Made appointment in Auburn for a Tuesday, then they called and informed me they didn t have the tires. Same day made an appointment in Hadley for that Saturday. Appointment was confirmed. Drove over an hour to get there and be told they too didn t have the tires in stock. It was going to be more money, so I canceled it all. Feeling absolutely defeated after the day I had, I was ready to go on my way. Then a gentlemen came out and said let s get this figured out. He ended up setting me up with a more expensive set at the same price. The total was more as I added a 12 month warranty alignment but all is well and I left with a new set of tires. Everything was on a complete less than an hour. I m assuming the gentleman was Tim. I read all the reviews before going to this location and I can say I m really happy I did. Tim runs a great business and truly tries to help his customers the best he can. Thank you Tim and the Firestone team in Hadley!

I have been with Firestone over 20 years always had something nice to say about them this time now I went in to have my car checked out. I accepted the inspection charge of 119 to go through the vehicle. The man came out. The young man came out and mentioned a few things about the battery, I told him do not touch my battery. It is a new battery and there s nothing wrong with it. It would not have nothing to do with what s happening with my car. Then he came out and mentioned another throttle and I said please the inspection for $119 should have shown if there was a spark or any type of something wrong with the battery at the end of the day I got a bill for $925. I did not sign for that. I signed for the $119 fee for inspecting the vehicle. I told Work I wasn t happy when I looked at my engine. It had red spray all over it that they put on the battery. They put a part on the they replaced one of my other negative or the positive on my battery, which was fine like I said the batteries under seven months old, the auto man whoever did the work did not put the hoses back on inside the part. He was working on if I didn t go in the parking lot and look that hose would ve been off for a long time and they broke my battery cover. it s a red cover that covers the red. It covers the positive side of the battery, he said oh you really don t need that strips and just tighten it with those. It looks terrible. Told them I didn t get upset in the store but I did tell them I will be calling someone. They just stood there and didn t say a word was laughing and things that I heard in the background I have excellent hearing, I want someone to call me about this. I ve already called three times. I ve gotten no response. I am not paying for I will pay for the inspection, but I want someone to fix my battery and bring it back. It was the way before I said that I found it I brought it back. He put it back on, no no apologies nothing just stood there. Thank you Mr. O Connor . I need the number to the main office of Firestone 800 number like I said I m not paying for what they did to my vehicle.

Tim and his team in Hadley MA are amazing. I knew Tim when he was in Springfield and was happy to go to Hadley to get my new tires and oil change from him, he is an all around great person. I know I can trust all my cars with Tim and will always be treated great. He has a great team and beautiful location in Hadley that is worth the drive. He treats me and all his customers with respect and kindness, always explaining what needs to be done.

Went in to fire stone to get my tires replaced and also an alignment. I was doing this because I had to make a very long trip the next day so I wanted new tires before hand as I needed to replace them anyway. I went to pick up my car, and then afterwards I noticed that there was a metal scratching/squeaking noise on one of my tires. Noted I did not have the sound at all before they had taken my car in to do work. After bringing the car back to the shop to explain that there was a issue I was told that it was my brakes on the one tire that was making a squeaking noise. I had just got all of my brakes replaced earlier in the year and they had zero problems or noise before I brought my car to Firestone. They then proceeded to write me a estimate for how much that they could do my brakes for even though I was clearly and not need for that it just seems like a shady way of dealing business. Nothing felt right about the situation

Staff was friendly. Upsold me on touchless tire mount which was a waste of money. If their default equipment can t mount rubber on rims without damaging them then they shouldn t be mounting tires in the first place. Asked about alignment results, didn t really get a sufficient answer. Sent in clean rims, installed with smudges. Some people don t care about appearances but I m one of the few who do. Everything else was fine.

They put old tires on my car, which dry rotted in less than two winters. Always ask the shelf life of the tires before they put them on. They may give you old ones. The tread is still at 9, but because they were old, I somehow am responsible for having to purchase brand new tires again. Management was very rude and condescending, especially Cam Ferri. He wouldn t even tell me his name directly, or listen to my situation and experience. It was very unprofessional. I have always referred friends here and have spent thousands of dollars here, so i feel really taken advantage of and shocked by this lack of care. I will no longer do so, and will make sure to steer folks away.

Brought 1 car in for tire wear they were replaced by firestone in sept 4 and a half month later the tire are so worn one blew out driving down the road. When the vertical was brought in for the original tire replacement an alignment was completed and the tire were installed. Again 4.5 months later worn to cord. They backed replacement but were unable to do alignment and stated everything was frozen solid and needs replacement Inner and otter tie rods. Vehicle 2 i had brought in for alignment they completed but said they could not get it perfect no big deal, while in Northampton I decide to see if they can better alignment. Northampton states all components are locked up and they are unable to adjust. They brought me to the vehicle and showed me the concerning components and I agreed living in New England that s a thing. The concern then turned to how can one shop have completed the alignment and the other 3 day later find it can t be completed due to rust? Vehicle 3 i just put 1500.00 dollars worth of tires and an alignment in Hadley. I have now Replaced all rusted components for the first two vehicles and have scheduled them into Northampton shop for alignment, 3 vehicular with tire replacement is also scheduled in for alignment check. I discussed my concerns with Cam working the front desk and was greeted with confrontation and argument. I stated i want nothing for free just to ask that the tech be asked about the alignment technique maybe reeducation or training. Im guessing this is acceptable practice for the Hadley shop as Cam the desk clerks attitude clearly stated his lack of concern. I will never use Hadley shop again. If you have concern of work done here raise the flag you are most likely correct in concern.

I ve had multiple outstanding experiences at Firestone in Hadley! Tim and the team are true rockstars kind, honest, and exceptional at what they do. Their expertise and customer service exceed my expectations everytime, and they ve helped me get back on the road with many a tire issue. Highly recommend and make sure to give these guys a good review, they seriously deserve it!

Amazing experience today at Firestone in Hadley Ma. They got us right in, parts ordered and the car fixed all within a couple hours leaving with a passing state inspection! Thanks Chris you where great answering my many questions.

My car problem was not fully adressed as a spare part was missing at a time. Howeever, Hadley Firestone is one of the best in the area. that afternoon/evening staff member went above and beyon expectioin in putting me at ease with my car issue - still inder observation. Keep up the great job!

Completed the tire rotation and alignment in only 40 minutes. Did only what I requested. Didn't try to push anything on us. Courteous and attentive staff.

We have a very positive history with Firestone at this location... Solid Manager and very good team ... these folks are both knowledgeable and polite ... my wife and I are both Seniors and this Firestone location has always been very positive with us.

We got a quote for new Toyo tires, dropped the car off, expecting a 90 minute wait. After an hour, we got a call explaining that the Toyo tires were not in stock, and that we had to get other tires because our old ones had been removed and couldn't be put back on. Giving a quote on tires that were not in stock, and not letting us know until our car was on the lift without tires?? It was upsetting, and a big mistake. We had to settle for Firestone tires not as good as what we had ordered (50,000 mile warranty instead of 75,000), and it left us with a bad feeling for this company.A few days later, they did reach out to us, by both phone and by a reply to our review. To their credit, they explained what had happened (a miscommunication among staff about our tires' arrival being delayed a day), and apologized. The following week, we brought the car back and they installed the tires we'd originally asked for at no additional charge. Despite the hassle, they did do their best to make it right, so they deserve credit for that.Service: Tires

I had a GREAT experience both times I ve been to Firestone in Hadley MA recently! Both managers Brian and Tim are a wealth of knowledge. I had to have my breaks and rotors replaced about 4-5 months ago and am here today for a state inspection/oil change. Brain and Tim take the time to explain the importance and needs of the service and products that needed to be replaced in my RAV4. They (and the techs whose names I didn t get) made me feel at ease and were quick and very professional in servicing my vehicle. I will be recommending this location to any friends or family that my have car issues or maintenance. Thanks again fellas!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Ordered 2 tires online to get installed. Arrived at the dealership and handed over keys. Tires installed time to pay, total was $100 more than I ordered. Told the service advisor this was wrong. He stated tires are no longer available, okay I don't want the different tires put on. Mgr. got involved and apologized for not being upfront with expired tires. Very professional and courteous. I said thank you for apologizing. He then made things right by fixing my invoice to near the online price I was supposed to pay.Very happy with the way they handled it.

I regularly have gone to this store and I went in for a routine oil change... You would expect it would take 30 minutes and you would be out. Not at this firestone!The manager told me you may need a new case and showed me the case and said they would install it right then if needed. 10 minutes later I am told it needs to be installed but they can't install it (despite empty bays) and it will take a few days. After I complained to customer service, the manager called back but didn't even promise to fix it or offer a credit or anything.This firestone can't even perform basic tasks correctly so if you want reliable service you may want to look elsewhere.

Nail in tire leaking pretty good. Called them. Told to come on down, not a big deal and can slip you in. Get there and told they can set me up for an appt in a day or two. 3 bays wide open with mechanics watching me as I got back in my car. Bought 3 sets of tires in less than 4 months there last year - no more... what's wrong with this picture?

Came in about a damaged splash shield. Said they were almost done for the day but could still take me in and I can have it the next day so I left my car with them. Got a phone call an hour or so later from someone named John that they were able to do an inspection before the day ended. I'm told that my wheels need aligning and tires replaced. I thought sure new tires and aligned wheels couldn't hurt. John also mentioned that my splash shield couldn't be replaced because the bumper was damaged. It'll just be removed. I wasn't in the mood to question it and just decided that not having a splash shield for a bit before getting replaced wasn't the end of the world. Got charged $1030 for the wheels and shield removal. The next day, I get a call about my battery having issues. I've never had battery problems before so it was strange and a bit concerning to hear. I decided to not have anything done with my battery. Up to this point, nothing seemed too strange or out of place. It wasn't until I came and picked up my car that all the red flags were raised. My car wouldn't start and I tried to ask what happened to the guy at the desk. He was dismissive in saying that I was told that the battery had issues. However, it doesn't explain why my battery would be dead after leaving my car with them for just a single day. I drove in perfectly fine the day before. It would have to be their negligence that my battery is dead. The guy at the desk even made up an excuse how my battery was dead when they tried to get my car into the shop and they had to jump it. Again that makes no sense because I drove in perfectly fine with ZERO battery issues less than 24 hours prior. Had to call someone else to start my car, spending a few hundred dollars for something that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I'm now sure nothing was wrong with my wheels and they could've help with my shield or at least replace it. This shop is just scamming people for easy money and people shouldn't come here. I brought my daughter s 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for the annual inspection. It failed due to wipers streaking on windshield. Firestone would be happy to replace them for $40, otherwise we would leave with a red sticker. So I was held hostage for a VERY subjective, minor issue. Some background info, my daughter does her own oil changes, helped me replace all four rotors/pads, and applies Rain-X to her windshield on a regular basis. She wouldn t tolerate streaky wipers for a second. I know the $35 inspection fee does not drive a lot of revenue, but that is not my fault. Reading other reviews it appears that this Firestone location looks to pad their bottom line by holding well maintained, legal vehicles hostage by failing inspections and offering solutions . I d avoid them if you can, or be prepared to pay for problems that you didn t know you had To be fair, the inspection was quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

They charged me $35 for a bulb for my low beams and being that they found my bulb blown during an inspection, they said they would have to fail me if I didn't get it repaired by them immediately. There was no common courtesy as I have seen at other places. I have heard less than perfect stories about Firestone in general but I thought I would be fine, as it's just a state inspection, capped at a certain price, right? Wrong. Their printer also happened to be not working so they never printed out the inspection report and I wouldn't have gotten a receipt if I didn't ask for it to be emailed.
