If you re looking for a shop that shows how much they care and the efforts they take look no further!Was not able to find a shop that does full car detailing for my girlfriend s car. Found Exotic Automotive and gave a call. The owner of the River drive location (the son) said he could help me out and even did it on a Sunday. Seeing the car, I knew how much care and detail he put into the detailing. Steam cleaned. Undercarriage. Engine. Lights. And the nooks and crannies. Every inch professionally detailed and brought back to looking even better than when we bought the car brand new off the lot.Needless to say, I ll be bringing my own vehicle in to have it detailed. It s rare to find someone passionate and professional who shows their care and knowledge through their work. This is all found at this location.

Got new brakes for all 4 wheels. He got me in right price or maybe cheaper than other shops. I can confidently say if you have exotic cars you must check this place before hitting other shops in amherst. It s worth a shot.

I feel there are few places like Exotic Auto Service that treat people like family. I went in for an oil change before a long trip. They fit me in on short notice. I asked them to please make sure it was safe for my trip. When they saw my brakes, they asked if I remember when they were done last. Nope, not since I have owned the car. They showed me photos of how worn they were and I was grateful for the care they took in checking out my car.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Very reliable, profesional and friendly owner, I felt very confident that my car was going to be in the best hands for the full detailing/ceramic coating service along with refinishing wheels. rust removal and calipers, once I received my car it felt like it was coming right out from the dealer on 2014. Best feeling ever, the interior was amazing fully polished, vacuumed, odor neutralized along with seats shampooed. will definitely be coming back for an exhaust upgrade in the future. Paulie is the best mechanic ever! He listens to me about the problems with my cars and works hard to identify and fix them. He takes care of my Atlas and my mom's Mercedes-Benz as if they were his cars. He is cheaper than a dealer and still uses manufacturer parts. I can t say enough about how pleased we are with the service from Exotic Auto. I brought my car in with a major steering problem, and Paul and Company went out of their way to not only repair it, but to keep me informed every step of the way. I even receive photos I ve never had a mechanic do that before! Five star rating for sure!

The place is outstanding from the customer service to the mechanical work. I needed brakes and I got set up the same day for a fair price, I wouldn t trust anyone else with my car and I ll be bringing the Q50 back for a lot of improvements coming up. Thank you guys!

I called up Paul at Exotic Auto about an oil change and reverse light fix, he was very professional and quick to reply. Right when I entered the shop I felt very welcomed and comfortable. They did not sugar coat anything and were straight to the point, polite and very professional. Best service I ve ever gotten at any dealership and or body shop. My wife and I purchased a BMW X5 from Paul. Best experience by far we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Never expected to have such an amazing experience when we were picking it up. Vehicle was immaculate inside and out and he was very friendly to work with. Very clean and professional shop. We will return for detailing and other services without question.

First thoughts were; am I lost? The shop is about four miles off route 9, past farms and cows and tractors. Once I arrived it was clear I was in the right place, however. I have a 2016 Audi s6 that has seen service in just about ever Audi dealership in mass/ct and my experience with EA exceeded everywhere else from a value, professionalism and work quality context. I highly recommend paul and his shop. The ceramic coating they put on my car looks fantastic and the price is easily one of the fairest I have been quoted. The team is extremely knowledgeable, competent and flexible and they will not hesitate to bend shop hours or offer you a ride if they need your car overnight. First time going to Exotic Auto and left with a vintage 911! Paul was awesome. Very attentive and listened to my concerns, and got the deal done. No pressure, no hidden surprises or extra BS. The experience was fantastic. Definitely not like buying from a big box dealer! Very personal and will more than likely never forget the experience. It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust: I trust Paul of Exotic Auto. Paul was honest and upfront about costs. He did his best to repair my BMW bumper at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner.I highly recommend Exotic Auto! My car suddenly overheated during a recent heatwave. However, I was very lucky that this happened only a few yards from Exotic Automotive Service & Sales where I pulled in. Paul, the Manager, was personable and extremely professional. After a thorough assessment, he clearly explained what needed to be done. He replaced the thermostat, radiator and hoses. He also installed a new compressor and belts for the AC which hadn't been working. In a few days, my car was back on the road and I was driving with a confident smile. In this era of corporate ruthlessness, it's reassuring to find a place of business where honesty and competency are still held as standards.

I contacted Paul via his Instagram account as I had just put my summer wheels on my BMW 335i and they desperately needed to be balanced. Paul had me in and out of his shop the same day I messaged him and my wheels were balanced perfectly and detailed. Great customer service and good pricing too. Highly recommend taking your car here

I have been bringing my X5 50I service here, and have nothing but good things to say about Exotic automotive, I bring my vehicles For regular maintenance to mayor drivetrain work and They re alway very professional and friendly. To the point my family and friends started bring their vehicles here to, working on our new GLS, Maseratis, G-wagon, and Range Rover to name a few.Great people and doing great work!!!!!

I had to change my brake pads and rotors for my mini. Been looking around for good service and knowledgeable person about German makes. Called multiple garages including exotic automotive services. Paul right from the initial phone conversation was very patient and helpful in explaining the kind of parts they use and a very reasonable quote. He goes well and beyond in making customers feel comfortable and not rushed. Got my brake parts changed and truly satisfied with the service. Going again for tires and oil changes. This place is the best automotive shop that I have been to in all of Massachusetts. Highly recommend!!! I will now only go to Exotic. The guy I talked to, Paulie, was extremely transparent, honest, nice, and helpful. He let me take my car for a drive to make sure everything felt right before I paid, and he let me know about the other repairs that I will need to do in the future and did not pressure me or manipulate me to do these repairs ASAP with him like other places like JiffyLube do. He gave me the price that we discussed over the phone even after he took an additional look at my entire car. And he did the alignment in a timely fashion. Great environment! I had my car detailed here after the grand reopening and the results were great. My car looked brand new. Will be going here again in the future for detailing and maybe for other services. Would definitely trust them with my car again in the future.

It is harder than you d think to find a place that does interior detailing period but especially a shop that really knows what they re doing. After fall/winter my car really needed help and went Paulie at exotic auto for an interior detail. He did such a good job it felt like I had a brand new car all the spots other people usually miss in the crevices and everything, they got 100% clean. They even washed my weathertech floor mats which were so gross after rain and snow I thought I d just have to throw them away. Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. From the initial consultation, Paul explained the entire process in thorough detail and answered every question. During the process of performing the work, he provided ongoing communication and pictures of his progress and gladly answered any questions. Between the professionalism and quality of work performed, I would not go anywhere else!

Exotic Auto is the best around! I only used to go to the dealer for service, but once I found Paul, I can only say I wish we met sooner! If you re not going to Paul then idk what you re doing. They take care of you like family, I had issues with my tire balancing and he did road force balancing and oh boy did it change the car. It s almost as if I got a new car. Give Paul an opportunity to work on your car and you ll never be disappointed. They offer all sorts of stuff related to cars.
