While I had to drive 5+ hours round trip, the 10 minutes of service Lily provided to help me renew and upgrade My License was actually 10 Stars! Thanks again. No more RMV for me. I prefer competent pleasant people. Thank you again Lily!!

I went to the RMV to register my new car and found out that I was missing a form that you get from your insurance agency. I have AAA car insurance and so I drove over to the AAA without an appointment. I was very fortunate it was a slow time because they were able to squeeze me in and they were so incredibly helpful that they got me the form in time to go back to the registry and complete my registration the same day. They really were wonderful.

I was very impressed by the staff at this location. We've gotten trip maps there before and they were extremely helpful and friendly. I most recently purchased euros for a trip to Italy and the friendly service and information they provided was exceptional.

The staff at AAA was friendly and patient with me as I did not know the process. Finished my license renewal including filling out the form, getting my photo updated, paying and leaving within 12 minutes. Really excellent and highly recommended.

Not friendly and will try and sell you a membership by telling you your membership is not valid. Manager Scott Maxwell does not return calls. It s obvious they get a commission on selling memberships. Someone needs to tell them AAA is good ANYWHERE in the US and if you don t know that you shouldn t be working at AAA! After many attempts to contact Mr. Maxwell by me and 3 other AAA offices and Corporate agents Mr. Maxwell remains unavailable to discuss my issue, he seems to be in a continuous meeting all day everyday. Mr. Maxwell doesn t seem to concerned about any issues in his branch, he s the manager he should MANAGE. Very disappointed with AAA and the way they treat their members.

I've used AAA Pioneer Valley for home and car insurance, and they've been great. I would definitely recommend them. I did buy a battery from them one time and it never gave me any problems. As for the road service, everyone knows the deal with that. It's always a wait. As for "Trip-Tiks," wow, that's a throw-back. I forgot they existed. My recommendation to all is get a smart phone and let it navigate for you. They're great! They'll even give you traffic alerts. I do like being able to stop in to the office and get a map of where I'm going, to get the big picture.

Very nice and helpful. Down fall is that due to covid an appointment is required. But much easier and fast when needing to register a vehicle. I would highly recommend have AAA just for that convince.

Went in to renew my license, was quick and Savannah was VERY helpful. Would definitely make this my go to place for license and trip planning. Got some great maps and brochures, too. (Don't forget, you have to be a member)

Went here for license renewal. Had never been to Greenfield for this, but decided to try it out. We walked in at 9:05-ish, and we were out a 9:15!!! The staff was SO friendly, and super efficient!!!! If you're within a reasonable distance, or not and don't care, I strongly recommend this office for your registry needs.

I've had to call for a jump 3 times in the last two years, twice in Turners Falls, once in Brattleboro. Each time the courteous technician from AAA was there to help me within a half hour. Driving with AAA gives me peace of mind. And the folks in the store are very nice, too. The internet is great, but nothing beats reading the tour books when you're planning a trip somewhere you've never driven to before.

I spent two hours this morning trying to get a simple time-sensitive question answered to no avail. I called eight times and was assured each time that a travel agent would return my call. It never happened, even after I spoke with the manager, Joyce Marcotte who told me she would personally see that my question was addressed. I don't think this organization understands the concept of customer service. As a AAA member for thirty years, I am disgusted!

We had gone to Greenfield after we had major service issues in Hadley. We were able to get right in and get all our reservarions and Carolyn was just amazing. Would be 5 stars if our experience only involved her. Unfortunately we also needed trip tix so met with another woman that seemed comptent but after 10 calls and almost a month later, still no trip tix and rarely even a call back. Told today we have to take another day off from work to get the trip tix we asked for on April 19th!!!! Apparently they were never done or sent out as they promised. Never again. AAAs in Western MA are just terrible.Update- the requested trip tix were done and ready and waiting for us. The real issue here was the communication, we were told being mailed out in a few days, then got run around when we called. Had they just said it would be 4-6 weeks, or that they will be sent out 2 weeks before trip, we would be good and this would be a 5 star review. The reservations and the trip tix are both amazing.

Came in looking for travel info on a cross-country trip to Grand Canyon and many other places. The personnel provided all the pamphlets and maps we needed, in a very friendly and prompt manner. It was our first visit to the store, and was very successful.

We were looking for maps for our trip to Idaho and Montana. Not only did the lovely lady who helped us find them for us, but when we also told her about our future trip to the Florida Keys, she showed us their website with tons of information. She went above and beyond by printing out more info. to take with us. So kind and helpful!

They couldn't get a simple last name right causing me to wait in the cold for longer than necessary. Other than that they were good.

Trying to cal AAA is a joke! I called them to ask one question pertaining to a need for passports. I was on hold (not even getting a "can you please hold" mind you) for 42 minutes! No human interaction at all! I called and dialed 3 for travel, 4 for other needs. And waited. After 42 minutes I hung up and called the 800 number. What a waist of my time! Why do I pay extra for AAA if the local office can't be reached when needed ?! Ugh!

I called about my dead AAA car battery, and was given 1,000 reason's why the batteries 6 year "Warranty" would NOT be honored in any way, shape or form. I had to get a jump start previously from AAA, and the AAA guy ran a diagnostic at that time and said the "AAA" branded battery had a damaged fuel cell and was under warranty still. Great, right? WRONG! It would cost $120 to replace the battery. No free battery, no pro rating for an early death. A top of the line battery costs between 60 and 100 bucks, and have real warranties. AAA batteries are bottom of the line, die early, and the "warranty" is voided if you have no paper receipt (all other batteries just go by bar code and stamp on battery), if you dare remove the battery yourself, or if you had bought the car with the battery already in it. I am sure they also could have found hundreds of other loop holes to get out of replacing it. Imagine if you bought a used car and it had a brand new AAA battery in it. If it failed the first day you owned it, they would not stand behind their product at all. That is simply nonsense. All legitimate battery companies don't care about that. This is quite simply a scam whole-heartedly supported and endorsed by AAA. I searched online and read some of the infinite complaints posted their about AAA car batteries, concerning their lack of quality, their high price, deceptive sales practices and the fact that the "Warranty" was completely useless. AAA simply did not back it at all, yet continues in the battery scam. This has apparently been going on for over 6 years now. My call was to my local AAA office in Greenfield, MA to determine if AAA would replace my battery for a pro-rated price or for free, as the warranty states it will do. They will not. Nor will they offer any support in an effort to have the warranty honored. I asked if they would stand behind the many multi-year AAA members upset about this, like me, or just repeat the company line and continue on with this fleecing of their membership. Guess what the answer was?

I needed maps and a guidebook for a trip. Not only did they have a guidebook and map for Texas, they had one for the city I was visiting, . They also had street maps of many cities in the northeast I hope to use in the future. The staff were friendly and efficient .

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. A year ago, we visited the office hoping to get some assistance in planning an itinerary that would involve air and train travel. The person in the AAA office who specialized in this knew nothing at all about Amtrack and could only offer us the web address.Flash-forward to this year. We stopped in the office to request a Trip-Tik for a planned drive from Orange, MA to Wildwood, NJ. We were told the one person in the office capable of mapping out the route was off that day, but the receptionist took our information and said the responsible party would call us the following morning. We left instructions for the trip: an area of Connecticut we wanted to avoid because we knew of major construction and that we wanted to cross the Hudson via the Tappanzee Bridge rather than the George Washington. We had visited the office on a Wednesday. When we hadn't heard from AAA by Monday morning, we called the office and spoke with the person who is responsible for creating Trip-Tiks. She "found" the receptionist's note, but hadn't begun working on it yet. I explained we were leaving very early Wednesday morning, so I needed to pick up the information Tuesday. She assured me all would be ready. I asked if she would also provide a travel book for New Jersey and paper maps for all the states we'd be going through and she agreed all would be together for us when we arrived at the office. My husband went to the office in the middle of Tuesday afternoon. The Trip-Tik wasn't bound yet, so he had to wait for that to be done. When he asked about the maps and tour book, the woman pointed toward a wall and said, "They're over there."The Trip-Tik amounted to nothing more than segments of maps that could have been printed from Mapquest. Once upon a time, such a routing document from AAA would include information about restaurants, etc., on each segment of the trip, but apparently that's no longer the case. This document - along with the staff of this office - proved to be utterly USELESS. If I didn't need the roadside services, I'd drop my membership.
