really wanted a drivers position had to go through 3 diffrent people before reaching hiring manger. first she said she would send over email for interview that never happed then she said that she was in the middle of doing something else and she would call me back in 10 min that never happened. i m a real worked who really wanted this position. just say that your moving on it s pretty easy to do. thanks for nothing

this is an outlet store or something, i think the majority of workers are doing something else in the back and they come check the front. the store has a little bit of everything a worker needs, and if necessary they will stock whatever you want the next day , or sometimes even just a couple hours if they get stuff sent from another store. really nice knowledgable people work here, its not a bad place to discuss your projects and what tools you need etc

I have bought wiper blades at this store 2 times.They installed the blades after purchase.The last time I returned to the store I waited patiently for the sales person to finish a phone call only to be told that they could not install the blades.This was the same person who had put them on before.

I always felt I was treated fairly doing business at Napa. The staff is knowledgeable as well.
