communication and quality results you find here is difficult to match. These guys are a family business, so they don't have any turnover. You see the same people you trust every time you return.Another repair job well done! Excellent service. I appreciate how honest and friendly the team is here at this Shell. The station always looks nice and clean too. It's obvious the people here take pride in their work and in their business. It's really refreshing to see and experience as a customer. Thank you!! My car had an issue with its door locks and this team figured it out and it cost MUCH less than at the dealer. Always reliable, excellent service.

My husband and I have been having our vehicles serviced at Shell for about two years now. Every time I need something I continue to be blown away by their customer service. Not only do they do great work but, the services are always done in a timely manner. My dad was a mechanic and always did the work on all of my cars, he s older now so I decided to make the jump to a garage. Their prices are affordable and very reasonable, this is coming from someone who never had to pay for labor! Like I said about their customer service, they know not only me but my husband and kids by name. They have picked up and dropped off myself AND my kids so we were able to get our car fixed and it was done same day. My engine just started overheating, no problem drop it off and we can do it today. They go above and beyond every single time. I can t say enough about Luis, Ronnie and their employees!

I purchased new tires online and had them mounted and balanced here and the experience was excellent. I called and was able to go right away and everything was done within 2 hours or so. Will definitely be back.

My family has been coming here for years. As mentioned they know most of us by name and have never had a bad experience! Stopped by today to get gas and figured I d ask if they do batteries. Took the time to test both my original battery and my alternator before confirming it was my battery. Had a new one in 20 minutes later for the same prices I d seen by less reputable shops online. Fixed a nail in my grandmother s tire yesterday and filled her tank. Honest, reasonable, and fast service.

Lewis is reasonable and thorough. He always offers detailed explanations of what's going on, what are the options, and what he would do. I love going here and walking over to Trader Joe's or Panera for a cup of coffee while I wait!

I was using the Stop and Shop rewards and the pump said "you've saved $0.60 per gallon", the pump charged the normal amount. When I went inside to ask about it they told me that I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do because I did the transaction outside, if I did it inside he could help. He then told me I must have done something wrong and he wasn't giving me money and to go away. When I said if he can't help at all then he's lost a customer he said "Whatever, get f*** out anyway then". Classy service, I'll be going elsewhere for gas from now on. Lost a customer over $9... way to go moron!

Clean location, set right across from the old Hanover Mall. Pump was in clean and newer looking condition. Price of gas at my time of visit was about 10cents a gallon more than two other stations in the area

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for an inspection while I was down here for work. Told them when I dropped off my car I needed a new drivers side brake light. I came back an hour or so later to see a rejection sticker on my car. I asked why and they said I had no brake lights. Someone was supposed to come out to talk to me but never did. I was told it was probably electrical and I needed to get someone that does electrical. I live 80 miles away, and had to drop my car off at a dealership in this area, rent a car, take a day off work to come back here today to ger my car. Only to find out, the reason the brake lights did not work was because in a Kia, if a light blows out it will stop the brake lights from coming on at times. If they had replaced it like I told them when going in there, I would not have had to rent a car, miss a day of work or spend $$$ on diagnosis at a dealership. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he yelled at ME then began to mock me when I told him if they just replaced the bulb, none of this would have happened. He told me it was my responsibility to find what the issue was. YOU ARE A MECHANIC! You cant replace a bulb? Worst experience ever. Rude. Disrespectful. Childish. Lost hundreds of $$ of dollars becasue he could not replace a $5 brake light. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
