Left my car to get fixed because they didn t fix the first time , now there huge marks and Scratches on my car and they said they didn t do it. I have witnesses that followed me to drop my car off. There were no prior black marks on my vehicle. Bad place to buy car it was a lemon

About a month ago I purchased my new to me 2019 Lincoln nautilus and I couldn t be happier! Bob Hurley was very efficient and helpful! He did a great job at answering my moms long list of questions. Easiest car buying experience I ve had! Thanks Bob! You re the best!

Thank you Bob Hurley for making our experience efficient and transparent. We recently inherited a vehicle and needed to sell the extra car in the house. We used the Kelley Blue Book Dealer network and received two offers. After scheduling the appointment with Bob he was efficient and honest and it took less time than we thought, and they did not try to "Sell" us another vehicle or low ball us on the offer. Bob and Dave were both great throughout the whole process of purchasing my RAV4, I can t recommend this dealership enough! Their patience, fairness and kindness is something I will never forget, especially throughout a process I ve historically known to be stressful. They made the whole process very easy and understandable.

Set up an appointment to test drive a Mini. Got to the lot and Bob told myself and my fianc� that it hadn t gone through the shop yet and they weren t sure if they were going to sell it (depended on their inspection). Why was I able to schedule a test drive then? Why had it been listed for sale for almost an entire month? Looked at the car, which was leaking dirty oil out the bottom and had significant scratches inside and out.Out of politeness, I went inside to give my trade in and contact information. Bob talked directly to my fianc� the entire time and shook his hand as we were leaving. Seemed shocked that I, a woman, would shake his hand, even though I was the one making the deal.And that s not even to mention the fact that he gave us this whole rundown about how he wouldn t even consider a negotiation, despite the vehicle being significantly overpriced.Advice to Bob: Don t talk down to people because they re younger than you. Don t talk down to people and treat them poorly because they re women. And don t assume you can trick everyone you talk to; we re both in the automotive industry and will never be returning.

I would just like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service we received during our entire car shopping experience. My husband and I started here with salesmen Chris and after looking at a couple of your vehicles we decided to go and look around at a few other local places just to see all our options. We didn't have a very good experience and had met all sorts of characters either pressuring us or not knowing what they had for inventory or prices it was very scary. We immediately came back to Chris after being made to feel so comfortable and safe. He had the experience and knowledge that made this entire process so pleasant. Chris stayed with us and made sure everything was perfect all the way until the very end. I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to come see him now knowing how great of an experience this can be. I'd also like to mention Bill in financing. My husband has a very busy work schedule with minimal time and Bill had us in and out within 30 minutes!Thanks again to all involved, we will be back!

I can t say enough great things about Dave Delaney s Columbia Motors. From the outset of the purchasing process, Dave was friendly and honest, and genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart. He is a consummate professional and certainly doesn t possess the characteristics of a used car salesman ! I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and was treated with respect and fairness and the entire process was transparent and seamless. I went to Dave Delaney s to sell my car after using the KBB instant cash offer feature. I would recommend this to ANYONE looking to sell/trade their car, and I would only recommend going to Dave s. I worked with Bob, and he made the process so easy. They cut me a check on the spot, and I left with a smile on my face. I had tried to go to a different dealership prior to this and was offered MUCH LESS by a stereotypical car salesmen Dave s was the complete opposite. If you re thinking about selling, do it at Dave s!

My wife and I just purchased our Jeep from Bob at Dave Delaney's. Coming from the used car business, I've seen all types of dealers and the tactics they use during a deal. Bob and Dave are extremely transparent and make buying a car hassle-free. There's no pressure, no gimmicks, and nothing that made us question anything after leaving. Dave stocks an assortment of vehicles that are very clean! They're straight to the point, easy, and very reasonable to work with. I highly recommend Dave Delaney's Columbia when buying your next vehicle!

My husband and I have purchased 10 cars in 4 states over the past 30 years, and have never experienced anything like the mistakes, miscommunications, and terrible customer service at Dave Delaney s Columbia Auto. The day we test drove the car, intending to buy it, Bob Hurley berated us for not knowing how financing a car works, stating that all dealerships work the way his does (they don t); tried to send us on our way without completing the paperwork; then suggested WE do the paperwork ourselves - that he d give us the car dealership s bank account number and routing number so we could complete the financing???!!!!!!!! Knowing that we were traveling nearly four hours each way and expected to purchase the vehicle that day, it would have been helpful to know that they expected a check in hand instead of pre-approved financing as had been discussed. We liked the car though and it was a good price, so we put the money down to secure it and signed the paperwork, thinking it would be resolved in the next few days. Nope. The whole next week and a half we were in limbo, despite giving them a tracking number so that Dave could confirm receipt of funds, which he point-blank refused to do. Every opportunity that Bob Hurley and Dave Delaney had to make things right or resolve the problems was met with stonewalling and incompetence. Thankfully, on our second trip down, which necessitated time off work, we were finally able to pick up the car and it is perfect for us. That said, I would never send anyone to this dealership or trust either Bob or Dave with any business that was important to me or my community.

My search for a used Honda Fit with a manual transmission and low mileage took me to this car dealership all the way on the other side of the state from where I live. There are few things I hate more than buying cars because people always try to con you and do the hard sell. Additionally as a woman I will say that more than once I have experienced chauvinistic, condescending behavior from car salespeople, which is pretty appalling. When I spoke with Bob on the phone, he understood I was coming from Western Mass. and he said he would put the keys aside for me and if someone else wanted to look at the car he would explain I had first dibs and was on my way. When I arrived he handed me the keys and said go check it out and if you like it bring it around to the front and I'll put plates on it and you can test drive it. The hands off approach was so refreshing and lovely. The car was great and he handled the rest of it with me from across the state with clear communication and responsiveness. When I returned to pick up the car, everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Bob and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and did not play any games. The car is in great shape and everyone there was so professional and straightforward. I would glady drive two and a half hours again next time I need a car.

I sold my Toyota Prius to Dave Delaney's Columbia and was very satisfied with my transaction with them. They honored the price given by Kelly Blue Book and made the entire transaction an easy one. They even spotted that I had left my EZ Pass transponder behind when I cleaned out my car, saved me a trip back. Dave and Bob, Thank you for the great price you gave me for my car and ease of dealing with it all!!

My sister bought a car from Dave a while back with a warranty,Her transmission failed they installed a used one no cost but the bell housing on transmission was broken so themechanic used jb weld to hold the transmission mount in place from moving, real professional work done here at this shop Good job guys. I will never recommend anyone going here to buy a vehicle ever, the jb weld doesn't work

I am a relatively new customer however when I purchased a new car I wanted to find a certified repair shop in my area to ensure quality service. After looking into a few places I stumbled upon Columbia.I cannot say enough good things about this business. They have an incredibly helpful and intelligent staff. One of the technicians came out and spoke directly to me to explain the work needed on my car. This business is very clean and even has a window for you to see the technicians working on your car! It also has a large comfortable waiting room with a television. I would recommend this service center to anyone that is looking for honest and reasonably priced work.

Great experience from beginning to end. Bob was easily the most real and transparent salesman that I've dealt with. Very honest and up front which goes a long way. Fair with pricing and very knowledgeable regarding their selection of vehicles. I'd go back in a heart beat. Thanks to them I've got the Jeep I've been dreaming of since I was a kid! Great place!

There s no hidden fees or poor car selection here. Dave Delaney s is honest and upfront with what you ll be paying. They re also on the drive program so waiting in RMV lines is not a problem here! Staff here were down to earth and easy to contact so purchasing a car here was very easy.

I purchased my vehicle roughly 5 years ago from, Colombia motor sports. An 05 trailblazer. It's still running and has been a great vehicle. It had a brake issue when I drove it off the lot after purchase, and his mechanic had a nice clean bay and was professional, and took care of my brakes. The only thing they never addressed was a bad actuator for the rear ac/heating system. I would purchase a vehicle from here again when the time comes.

Purchased vehicle from them and couldn't be happier with my 2007 jeep, even after I had a problem they took care of it for me. Dave Delaney is a very nice guy and won't screw you over. I love my car!

I went to this dealership hoping to buy a 06 chevy 2500 hd. I am recovering from credit fraud and unfortunately things did not work out. Through out the entire procedure they were kind and curious not once did I feel like they were rude to me because of my credit. They returned all my phone calls never felt pressured. I put a 500 $ hold on the truck and they returned my money the day I decided ur would not work. Highly highly recommended dealership. Both Dan and Sarah were fantastic to deal with class acts!!!!

Worst experience ever! Disreputable!! Stay away! Sadly, this is a long story short: Agreed on a price, told us he would do the work and be ready in a week for a test drive. Over a month of us calling and emailing every week to see if the car was ready. Finally get in for a test drive (checkbook in hand), took it for a drive, stopped at my brothers and had him take a look, said the timing belt needed to be done but not a problem for me to suck up the cost of that, as I tried to leave, the car would not shift into gear. Finally after several attempts by my brother and I, it shifted into drive. Drove directly back to the dealership. One of the sales staff greeted me and when I showed him the issue (had him get in and try) explaining that the car was for my teen-aged daughter and I didn't want her becoming stranded somewhere and call me crying for a ride - to which he responded "Just get her some tissues"....I said that being a safety issue, that it would need to be fixed. We went into the office where I explained to Dave (who eventually looked up from his cell phone) about the issue. He said that he'd have it fixed a.s.a.p. and give me a call when ready. I went home and a couple of hours later I rec'd an email from Dave stating that while "he was out looking for more inventory" someone came in and bought the car. Really?? Oh, but there's a car of lesser value that we could look at, it just needs to go through the shop first! The classic bait and switch. A real man would've just said "you know what, can we re-negotiate a price since the car needed more work than originally anticipated?" To which I would have readily agreed. But NO, he'd much rather play me for a fool and send a chain of completely asinine and unprofessional emails back and forth, basically stating that WE waited to long, that WE hesitated and lost out because some phantom person came in and paid for a car that wouldn't go into gear (and if they did in fact come in during that two hours and buy the very car that we had agreed upon then Delaney obv. didn't tell them about that little intermittent issue). Should've done my due diligence with the BBB BEFORE heading there. "Potential" buyers beware!

I bought a Ford F-150 from them a little over a month ago, and I have to say they were great to me. Sarah and Dan were so helpful: Dave was a really great guy providing me with great service/ deal too. I will definitely be going back here in the future for a vehicle.

I came in to the shop for a new starter and a brake issue. After it was evaluated the service manager called me with a quote that seemed reasonable to me. A few hours my car done and believe it or not the price was actually under what they had originally told me. Car is running like a top at the moment and I will for sure be back!!

Fantastic service! Super friendly staff and manager. Went in for regular vehicle inspection, oil change and tire rotation and was out in no time. I recommend this place if you want great service. Runs like new!

Since the the beginning of our transaction with this dealership there has been nothing but hassle after hassle. They had an opportunity to fix something they screwed up which would have cost them $75. I feel so strongly about my dislike of this dealership and it doesn t even have to do with the car. It s the lack of effiency of the people who work there and their inability to fix a simple situation. Beware- don t trust them.

I've done business with Dave in the past at his old shop in front of the mall. Its the same ingredients just a new location. I buy cars from Dave Delaney cause it's Dave Delaney. He puts his name on everything he sells and is always there. He runs his buisness!Btw My daughter loves her new car.5 stars is not enough!

So you have no problem taking 3000 from a hard working mother and selling her a jetta that had a blown motor prior to her purchase (your techs suck at cleaning by the way), two weeks before the warranty expired the airbag light came on and she called you to set up a warranty repair and magically your new scan tool that scans airbags wouldnt be in until after the warranty expired and you wouldnt work with her. Now in the last day, where your techs cut the exhaust to do the motor swap, the pieces of pipe that were a shady repair from the get go, expanded so much that the exhaust rattled loose and now the jetta sounds like a damn tank. For a company that claims execptional customer service, it is exceptional, except when you need repairs done.Stay far away from these sleazes. Only care about money, not customers
