Needed a replacement tire. Courtney and team took great car of me and my older mini cooper. I have recommended Mavis to my guests for the last few years and they have always given them great customer care and got them back on the road quickly. I finally was a customer and needed to share my positive transaction. Highly recommend. Staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Well done.

The guys at Great Barrington Mavis Tires are always so reliable! Their service is fast, rates faire, and attitudes positive. I ve been three times in the past two years with the same vehicle and have always felt that they re on my side, trying to save me money. Very refreshing during a time when it feels like every mechanic is trying to get all they can from you.

These guys were the heroes of the day a few weeks back when my Nissan Rogue started shaking and wobbling and driving very poorly.I had had a prior diagnostic done somewhere else, and they entirely missed some very serious issues with the steering rod and wheels. Issues that could ve been dangerous. These guys were on top of it immediately, and were able to get the right part sent over the very next morning, so they could get my vehicle safe back on the road. They went out of their way as well to help me with some other smaller, and unrelated vehicle maintenance replacement issues, and to refer me to another local garage (as a newcomer to town), for areas of maintenance and repair they don t handle at Mavis.The difference in the ride smoothness and control of steering and stability was tremendous and all of the guys there those two days were knowledgeable, professional, did exactly what they said they would, and did nothing they did NOT; their communication skills were great.Most important, as a single mom, the prices at Mavis and efficient pace they got the work done with were EXCELLENT.The repairs I got would have been more than $400 MORE at a competitor s center.I m so grateful to the great crew at the GB Mavis.

I recently visited Mavis Tire in Great Barrington and was so pleased with the team there. The front counter staff, Josh and Taylor, provided excellent customer service and were super helpful. The mechanics in the back efficiently handled the winter tire change for both of my cars, completing the task quickly and flawlessly. Overall, my experience with Mavis Tire was out -standing and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Mavis Tire, for a job well done!

Had a screw in the tire and needed it patched. Called and was brought in, in no time. Courtney who helped us out went out of his way to give the dogs a treat, have a conversation with us and made sure we had the best service. Highly recommend this place, good service and great group of guys working there. Most importantly doing the right thing! Thank you, thank you!

These guys remember what customer service means. I walked in to simply ask a question about a tire pump, and they inflated all my tires to the correct pressure, at no charge. I also learned they can perform oil changes and other simple maintenance for less than my dealership. I m definitely coming here when it s time to buy new tires.

The staff at this location are outstanding. We had a minor part replacement needed for our vehicle(non tire related)that other chain repair stores would have charged us an arm & leg for. Instead these guys were decent human beings & didn't do that to us. They should be commended & rewarded for it. If you have vehicle business(even if you not from the area)bring it Mavis Tire of Great Barrington. You won't be disappointed.

The best service and staff in the automotive game. Came in with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon, which is a feat in itself to find an open shop to begin with. The fellas took me in immediately with no hassle or attitude, and five minutes after the car was lifted, tire plugged, and all tires pressure checked/pumped up. And just like that I was off . Hands down the best service experience that I ve ever had. Cannot recommend more. A+++

Traveling. Had a nasty flat. This place came to the rescue. Open Sunday morning. Cheap tire installed for about a $100 to get me back home. Thanks so much. Definitely recommend.

I called about an odd sound and they made sure to fit me in the same day to ensure the car was safe to drive before a trip. They were very thorough and I know I'll be headed back there for further services. Saved me lot of headache. Really stand up people.

I absolutely love this mavis. This crew is caring, compassionate, and will tell you the truth. Every time I hear a new noise, or anything, I stop into Mavis and they help me out every time.Today, I went in because another shop told me my brakes needed to be done. Not only did the staff check my brakes, the fluids, etc, they told me about the discounts and gave me additional information to know about my braking system and mileage. I will continue to take my vehicle to this location. Highly recommend.

Courtney and Craig took care of us with kindness and professionalism. We heard a rattling in our car so we brought it to them. Craig immediately took a look and patched up the splash guard no charge, 15 minute we were in and out. Super nice guys

So quick such great serviceCourtney and James were amazing!Open on a Sunday and saved my day!Again yesterday 9/12/23 I had a tire light on.... and stopped. Within minutes they were looking at the tire, plugged and sent me on my way. I have been to this store 3 x for tire issues (I have the worst luck) and EVERY time, they are quick, polite and help me. They are an amazing team

I got a flat tire with three hours left to go of a seven hour drive. These guys were the only place still open. I got there 3 minutes before they closed and they stayed 20 minutes after closing to fix my tire. Super friendly and super helpful!

A big shout out for the crew at Mavis Tire! Especially Taylor and Adam!Our muffler was ready to fall off ! This place is awesome! I only wish I had gotten the names of the men who assisted us as I would love to thank them publicly. My husband and I got a flat tire on a drive from Boston to Michigan and most places in the area were closed. We were about fifteen minutes away and we called them and were told to come right over. When we arrived they helped us right away. The tire was changed quickly and we were able to continue our journey. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend.

I have read all the good reviews and bad reviews of this Mavis. For my own experience, it has always been positive. The team there is always very patient, especially Taylor who always gives me an honest appraisal what needs to be done and what can wait. He s always willing to answer any questions I have. Brad G
