Fadi, Meredith and the team at Groveland auto are the best!! Whether it's an inspection sticker, oil change or large(r) repair, the team is courteous and honest. Pricing is very fair and transparent. The team and business are a positive addition and asset to the Town of Groveland and surrounding communities. I highly recommend Groveland Auto!

Fadi gives the best deals and prices for car work in the area. He goes out of his way to make sure female customers feel comfortable and are not taken advantage of or overcharged for car work. My brother and myself have been going to Groveland Auto for years and wouldn t go anywhere else!

By far the worst experience ever at a "business" .1. Owner screams at help in front of customers2. Owner screams and insults customersWent there with check engine light on and they replaced they wrong sensor then had no problem charging me for the right one and wrong one I didn't need. When I protested paying for both Fadi swore at me and belittled me. Screw you Fadi.Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I don't need the attitude.Beware of this garage.

I first started going to Groveland Auto when I moved to the area. My car dealership had just handed me a draft of things my car needed for about $10,000 ( when I had gone in for an oil change). I couldn t believe it, so I got another opinion from Groveland Auto. We went through what my car needed urgently, what I should plan on needing soon and how long I planned on keeping my car. ( which the dealership never asked). Groveland Auto saved me about $7500 that day. I never looked back.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I had such a positive experience at Groveland car repair! The team was incredibly friendly, and they are very accommodating with scheduling. The repairs were done quickly, and the price was fair. It's refreshing to find a place that's trustworthy and does great work. I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs. They went out of their way to help fix an issue created by another repair shop. Everyone was nice and easy to work with and they had me out of there in under 45 minutes. I'll be returning for regular service in the future.

This was the first time I used them as I needed an inspection. They took my car and almost immediately in a short time later The car was inspected with my new sticker. I go back again in a heartbeat and I would check them out for mechanical work as well.

Fadi and his team are awesome! My car died in a car dealer parking lot. The dealer lied about having checked it out and said it seemed like a complicated electrical problem. Fadi told me to have it towed to him immediately. He had it fixed within 90 minutes -- new battery. Left it overnight to add on an oil change and tire rotation. It was ready for pick-up by 8:30 a.m. Thank you Groveland Auto!

I'd like to recommend the owner of Groveland Auto Repair & Sales, Fadi Issa. I recently brought my car in for service & for my convenience, Fadi gave me a loaner car so I could run errands.While at the store, I somehow lost my keys (including the only key to the loaner vehicle).Long story short, Fadi had the car towed back to the shop & a new ignition installed. $500 later, he could drive his OWN car. He could have easily charged me for MY mistake but he didn't. Who does that? Fadi does.This man is not only honest, but he's kind, compassionate & generous. Fadi stands behind the work done in his garage. He's a man of his word & an active member in our community. We are lucky to have him in Haverhill!If you need repairs or a new vehicle, I highly recommend you stop by his Auto Shop & trust your car/truck to Fadi Issa and his expert team of technicians.

I am very upset and will be posting much more if the issue is not resolved TODAY! The owner, Fadi, is not only a very friendly person, he's also extremely reasonable and honest. I always bring my car there for whatever I need; whether it's something simple like an oil change, or something more complex, he'll get the job done for you in a timely manner!

We heard a popping/banging noise in our car and pulled over on the side of the road. We noticed we were across from Groveland auto and they had just closed. We called and let them know our concern and although they had closed, they told us to pull into the garage. The owner, Fadi, took the car for a ride and luckily didn t hear anything. There must ve been something in the tire (we thought it was a busted CV joint). He inspected the car before letting us leave to make sure it was safe to drive. He told us although they closed at 3 he ll wait around another 20 mins so if we hear it again we could come back. Thankfully we didn t need to, but appreciate him and his service. We have a 4 hour drive ahead of us and he was the only place willing to take a look out of the 5 places we called. Thank you so much, Fadi & Groveland Auto! Side note he didn t charge us for taking a look either. Thank you again!!

I highly recommend this shop and the people who work there.I would not hesitate to bring my car here for repairs or state inspection.They replaced all brakes, pads and rotors, on my Honda Element awhile back and assured me that if there were any issues all would be taken care of.

I've been living in Haverhill for almost 7 years and hadn't found a mechanic I trusted yet until I came here 2 weeks ago. Fadi and his wife are so kind, honest, and flexible. Fadi correctly diagnosed a problem within hours that the dealership couldn't recreate over multiple visits. He didn't oversell me, and he had my truck fixed within a day. I'm so relieved to have found this shop and these great people; I am recommending them to everyone!

Based on a recent visit for an inspection sticker, I have to revise my review. A business I once trusted my car to is no longer worthy of that trust. I had an item disappear from my car last week. The owner told me that if an item disappears while in their care, he will not believe it unless there is video documentation. So the staff can do whatever they want, with his blessing, as long as it is not captured on video. The owner refused to do anything to rectify this issue or to make things right. I will no longer be bringing my car to GAR. It's too bad the owner does not treat his loyal customers as well as he does his unscrupulous underlings.Quick and efficient with the State auto inspection. Soon they will move to their brand new building down the street. UPDATE: THEY ARE NOW IN THE NEW SHOP. 3/8/22Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent customer service and Prices! I had to replace the brakes and rotors on my truck. Fadi gave me an unbeatable price and his crew got the job done in the same day. I have been going here for a while and have always had friendly and timely service. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great deal and a timely repair!

I can't begin to express how impressed I am with the service at Groveland Auto.My Grandmother is a regular and I just can't tell you how sweet all of the guys have been to her.I just brought a car there for the first time and they got the work done so quickly. I have been taking my cars to Groveland Auto since moving to Groveland in 2014 and have always found the service to be excellent and the cost very reasonable. My son, stepson, and husband now take their cars there at my recommendation and are pleased as well. The owner has always been very pleasant and helpful, explaining the repairs to me. The only bad experience I had was when he was away and someone else was running the shop. That ended up being a communication problem -once he was clear what I needed they took care of it right away. I highly recommend Groveland Auto Repair.

Been a loyal customer for 10 years, drove down from Manchester nh fir an oil change.
