Dressel's saved me, twice! The receptionists are so kind and listened to me empathetically when I called in a panic after being screwed over by another mechanic. They are quick, efficient, and are happy to explain the car's issues before proceeding with any work. Their prices are more than fair for the high quality work that they do. Most recently, I had my car towed there after my brake light came on and I noticed brake fluid leaking.They squeezed me in and had my car back to me by the end of the same day. I will continue to return to Dressel's for any and all maintenance and issues on my 2015 Toyota Corolla.

Well once again oil change all completed. New rules no more going in the bay to watch. I use to take this time to look under my truck and check out the frame etc. But you know I trust them to do a good job and they check everything out why it s up in the air. But the good news they have a brand new waiting area coming. Complete with phone chargers and Wi-Fi along with coffees bar. Wow. All we need is cookies. Maybe Paula can make some lol.

Excellent, affordable, and speedy service! You'll be in good hands at Dressels! I had my car towed here after the red triangle "!" light came on in my Prius. They under-promised and over-delivered which is a customer service mantra I personally subscribe to. They told me that they might not be able to look at my car for a week, and already checked it out, ordered, amd installed the part within 2 days. Although that unfortunately didn't resolve all the issues with my car, it did fix one of them and Nick was very empathetic and patient in explaining what the issues were and what my options were for replacing my hybrid battery through a vendor he trusts. I greatly appreciated his expertise and am so glad that AAA recommended Dressels! I will definitely be back for future car maintenance needs.

First time using this shop and had a safety concern. All the staff was incredibly friendly and took care of the issue even on a day they were completely booked up. They also took the time to explain to me what the problem was so I could understand it. They went above and beyond, I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Got me in and out when all the other local shops were booked out a month, so not only did they fit me in but they did great work on a timely schedule! My new go-to place for sure!

Was in a pinch having just put 4 new tires on my car on a Friday morning, and in need of an alignment. Had to head to Buffalo Sunday night, was told initially they were full but upon sharing the specifics of my situation, they managed to squeeze me in right away. Unfortunately I'm from out of state and I needed to get a tire replaced on my trailer and it was too little for them to bother with. It wasn't as though I was asking him to do it for nothing I'm willing to pay I can't physically change it myself. I wasn't asking for it to be done at that moment.They don't seem to be very understanding.

I went to Dressel s because I heard great things, and they did not disappoint! I have an older vehicle with a long list of problems, but they worked with me and helped me fix the more pressing issues. The mechanics that I dealt with, Nick and John, explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The receptionist, Paula, was a pleasure to talk to and was very helpful. Dressel's Service Station is very good. The mechanics are well educated to work on vehicles. Getting an appointment is quick and the work done is completed in a timely manner.The staff is friendly and helpful when asked questions and explaining what needs to be done and what has been done.The only thing is, the prices are a bit more than other service stations in the area.

Dressel's is fantastic. I've been taking my vehicles to them for a better part of a decade. Any car problems I've had big or small they've helped me out. Pulled in the parking lot with a flat tire. Brand new tire to. They took me right in, nick put the truck in a bay. Diagnosed the problem as a puncture to big to patch or plug. He said it would take an hour to get a replacement tire. So he put the sparetire on, so we could go get breakfast and return when the tire was there. Went to breakfast, then returned to Dressels. The tire was in and showed me the hole in the tire. Yup! It was big. They mounted and balanced the new tire put it back on my truck, spare too. Paid my bill and I was on my way. Thank you Nick and the entire team. Best customer service around.

Dressel's Has some of the best Mechanics and people working for them that I have ever experienced in the service industry.For 20 years I have had multiple foreign and domestic vehicles serviced there with excellent communication From the minute I called, to Updates on the repairs all the way until I'm handed the keys picking up my vehicle! From the simple battery install to Involved gas tank replacement The work and prices are outstanding! My friend and his extended family have gotten their cars fixed here for a long while, and when my car acted up on a long trip (I work in Granby frequently and live in Downeast Maine), I brought my car to Dressel s after hours. Paula manages the customer service with joy and helpfulness, and I was so glad the busy mechanics were able to resolve my safety issue to get me home to my family. I had an overheating problem, and many garages would try to sell me a pump, thermostat, or sensors whether or not it was the real issue (I know from experience!), but these folks did the simplest, best fix to keep my motor safe. Word from my friend is that they ve always been honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Maybe I ll always get work done at this end of my trips to work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great locally owned business. I went in around 7:30 the day before Thanksgiving with no appointment when my headlight went out - - even the day before a holiday they had me in and out quickly and off to work. Much appreciated! The fact that they work on hybrids is also a major bonus and was a determining factor in me purchasing a hybrid vehicle.

Scott and the extended family at Dressel's are experts who know how to take care of any problem you have with your vehicle. Family and friends and the community are are priorities for all of them and it shows. They do everything for my car for me, they do it right, they give value, and I never have to worry about my car. I have been going to Dressel s since 2016 and I can safely say they are the only people I want servicing my car. They are upfront about everything that is needed, prompt with service and timing, very affordable for great mechanics, and overall very friendly people.But the two things that stand out most for me are the top tier customer service and willingness to help to the best of their ability on short notice. Every time I ve been in the waiting room (pre Covid) they know all their customers by first name and are very quick to greet upon arrival. These guys are the best! Friendly service, with terrific attention to detail. They found a problem I didn't realize was there, saving me from being stranded out on the highway. Honest to a fault as well. They keep my older car running as she should. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Great service and knowledgeable and honest mechanics. I've been bringing my car here for 6 years because they always get to the heart of the problem rather than offering temporary fixes. They have always followed through with their work if a part isn't working correctly.

Dropped off my truck for an incredibly overdue alignment the other day and it was done by lunch time. Truck feels GREAT! Guys in the shop cashing me out seemed super nice as well. I'll def. Bring the truck back for other things..

This is the only place I get my cars services. I been going for years now! They are always friendly and take care of my car when it needs a repairs. I am a curious person, so when I ask them about a repair they take the time to answer any questions I have. I have used this service station for years. It is family owned and the family is absolutely wonderful. The service is great and they always treat you with honesty and respect. You can bring your own parts or they'll be happy to obtain them for you. Plain and simple you will not be sorry bringing your car here.
