The absolute best experience with Evan, Joe and Dave! Evan took his time finding exactly what I needed (7 or 8 passenger, great warranty and something with back up camera) when he had me test drive my Atlas, he took the time to explain the different features, the safety ratings and how easy it was to have multiple car seats and still access the third row. He really took the time to hear what I needed and find exactly what I wanted. After filling out paperwork with Joe we were well on our way to financial with Dave. The entire process was so smooth and all in all with test drive took less then 2 hours. I bought my car Friday and had it Monday night. Full tank and completely detailed. This Atlas is the best car I ever bought but any time I need a new vehicle I will 100% be back to coastal VW. Their service department is incredible and reliable, make an appointment for faster service! Best experience buying a car hands down. I didn t feel pressured once. They even called a few days after I picked up to make sure everything was perfect and going smoothly. Will be back for the service department and when my kids need cars.

Evan made buying my new car easy and stress free. He made sure I got a great deal and made it so that I was never at the dealership for an extended amount of time. He is personable and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend going to see Evan for your new VW!

Had the absolute best experience with Evan and Joe transferring into my new Atlas Cross-sport. Evan helped find exactly what I was looking for while giving me the little boost of confidence I needed to go for it. Joe also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed to get the car in my hands immediately without any extra added stress. Couldn t recommend Volkswagen or their team enough for making such a big decision seem so easy and seamless.

After feeling exhausted and defeated shopping around at other dealerships, I decided to try this place who my friend recommended to me. I m so glad I did! Evan, Joe and Ron took great care of me. I felt super comfortable with Evan and I felt like he was being honest with me which was not my experience at other places.He gave me the best deal out of all the places I went to. I would recommend to any of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle!!

I had a wonderful experience buying a certified used car from Coastal VW in December 2023. After test-driving the car, I initially went there to look at, I changed my mind thinking it was just a little too small for my family of 5. Our sales rep was John Walker. He was so patient and nice while we were somewhat difficult making our decision. He showed us a different car that suited us right and soon after the test drive, we decided to purchase it. I felt like negotiations with John were very fair regarding my trade-in. With all my indecision I ended up being at the dealership from 12:30-6 pm! It was a long day but I admit it was kind of fun. It was a very busy day at the dealership so there was a lot of waiting around. Everyone was so friendly and engaging. Richard Grant stepped in to do our finance paperwork and he made it so easy to understand. He answered all my questions patiently and not being annoyed when he had to redo papers when I changed my mind about the length of the loan and down payment. Overall, we are very happy with our new car and our experience with the people who helped us at this dealership. Thank you, Johnny and Rich.Update Jan 17, 2024. About one week after I brought the car home the steering wheel knob stopped working. We figured it was just a fuse or relay - it was working when we bought the car. Even though they didn't have to Coastal took the car to Audi to fix the relay/steering wheel adjustment at no charge when technically they could've asked me to use my warranty. I appreciate them going above and beyond since I had just bought the car. They weren't able to do it at their location - had to go to Audi and that's what they did.

Casually stopped @ Coastal VW to look at the Tiguan without an appt. Salesperson Evan couldn't have been more accommodating with a pleasant non push manner. Helpful instruction & fabulous communication throughout the process. His Mgr Joe & the finance Mgr Dave were great. A really positive experience.

Three years ago I bought my first VW at Coastal from Chris Ryan and it was such an easy experience when I was looking for a new car this time I knew I would reach out to Chris again. Chris made my car buying experience. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what was important to me, I never felt pressured. The first time around and this time Chris found me exactly what I was looking for at the price I needed to be. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a car, he is great! He takes the time to listen to what you need and works with you until you get exactly that.

Spent a lot of time explaining all my options as I turned in my first leased vehicle. The entire team was very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this dealership. I recently had the pleasure of buying my car at Coastal Volkswagen. Johnny Walker was my Salesman and he made my experience incredibly easy and stress free. This was my first time buying a car and I had no idea what to expect, but Johnny answered every question I had and found me the perfect car. I cannot recommend Johnny enough! No one likes to have to buy a new car after getting hit by someone that totals the car you absolutely love. In this market, prices and interest rates are unsettling. But these guys at Coastal VW were absolutely awesome! They genuinely care about you as a customer and work with you to find something that works and loved by the customer. Evan and the guys were amazing at working with me to expedite the process of my purchase of a 2022 Tiguan SEL R-Line so I could finally get out of the stinky rental I was in. I couldn't be more happier or impressed with these guys. Highly recommend them and as a faithful VW owner - will always go back to them!

My client advisor Johnny Walker was well versed on all versions of the Atlas Cross Sport and explained the different trim packages clearly. He answered any question we had and explained the technology features in the car. We discussed the the option to lease the care with Johnny and he advised us on what we wanted to achieve. He was very customer friendly and I would recommend him to friends.

Bought a used Honda here almost a year ago. Looking back. They worked pretty well with me. I had outside financing and made the process pretty simple and easy considering they never do it and I was an exception. I will say, my interest rate was significantly lower with my credit union so no regrets there. Car has been very solid and they were very accommodating with the price too. I would come back here again.

Great experience buying a car with Evan at coastal. Took a couple of weeks for the title to come in on the car we wanted, but he kept us informed throughout the process and worked with us to make it easy as possible.Great experience and would recommend this dealer to all who need a VW!

I bought a 2024 Taos from Coastal VW and can t say enough good things about my experience! Evan responded quickly to questions and concerns, he showed me how things work in my new car, and he made himself available to me despite being the only salesperson there! The rest of the team was the same: friendly, informative, and willing to work towards my goal and the car I wanted. I will definitely to business with Coastal in the future.

We just got a new Atlas from Coastal and the whole experience was excellent!! They didn't have what we wanted in stock, but they made arrangements to get exactly what we wanted in very quick time. Evan was awesome to work with and there was no anxiety or stress in any way like we have dealt with buying cars in the past. He went above and beyond going through the car with my wife and I and showed us all of the features and knew all the ins and outs of the car. Joe and Amanda were also very pleasant to work with and made the whole experience stress free. Even with 3 bored kids on the few trips to the dealership, they were very accommodating and made the whole family feel at home and welcome.Thanks Coastal!!

I had the best experience working with Chris Ryan at Coastal Volkswagen ,and of course Joe the sales manager. From the time I emailed them to check on the availability of the car I was interested in until the end of purchase everything went smooth and stress free. I have to say Chris was so nice and patience and always there to answer all my question. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and never made me feel rushed or pressured into the sale at all, he also took the time to help me out with my auto insurance and introduced me to he s personal agent, I cant thank him enough. So far I love my Jetta and absolutely recommend Coastal VW.

Had the pleasure of randomly walking on the lot and instantly being greeted by THE Johnny Walker! This was my 5th car purchase and no experience has been more informative or hospitable than the service I received from this gentleman. Johnny was personable, professional, transparent and patient throughout the whole process. He was able to address every question and obstacle that presented itself in a timely manner and really made my car buying experince stress free. We recently purchased our second Atlas from Coastal. Evan was our salesman and he was excellent. He facilitated a Saturday delivery for us and went above and beyond to get the vehicle ready. Evan actually searched several vehicles on the lot to find us a set of floor mats because the Atlas we bought didn't have them and the sales manager said we were sh*t outta luck. Five stars for Evan.

The fact that I didn t end up purchasing a car from Coastal but still felt compelled to write a positive review says it all. Matt was so easy to work with, he was honest and incredibly helpful. That clearly comes from the top down as the sales manager was also very knowledgeable and low pressure. I never felt uncomfortable or forced to make a decision, despite the fact that these guys were really doing all they could to put a deal together. The price and experience were fantastic, I just didn t LOVE the car and that s the only reason I ended up buying somewhere else. We will be in the market for a vehicle for my daughter soon and I know exactly where I ll go!
