I recently took my son's vehicle in for an an oil change on a Saturday (knowing they closed at 2:00) before he went back to school the next day on Sunday. They called and said the truck needed some additional repairs which they were happy to do while they had the vehicle. But, I guess one of the parts they ordered failed, and they scrambled for hours to repair it and then replacing it again. They ended up working on my vehicle until 6:00 (4 hours past closing) because they knew my son was going back to school the next day. While the whole team there was fantastic, a special call out to Nicholas Dunsmoor who was exceptional and was totally committed to getting my truck finished. Great customer service.

Very positive experience with Wilson's. I needed an oil change and for them to look at rattling underneath my truck. I called and told them it was my only car, so I would be waiting for it until they finished up. They recommended I show up the next day right when they opened, which I did. They took it in almost right away and it was ready before I could finish my breakfast next door! Very fair pricing as well. I'll be going back to them in the future, as well.

Always great service at Wilson's from a 6 year customer with multiple cars and company van. They always answer the phone and have good follow-up. Whenever possible (almost always), they return the vehicle to my driveway! Never disappointed....all my service is available on a website that they use and it makes it easy at tax time for expenses.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Place was crowded with others doing inspections, but the work was done amazingly fast. Still, I will not come back. In fact, even though I got a rejection, after I get my vehicle repaired I plan on paying a second time elsewhere for a sticker just to not have to ever go here again (yes, I would legitimately rather pay twice than deal with a bully). I literally got yelled at a one-legged man for not being telepathic and knowing how to read frantic hand signals in a crowded parking lot. Guy points at his prosthetic and says "I'm not &%$#$#& walking to you."Place had raving recommendation by JSK in Pepperell and it is a real shame that someone is working directly against this positive endorsement to ruin it. I was going to just ignore the behavior and not write this because everyone is entitled to a bad day, but then I saw the careless job that was done with the new sticker just being thoughtlessly stuck on top of the remnants of the last sticker on my windshield. I'm sorry, is this your first time doing this? You don't have a method down pat yet with 30 or so inspections a day under your belt for god knows how many years? Or is it just that you didn't like me for some reason? In any case, I literally can't believe the sloppiness at this place.

Best place to bring my car for complex service issues. I trust their expertise more than the dealers who seem to always want to up sell their services and recommend items that aren't always necessary. Priced reasonably, Gary and his team will always make sure the repairs are done right without adding unnecessary expenses.

Took my 2006 Silverado there recently for a loud clunking noise in the front end, Jeff and his team diagnosed it correctly, replaced the needed parts and had me back on the road the same day. They are my "go to" repair shop for quality work, fair treatment and prices. I also have them do some work on my classic cars, and my wife's Buick, trust Gary, Jeff and their team to do the work right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rude receptionist, no upfront communication regarding last service. $278 for oil change and tire rotation plus an additional service fee of $10.00 for using a debit card. I dropped my car off for filters and fluids to be changed and it took 3 weeks to get back! When I picked it up it made it 2 miles up the road and there was no compression in the gas pedal and the car rolled to a stop. I called and let them know something was wrong with the gas pedal and I needed a tow back. Only 2 miles away it took 30 minutes for one of there mechanics to show up with a can of gas. I told him I dont need gas I have 3/4 tank, which i also told them over the phone. He put it in anyway and nothing changed so he left. 30 minutes after that, 2 mechanics showed up and were able to get the gas cable Jimmy rigged enough to drive the car in first gear with the hood partially opened back to the shop. I waited another 3 weeks, so now we're at a month and a half and I get a call shes ready to go. I made it home only have clutch issues all the way there, which was only 10 miles away. I called them back to ask if they bled the clutches slave cylinder and was told they weren't sure. So I asked to bring it in for a bleed and was told the owner would call me back. That was over a week ago and still no call. Needless to say I hired another mechanic and will never use Wilson's again. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to run the opposite directionService: General repairs & maintenance

Two other people I know agree with this statement. They are overpriced. In my experience and one other person's, they also don't fix the right problem. They simply tell you things must be replaced fully. This was either an uneducated answer or a lie. Then, they charge a lot of money for the repair. Perhaps some people shell out the money because they honestly don't pay any attention to the parts cost and the necessity for the type of repair. Maybe I'm missing something? I have been to Wilson's three times. I gave them two stars because I don't want to hurt their business with bad reviews, but I would like to 1 - save people's time and energy. If you're looking for a fair price and the right job to be done for your money, I personally would not tell you to go here. 2 - Maybe enlighten people at Wilson's about what 3 locals all noted independently about the way they have done business and charged people.All services were at least quoted within a day.

Great service pricing and very friendly. Knowledgeable mechanics, they do very good work. However, vehicles never ready when told they would be. Had to wait a few hours to a few days longer than told. But they did keep me informed and the pricing for mechanical work was extremely reasonable and did quality work

Very poor communication, service, and management. Was told only when I arrived at my appointment that the product I was there for was backordered. Tried to do a bait and switch, but I wouldn't bite. No apologies whatsoever. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

I ve been coming here for awhile. My step father is friends with the owner so it was convenient, but I ve always been pretty unhappy with their service over all.. but this really takes the cake..The last time I brought my car (2013 Subaru Impreza) there, I was having what seemed to be a transmission issue. They took it for the day, and when I got it back they told me they took apart the throttle and cleaned it and it was all set. The issue continued, then worsened.. So I took it to Subaru. Come to find out that there were wires that run from the transmission to the cars computer that were cut, and then poorly soldered and taped back together with electrical tape. Also, there are known issues with my make and model s transmission.. there is an extended warranty. I feel like the guys should have known about this and told me, they didn t.. AND they didn t tell me about the cut wires. AND my automatic starter was improperly installed by them as well, which also had to be fixed.In addition to the above mentioned issues, overall this place is flakey and poorly managed. It s like they don t communicate, no one knows which way is up.. and they always have my car for way longer than expected. I m not even going to contact them about the issues because I know they ll just brush me off, so I m sharing this instead. They clearly don t care about their customers. The place is just a disgrace, do yourself a favor and avoid it.

I went here because I needed an oil change and my usual stop (Kemps Service Station) did not have any openings the day I called. When I walked in and asked for an oil change, they first asked me if my Volvo took regular or synthetic oil. I should have walked away at this point, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake.I offered to look it up on my phone, but after a brief group talk, they said that regular would be fine. I left my car, there, and when I went to pick it up, an old man was sitting at the desk. I thought he was a worker, so I asked about my car. He couldn't hear me, so I went to find someone else. After around 5 minutes, a worker and what appered to be the old man's home health aid came into the office and I waited another 5 minutes to print my report. He handed me a statement that listed my oil change as $64.40. That is 24.98 for labor, and 36.72 for parts.I asked him to go over the report and he showed me that they had performed a safety inspection, check air and breather filters, and road tested the vehicle. He then stated, and this is a direct quote, "This isn't like a Jiffy Lube or any real oil change station, so the cost went up accordingly." So why did you agree to perform an oil change on my car?Don't trust these people with your vehicle.

This place is a joke andis run by Jeff Manager and Gary the Owner. I brought my car and it is over 3 weeks and either do not want to fix and their mechanics (inexpereienced) cannot fix it. I had to take my car back hopefully they have not tampered with car. This place is exclusively for whites and they are racist. Public is hereby warned.

Very friendly and quick, quality service.
