Went for a scratch off prize said I won 5 grand wasted my time trying to sell me a car. Part 2 brought our 2021 car in for its 15 k oil change and the person who put my car in said it needed a fuel injector cleaning very expensive. This is not even recommended in our booklet that came in the car. Now that car is out of warranty having my local garage take care of it.. To.bad they lost a re peat customer...

I only have my Nissan Murano serviced at Country Nissan in Hadley. Heather in Customer Service is exceptional, but unfortunately I will not be back due to my recent service experience. I made an appointment to have my brakes repaired, was told I needed calipers. I agreed to have everything done. Nissan picked me up from work which was great, drove my car home and the next day I was driving and my car was making ALOT of noise (front end felt shaky and it sounded like a tool was left in my front end). I called service and they were in and took me right away and fixed the issue (they stated bolts were not tightened)! I am okay with human error and know that it happens; however, I was suppose to be travelling that day which was postponed and I would have been stranded. Unfortunately, I feel the need to seek another place to bring my car for service in the near future.Service: Brake service & repair

While my initial dealings with Country Nissan was with the sales team, and that was NOT a good experience at all, might even call it terrible. Today was my first service appointment (oil change) for my Pro4X and I must say that I was VERY pleased with the service team. The service team was efficient and friendly. The sales team could learn a lot from the service.team. Thank you service team :)Service: Oil change

Very disappointed after my hood got fix under warranty...still remains same issue when the heat expanded the hood from trunk to cause crack sound when it opens.

Smaller dealership with prompt and friendly service, any Nissan owner within driving distance would be best serviced here
