This week was my second time getting my car repaired at Colonial and I was incredibly satisfied both times. Speedy turnaround time, quality work, and they clean the car to top it all off! Friendly staff also, owner included

Chuck and his staff were very responsive to my calls and emails and to my insurance company. They were professional, pleasant to work with and they did an incredible job on my car. I will use no other body shops Colonial Auto Body.

I was looking up Colonial's number today to bring them yet another repair, and was surprised to see a negative review. This shop has done excellent work for me in the past, most recently cost effectively rebuilding a large rusted out area on the rear quarter panel of an older Subaru and repairing a long dent from the wheel well to the rear door of a newer Camry. Both times the repairs were undetectable and the paint was matched exactly. Out of curiosity I clicked on "Jack Sparrow" and his reviews consist of four one star reviews, or rather rants. One complained about being "scammed" when a free estimate was not detailed enough, another was about the amount of avocado in his sandwich. So take that for what it's worth. I would trust no one else to repair the damage that my son's car suffered in an accident just this morning.

Jack Sparrow (who supposedly brought his luxury car to us) is a fictional character from Pirates of the Carribean and I can assure you we never serviced his vehicle. Fake reviews are very damaging to small businesses. We have many obstacles making it in our business, and as a company that strives to deliver top notch quality and excellent customer service these can be a serious threat. Thank you to all of our customers for your continued support.
