I had a completely positive experience with Sam R at The Auto Mart in Hannover, MA. They had the best price on the vehicle I wanted, and it was in excellent condition. Friends and family think it is 10 years newer than it actually is. Financing through Rockland Federal Credit Union was a breeze, as was all the paperwork during the purchase process. I would definitely consider purchasing from Sam again.

The Auto Mart maintains an excellent selection of low mileage, quality pre-owned vehicles with top notch service along the way. Mark & his crew take pride in conducting business first class here as it's tough to find trustworthy used car dealers these days. I highly recommend considering these guys for your next vehicle purchase as the value they provide here is second to none!

Bought a car here about two months ago and it won't stop givung me problems. The first thing they did was sell me a car with a rusty exhaust with a hole in it. They gave us a hard time as is to get it fixed but eventually they did. Don't buy from here, my parents and I won't be returning.

Bought a car, called with a problem 2 days later. Was told to bring it in.....leave it. I need a car to get to WORK!!! Won't give me a loner. Basically said "I'll give you your money back!!! Doesn't know how to satisfy a customer. Bad attitude. Very disappointed.

My rating is really a zero. I bought an used 2000 suv from this dealer. The car looked in great shape for its age. The interior was impeccable. The exterior looked great- no real visible rust. The vehicle rode well so I wanted to give him an offer but he refused saying he won't budge on the price. I needed a vehicle as I was moving so I bought the it. I needed an inspection sticker however, the inspection failed twice as the did not fix one of the problems the first time. Then another major problem with the frame was spotted which was not made known to me before the purchase. It was fixed. A little over a year my suv was in the shop for basic maintenance and two areas of the frame were rotted through. I was told these hole and cracks were not recent but over many years. The repairs costs-over a grand. I had no one to assist me to look under this car before purchase, and my back issue I could not get under the suv to look. *Buyer Beware* *Lesson learned- If you are a woman, take a guy w/ you or pay a mechanic to go with you. (As You may not have the option to take it somewhere before purchasing) . It is well worth the money. It is true what is said about used car dealers....and it certainly was for this dealer. * tried posting a pic but didn't work

Can't say enough good things about Auto Mart. I dealt with Sam. I bought a 2007 Honda CRV in 2014.....it still runs great!! Everything about the experience went flawless. Since that time, I've brought my mother, she bought a car as well; same great experience!!! I was recommended to Auto Mart from a dear friend who's family has bought several used vehicles there over the years. Personally, when it comes to purchasing a used car with confidence.....I go directly to Sam.Thank you Auto Mart!!!

Dont give these people business. They re extremely rude after they lure you into buying their trash cars. Bought a car that apparently was fine. First day of use I found a problem and had to pay $950 to fix!

The sales team was very helpful and answered all my questions and needs. They dealt directly with my bank and registered the car for me. I was able to simply bring my vehicle in(trade-in) and drive away the day after. I would recommend this dealer to you if your in the market for a vehicle.

Owner was rude and refused to take our offer after we had the car inspected by an outside mechanic. Did not want to listen to the what I had to say and laughed. Car was overpriced by blue book value to begin with and owner thoroughly believed nothing was wrong with the car. Will not be back.

Great guys. Purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 and front end failed inspection. Sam got on it right away and had everything replaced. Even did a few extra things just to make it worth my time. Thank You. Love my 2500!

Whoever mark is that we spoke to on the phone is a huge D BAG. never buy from this place or let them buy a car from you. No customer service and not professional in one bit. Should be fired.

IF I could give zero stars I would stay always from thisdealers Ship. I m a car guy I know about cars he s was trying to sell me a car over the book value. Don t get play bring someone with you that knows about car.
