Took my car here to get a second opinion on some recommended services and I am so glad I did. Paul was very nice and upfront, no surprises. He worked with me on prioritizing certain services over others and sent me updates and pictures of my car while it was being evaluated and serviced. There was also no pressure to do extra work that wasn t needed immediately, which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back for all future repairs and service! Thanks

They did an AMAZING job restoring my headlight cases which were so fogged up I could hardly see. Looks like a new car. Really nice people, great work, very helpful. I would go to them for other car work now.

I brought my Q50 red sport to Paul because I was hoping that the service would live up to the Exotic name. I wanted an illuminated emblem installed on my front grille, so I figured to give Exotic Auto Repair a try. I had never been there before, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon meeting Paul, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and vast knowledge of everything cars! Exotic can service your car in any way that you need or want!The service was impeccable! I dropped off my car in the morning, and it was done by 3 that same day. When I came to pick up my car, I almost didn't recognize it. My Q50 looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! It was meticulously washed, the bug splatter on the front of the car was gone, and my rims/tires were spit-spot clean! The most amazing thing about it was that I didn't even request the wash; it was just done!Paul really knows the meaning of customer service. I can't imagine bringing my car to another place after experiencing the service that Exotic provides. If you love your car, and want the best care for it, Exotic is the place to go!Service: Electrical

Both locations in Hadley are amazing i got my car detailed and a few parts installed on my car and it came out better then I expected. My car looked better then when it came out the dealer. Came in with a bumper barely hanging on, and a giant crack in my windshield. Paul was able to work on my car while I was out over the holiday break. The quality of service is really great here, and the prices are good.

Recently I brought my bmw like a few weeks ago because I had some oil leaking. I decided to stop at exotic car shop in Hadley and I talk to Paul and I did like how he explained to me what were the issues of my car and I would totally recommend him .

This, by far, is the best person and mechanic I have ever work with. Paul is an amazing, kind and fair human. His work has been amazing. I value his professional opinion and trust he has our best interest at heart. Paul's attention to detail and level of customer service are second to none. I had an amazing 24 point hand wash done and the results were stunning! Definitely don't think twice about bringing your beauty here. After this full detail we did a photoshoot around Hadley and he definitely knows the top locations to shoot, how to capture the best lighting etc. He also came up with a lot of creative ideas that I can't wait to see. Highly recommend!

Paul is a great mechanic. Explains what's wrong and helps you prioritize repairs (doesn't just tell you a list of things that "need" to be done immediately). Upfront about pricing, and competent. Has been my go to mechanic for my 200k+ mile Subaru and my Volkswagen. My car completely died on me while driving and I m very grateful I had it towed here! I don t have an easy car to work on and the owner took care of me, and even fixed things that my last mechanic messed up on. Exceptional business, and great people. Thank you guys so much again!

Took my beemer here to get detailed and the level of detail that was put into cleaning the interior and exterior of the car was amazing. You can tell that Paul really takes pride in his work from the moment he talks about his services to the moment he hands you back your keys. Excellent service - Paul is amazing! He took care of my really old Prius and returned it in a timely manner. He was recommended by someone who's been going to him for maybe 7 years now. I am a student so I told him I had a budget and needed him to prioritize what needed to be done for safety. His recommendations seemed honest and I would trust him with my car again. These guys were actually some of the kindest people I have ever met. They were able to fit me in an hour before they closed because of an emergency pinch I was in and were so kind and accommodating. As a BMW owner, I am very particular who I let maintain my car. I took my 2015 BMW 328i to Exotic Auto Repair to get it detailed. I must say that I am extremely pleased with the care, attention to detail, and professionalism in the way my car was handled. All of the swirls are gone, and it shines like it was just driven off the showroom floor!

When my car broke down and I was referred to Exotic Auto because of Paul s reputation to service German cars. He is really professional and provided simple to understand explanations with regards to the repair. He was very helpful in keeping costs down with an already expensive repair and provided updates regularly. My car now runs great. Paul did an amazing job replacing an engine in a 2005 Toyota. I thought my car was a goner after a botched oil change at a quick change facility. My engine seized and it was a nightmare. (See previous reviews). Exotic was the shop assigned to the repair and after reading all the reviews, I let out a sigh of relief and knew it was finally in good hands. He took the time to communicate with me through the whole process. I can't thank Paul enough! The car is running great! I will be going there for my oil changes and anything else my car might need. It's further away than I normally would travel but ohhh so worth it. Prices are good and the work is impeccable. Thank you for getting my car back to me. You saved me from car shopping in a horrible time when our economy has crashed. I'll be referring everyone I know to your shop. (This post should have been up a month ago but somehow ended up in my drafts) This shop owner is by far the most honest and caring person in Western Mass. Don't trust your vehicle to anyone else!

In the middle of my busy semester, my car decided to stop turning on. Thanks to sheer luck, my tow truck driver recommended I bring my car to Exotic Auto. Although I had never been, I decided to give it a shot. Paul and his team greeted me with a warm welcome, easing my stress and worries about the state of my car. Paul was transparent with me about the service and pricing my car would require, and I was back on the road within days. Paulie did an amazing job! I got a resonator delete and detailing. Also ceramic coating on my wheels. He is so professional and he knows what he is doing. The pricing was fantastic! We ve been taking our cars to Exotic Automotive Services for several years. Paul has always been able to diagnose and fix our car problems efficiently. He always explains everything clearly, and he gives options for taking care of the issues. The repairs have always been excellent, and the associated repair costs are always reasonable.Paul is trustworthy, honest and patient. Now, we can see the same qualities in his son, who fixed our son s car when our son was visiting from out of town.We feel completely confident taking our cars to Exotic Automotive. Having a local, honest, and reasonable local mechanic is something we all wish we had. With Exotic Automotive, we are confident that we have just that.

We received the service from Paul for several times for our BMW, including severe car repairement and daily inspection. He is really professional to take care of our car and give expert suggestions. What's more, he is always kind to think from our side. We are both students and short in money, so he always gives us the most considerable advice. Now our car goes smoothly. I was recommended by a friend who happened to need his car repaired as well. Both cars were towed to exotic auto on same day. My car hadn t been started in a year and a half. It needed a whole new everything. It s a 2009 that has only been within my family so I wanted to fix it. Paul was very personable and professional. He was always in contact with updates for me. He saved parts I didn t think could be saved. He still checks in with me and my car is very happy. My boyfriend also brought a truck there recently that he was thinking about buying. Paul looked at it witch was a major help. Thank you so much.

My husband and I used Exotic Auto to consign our Audi s5. We are from NJ, but had heard great things about Paul from others- so we decided to make the 3 hour drive in order to work with him. Paul worked with us throughout the entire process and he gladly answered any questions we had along the way. He was able to sell our car in about 30 days for way more than if we had traded it into the dealer. He kept us updated on a status along the way and was super accommodating to our requests. We are glad we made the trip out and would gladly do it again!!

Exotic Auto Repair delivers the absolute best buying experience along with exceptional service; Paulie is extremely skilled this is where you want to buy, maintain, and service your car.Personally, I drove 2+ hours and before I made the trip Paulie called me, sent photos/videos, the full car fax, and answered ALL my questions promptly/accurately. I have never been more comfortable throughout a purchase in my entire life. After the purchase, Paulie kept in contact with me daily until pick up day and gave me an awesome experience. I wish I could do it all over again!
