Nothing but professionalism here. My salesman was Yuri and he was very personable, and knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. Drama free experience and I will definitely be back! Great team of people over there that made it worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Clean, pleasant, reasonably priced service center. The gentlemen that work here are friendly and happy to help with any questions or services you need. I've been coming here for a few years now & I will continue to come back again and again. I have been able to get in for an appointment every time within a week or so of when I request. Highly recommend McGovern Jeep of Greenfield Service Department!

The people at McGovern are great I've never had a problem working with them. I leave there with conference because my jeep is running better. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to bring a auto in for repairs.

Yuri did an absolutely amazing job at getting me all information and walking me through the process of buying my 2018 Jeep. He answered all my questions I was proactive with things I didn t even think to ask. Never thought I d say this about buying a used car, but I really enjoyed my experience.

I went in for routine maintenance on my truck, and I have a lease with the gold status program-which takes care of oil change and tire rotation. Upon picking my truck up, I was told they couldn't find my lease paperwork for the gold status lease program. Mind you my lease is up in a few months and I've had it for 3 yrs. Never an issue. I was told I couldn't leave with my truck unless I paid for the service. I said I pay monthly for this program already and they said well we can't find it. They then proceeded to tell me they are McGovern and this is an issue with Lundgren, whom I have the lease through. The guy refused to contact them to find out about the program I had. Said it wasn't his job. I said of course it is, it's not mine the customers job. He refused again, as they hadn't been paid for the last service I had done. I said well it's a you and them problem not a me problem. He got irritated and kept telling me I had to pay. He had called his boss, who also told him to make me pay. I refused again, and had to do his job and call Lundgren myself and talk to them about it. Who mind you were great! They apologized for me being treated that way. Took me 5 mins. Shortly after, they called to pay the bill for me and I got my keys. I asked if I was the only one with this program left and they said they never heard of it. Which is complete bull, as I was told by Lundgren there are plenty with it. I was treated horribly and do not recommend going here for any service on your vehicle. Just because new ownership happened, doesn't mean my lease stopped and they should have taken the 5-10mins to make the phone call and find my info.Update: I did receive a call from a manager at McGovern apologizing for how I was treated. He assured me this is not how they do business and would handle it. He was very nice and offered some services for my truck in the future. I appreciated him reaching out.

I want to thank Chad Tiniti, Rob Richardson, and all the other service department employees for a phenomenal experience . My car needed an emergency tow and repair, and in less the 24 hours the service department had diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and fixed my car. Thank you all for your outstanding repair service, responsiveness, support and patience. I also want to add that my car is a Suburu, so these technicians can service different types of vehicles and brands.

Someone once told me buying a new vehicle is in the top five of life's most stressful points. I had the same vehicle (bought brand new) for 16 years. So it was time to replace it. It all came crashing back to me once I started looking. Playing the back and forth games, the pretend best friend, endless head games. Which is why I'm so grateful to have run into Yuri on a Saturday afternoon when I stopped by to check out a vehicle on the lot. If you're looking for a straight up guy, that's just going to answer your questions honestly, and if he doesn't have them, go out of his way until he does, then he's your guy! Unlike most vehicle shopping, the only negative part about it was driving away in a solid new vehicle, but knowing I would miss the great interactions Yuri and I had in the process. Five stars is not enough.

We found the perfect car online and drove from Maine to pick it up. Zac and Cedric made the transition seamless. Everything was prepared online and over the phone, they even overnighted our documents to send back. They were fair on our trade in and didn't haggle with the manufacturer rebates like some dealers do. We basically walked in, paid and drove away in our new car. If you want a straightforward approach to buying a car and friendly employees, this is your place.

My wife and I recently bought a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon from this dealer. Was by far the most painless and easy buying experience I've ever had. We live 5 hours away in NY, and Zach made sure we had all the numbers and info we needed to move forward with the purchase as we financed locally here in NY. Offered us a very fair amount for our trade in, and we were at the dealership for maybe 30 - 45 minutes for paperwork with Cedric, and we were back on the road heading home with our new vehicle. Hats off guys! I would absolutely do business with them again! It was worth the 5 hour trip there. We got the vehicle we wanted with no hassle! Great job guys! Thanks again!!!

Ordered a part and was told it was on back order which was fine but months later nobody will respond to any of my emails. I was refunded for the order without anyone telling me. Why do you even take orders you can t fulfill and don t tell your customers when you fail to fill the order?
