Love that I have a parts store in my hometown, ectatic that it's an O'Reilly's. I've been in there so much that they remember my phone number for my discounts. Very courteous and helpful staff, never been talked down to, always leave there feeling good. Feeling good about my purchase and also the whole experience. Great store!

Customer service is a joke. Had replace a battery they gave me the wrong battery and shorted out my car after hooking it up wrong. What a joke.
