I brought in my vehicle to McGovern due to being local in my area and convenient. Thinking it being my local Jeep dealer I expect maybe a little too much credit and trust in them. I bought my Jeep and service at Bertera in West Springfield, and you know what I should have stuck with them even if they are 40 mins away, they are at least considerate, respectful, and thorough. The entire ordeal from how I was greeted initially rubbed me the wrong way, Jeremy motioned me towards him when I came into the building but also motioned over by an older pleasant gentleman. Jeremy, while on the phone and typing than directed me No, just stay right here, I m mostly finished. First off I m not a dog and you don t immediately tell them while another person is motioning you to come over and you basically tell them to F off with how you handled that situation.Handed over my vehicle and advised them of my check engine light turned on, and seems to be related to me coolant pump. After that I wait for any info, first update on my vehicle is that the code is dealing with my coolant pump and that it looks to be in working order, but they require removing my front passenger wheel to look further into it.Second update, they checked everything and believe it could be a coolant pump failing or wire connection problems. I advise I have an extended warranty on my vehicle through my place of employment to utilize if repairs are needed. Jeremy gave me the impression of not wanting to work with me on anything regarding my extended warranty, that they are hard to get a hold of, can take a lot of time to get approval and that it s if it is covered. Which I kindly said it will be due to having exclusionary coverage and utilized it in the past with my problems. I don t mind the wait because it is a repair. Throughout the entire process I get nothing but pushback about my warranty, not once did he ask for a copy and outright refusing wanting to see the copy of my warranty which I have easily accessible on my phone and can send copies to any place doing work for coverage. If he could I m sure he would outright say I don t want to call your warranty because it s too much work. Several interactions later he asks for a number for my warranty, the contract number and so forth. Each attempt at him contacting someone he stated he got no answer, and when he did get through that he was informed I have no warranty, unable to find a contract, called another number, told the same thing. So I contact my warranty provider and became involved who state they have my warranty contract easily located and provided a phone number. Come to find out the number Jeremy had written down was incorrect instead of confirming it with me.After several interactions I received nothing but push back, his attitude felt like I was inconvenient and more of an annoyance when I tried stating I have used my warranty before and don t mind the wait. He told me multiple times that s not how it works but couldn t even explain the process. I was pretty upset, which I hate to admit because I felt belittled and embarrassed because in than told This is a $1200 repair, and your warranty probably won t cover it, or you may have to pay out of pocket in the end the service manager or whoever took over, he seemed a bit better but I also felt I was inconveniencing him as well. But decided to have my car remain overnight. The next morning I called Bertera and advised to bring in my jeep. I removed my vehicle from this service department and was asked oh I m sorry, was it something we did to make you not have your vehicle worked on or something, whatever, I just stated I just don t want to inconvenience people with my concerns.My car was serviced at Bertera of West Springfield, my check engine light was resolved in a day and advised my coolant level was low and my cap was not properly placed back on. They kept it a day and overnight to ensure the light remained off and has been off, the best part is how calm, relaxed and listened to my concerns after my experience here.

Took my car in for some shaking while driving. Found out my tires were down to the wire. They offered me a ride home because they didn't want me and my children driving in the car. Very courteous and caring!
