Great repair facility, my daughter got a flat on the way back to u-mass, vehicle was towd there, steve the owner was great matched a tire up for her in 1 day, she was back on the road. thanks again

Had a slow leak in my rear tire. Hadley tire got me right in , fixed the tire and were the nicest guys I ve ever encountered in a garage atmosphere. The price was fair . I will buy my next set of tires from them!!

I went here for an alignment on my car and mini van. DONT GO HERE. They lied to me and charged me for an alignment that didn t work.Now my tires are bald on my mini van and it s been two months. My van is also pulling to the left, now I have pay to get it done again.They also sold me new tires THAT WERE 4 YEARS OLD and were DISCONTINUED!! I didn t know that when I purchased them. The tires aged fast and I spent over $600 dollars on old tires!!!

Brought two cars to this place for snow tires, a couple of weeks apart, and both times the owner said "These are the snow tires I use on my daughter's car" even though I was buying DIFFERENT tires for each vehicle. Also, they installed directional snow tires on the WRONG wheels. Had to take the vehicle to another place to have them switched to the correct wheels, rebalanced, and realigned.

Great guys I needed a tire they got me in and out 75$ labor included then did it again for me for the same price 2 days later when other places tried to charge me 50$ extra for a used tire. Would def recommend

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! My son needed an Exaust system installed and after paying a ridiculous amount to have it done it has codes from the O2 sensor that they said they replaced, which they did not. It also has a leak from a gasket in the center of the system. After contacting the AG's office he brought it back to get it fixed and they slapped some JB weld on it , still has the gasket leak and neither O2 sensor was replaced. Steve is a hack and a thief.

I do not usually post reviews but I feel I need this time. I learned that they sold discontinued tires, which were installed about 2 years ago. Besides they installed wrong size tires and front tires were worn out in just 2 years with tire rotations every 8,000 miles. When I asked tire rotations as the rear tires are still good, they denied to rotate tires because it won't pass the inspection (which is about 5-month away and that's not your business). No warranty was considered at all. In fact, there is no such indications regarding warranty etc. in the receipt (never seen this kind of receipt). He said "I can order new tires now. Do you want me to oder it?" No way Jose !I feel so ripped off. As a local, I am passing by your shop all the time but will never stop by. I got my new bridgestone tires from Costco tires, less than $400. You sold the discontinued and no-name brand tires for almost $100 more that lasted only 2 years. Remember, honesty is the best business/policy.

After asking over 7 local businesses to include motorsport shops to help me with a tire valve replacement for my off brand scooter Steve said they would take a look. That was more than any others offered. Took it in and Kenny listened to me, accessed the situation and remedied things within 15 mins! NO one else took time to do this simple thing for me! I am so grateful for the service I received. I can safely ride my scooter!

Needed a tire patched. They said it was a "liability" to patch my tire with the amount of tread on it. They said I needed new front tires which would cost $400! I shopped around and Northampton Tire patched it up, installed it, and inflated my spare tire for only $20. These guys are running a scam business. Won't use them again.

Joseph Chaffin gave a 5 star review based on our early experience. Unfortunately, our further experience driving home to NC proved that we were NOT given high end parts as promised, and therefore the cheap brake pads have had to be replaced already. The owner seemed like such a good guy. We praised him as such. He lied to our faces, I guess knowing we were headed home far far away. He should be ashamed. You should beware.

1st time to Hadley tire. I stopped by Firestone first to get a tire plugged and they said it would be a long wait and acted like they didn't want my business, went on down the road. Stopped by Hadley tire and he said come back in an hour, he just had several other tire repairs come in before me. Came back in an hour and they got right on it. Seemed to be very honest, would go back.

Had me drive all the way to them on a flat telling me they had a used tire. I get there and they dont have it. Great service. And they dont even offer to repair my flat. Unbelievably frustrating

Had an emergency with a popped tire. These guys helped us out, very pleasant and professional, and had us on our way with the proper tire within a couple hours!

Beware of last minute "extra" charges! (It has happened to me several times with tire changes.) Waiting area is in terrible shape. They can be very quick to get things done though.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, at times they can be a little pricey, but in my experience always do quality work and use good parts and they communicates well with customers. Highly recommend!
