I had the best experience at Midas yesterday.Went in because I thought I needed a muffler but after a complete inspection it was determined not necessary. I so appreciate the honesty of Juan !Such a pleasant and honest experience. Will go back for sure!!

Made an appointment for my breaks and rotors and of course they went above and beyond to fix the problems I had. They replaced both my air filters didn't try to get my to buy anything. They checked my fluids and everything. I am 1 very satisfied customer. Thank you midas team!

the team at MIDAS was so dedicated to fixing my car, that when my TPMS light was on, they went full mouth to mouth on all 4 just to make sure that all of my tired were perfect. never felt more satisfied with an oil change.

I will always be grateful for Jason, Mike and their professional team. They have been fixing my car for several years and they are always professional and honest. I have been to places where my money and patience were wasted, every time this Midas helps me to correct the things. It is not an easy job to fix cars and I truly appreciate their endurance, they really try their best to bring the best repairs to customers. I highly recommend their service. They now also offer mobile texting and links that can give you a breakdown of prices and vehicle conditions, which are very helpful and precise. They are also willing to help you cut costs and prioritize the things that are the most important to fix. This is a meaningful relationship in my life, as they fixed the car that helps me to complete my degree in UMass, and also move across the states. They are the only place that I feel truly confident in dealing with car repairs throughout the nation or maybe my life. The crew at this establishment was very accommodating, had good prices for the services you are getting and are willing to get you in asap. I had an oil change scheduled with Mike in the Hadley location and he was absolutely fantastic with the customer service, was very friendly and didn't try to pull any fast ones like other car shops out there. I plan to make them my regular mechanic from now on!Service: Oil change

I came in 3000 miles from home with a broken exhaust and CV joint. Jason had me fixed up and out the door the same day! Excellent customer service, auto work, and professionalism. They're my go-to shop!

Got stuck on the backroads needing a battery. Called a million repair shops and Midas came through! I was seen immediately and had an estimate in 3 minutes. Back in the road in 15 minutes.Polite thoughtful and responsive staff. They saved the day! Highly recommend! Rarely get treated as well as I was treated here!

I ve been taking my cars here for awhile for oil changes and decided to give them my business when I needed some fluids changed. As usual they were able to schedule an appointment for me in a timely manner. The work was done well as usual, they provided useful feedback on my vehicle, and there was no pressure to do anything unnecessary. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend the service at this Midas.

Their negligence on a repair nearly got me killed. Three years ago, they told me I needed a control arm replaced. Soon after their repair, the bolt holding it to the subframe snapped and I had it towed back to them. I recently discovered that instead of removing the broken bolt and reconnecting the control arm correctly, they took a shortcut and welded the control arm back on. The weld job finally failed and the wheel torqued out of alignment and came close to coming off. I am thankful that it did not fail on the highway. Avoid this shop.

Wonderful service, patient, friendly, and informative, and have had no issues with repairs done here. Sometimes a bit of sticker shock, but nothing that feels unfair just the reality of owning a car these days. Also love their courtesy checks! EXCELLENT service, FAIR price, and KIND customer service. This has been my go-to place for regular maintenance for over 5 years now. Over the years I replace my brakes, battery, engine plugs, and coils. Recently my car broke down and had to tow it to them. Had to replace the alternator and battery. They were very flexible on the price and were very supportive. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs auto repair work done. Special thanks to Jason for taking care of my car today!! These guys are absolutely amazing! Jason is always super helpful in diagnosing problems with my Accord, and using laymen s terms to help me understand what s going on. I ve used their Snap Financing for bigger jobs that I can t afford at the moment like my brakes, and I love the punch card for oil changes. They also can fit me in same day/next day a lot of the time, which is so helpful with a busy schedule. I will always come here! They ve fixed my brakes and rotors, fixed an exhaust issue, replaced my tires, alignments, and more oil changes than I can count. I ve used Midas in Hadley a handful of times now for oil changes. The customer service is great and a real friendly staff. They ve always taken care of me and will bring you out to see issues with the car they re talking about. I also like the inspection with pictures they send to you. Wow! If you need tires or service, this is your place! Mike, the manager is awesome. I needed tires and alignment and he was so great. No pressure, just honest and informative experience! First time ever here. And god lemme tell you. Mike was mad cool. Other places the people are really awkward to talk to or intimidating. But here it feels like everyone is a family even you. But seriously really nice workers and place. Did a excellent job quickly too. Recommended me to a few places to eat since I m not really from the area and was really hungry so it helped pass time and was really good experience. Definitely would recommend for anyone to go to.
