I bought a car for my daughter at Tom s for a very fair price. There were a couple of small issues and when I talk to Tom, he fixed them immediately at no charge! Tom s Auto is very honest. I highly recommend his business for your auto needs.

Tom's Auto:I feel they were very honest & they also knew what was exactly wrong with my car. Usually you bring your vehicle somewhere & it takes 2 or 3 appointments to figure it out. My car is basically my office on wheels. It was a relief to turn the key and have it start with no issues.We will continue to give them our business.A+++++

I was looking for a new place to service my vehicle and Toms was reconnected. My husband needed his truck fixed ASAP. I called and was greeted by a friendly voice. I scheduled the tow to Tom's on a Friday and on Monday afternoon a new starter was installed and ready for pickup. We are so happy . I found a new place.

Extremely friendly and approachable. Even though they have a front desk receptionist, I will still able to talk to a mechanic that worked in my car after. Took my car in same morning, got it back that day in mint condition, running great.

Highly recommend!!After two failed attempts from other shops I found this place & so glad that I did!! They found & cleared a clogged drain that was hidden deep under the cowl area flooding the drivers side floor on my Ford Explorer. They also provide really great customer service with scheduling & follow up calls. Gotta love it when you find a quality local business you can trust. My new auto service go2!! I have been going to Toms for about 15 years and they have always taken care of me. They beat everyone's price on tires twice for me. I would 100% recommend them for service or tires.

Tom s has provided car repairs for our family for 11 years now - all 7 of us! Got what felt like the first accurate diagnosis of our 1998 Ford F150 torque converter breaking down and resulting vibration. It wasn t good news but on the other hand, we were barely charged for this reality check and we were warned off making a long distance trip that would have been unsafe. Very impressed

Great service.I went to the other 2 places in town (Sullivan and east coast tire)and to get a flat tire repair and they didn t care about it.At Tom s they did the repair right away and really helped a customer!Thank you so much

One of the windows in my car didn t function. Tom s Auto Center gave me a reasonable quote, fixed the issue quickly and even cleaned the duct tape completely off that was covering the window, holding it up. I was impressed with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

My Garage couldn't fit me in so I went online and looked for a Garage that could fit me in. I called Tom's and was able to get in the next morning to fix my AC. When I arrived I was greeted and felt comfortable. I also mentioned my rear brake started making a funny noise. They checked everything and found I needed them replaced. They fixed them immediately and I was really happy because I was headed up to North Conway for the weekend. Excellent service and employees. Thank-youServices: Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Was looking for a shop to fix my finances jeep cherokee after it failed to start after work one day. Had looked online at many of the shops in town and saw Tom's had pretty good reviews so ended up calling them and having it towed over. Turned out to be the starter so gave them the go ahead to fix it and picked it up the next day. Fast forward a few weeks and had an issue where it didn't want to start again this past Saturday (labor day weekend) and had a lot of smoke coming from back there under the hood. Went ahead and had it towed back to them and called them the following Tuesday when they opened to let them know what happened. Was figuring it would be a few days for them to get to it since it wasn't a scheduled service but they wasted no time. Picked it back up Wednesday night! The starter they installed failed (faulty starter, not their fault) and they didn't hesitate getting it in and back in order at no cost to us, as well as informing me of another issue it had we were unaware of but would require dealership service so I could make sure to keep an eye on fluid levels. Aside from that all of the people I talked to throughout all this were honest and wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future the next time a problem arises with both of our vehicles.

Mark was friendly, helpful, efficient and was able to replace my 2004 Honda Accord alternator same day - in by 8am out by 2p and at a good price. I highly recommend Tom s Auto Center

I highly recommend toms auto they were able to fix my jeep after other shops told me they weren t able to. They really took the time to make sure it was done right they were also very patient with me in a high stress time for me. They are all very nice and good at what they do! My daughter and I were visiting Rockport and planning to leave for a 7 hour journey back home the next day when my check engine light came on and the car became very loud. An auto parts store recommended Tom s. Tom s got me in at 7:30am the very next morning and did a major repair to the exhaust system. They were all so kind and the car ran beautifully and got us home safely. I d like to say thank you to Alita, Jeff, and Kenny for not only fixing my car but for making us feel safe and welcome. I was on my lunch break when my oil light started beeping, so I pulled in on my way back to work. Not only did they squeeze me in on no notice, the woman at the front desk gave me a ride back to work and offered to pick me up when my car was ready. The oil change wasn t terribly expensive and everyone I spoke to was very nice and polite. My car is running great and I have no complaints at all!! Thanks to everyone there for making what could have been a really stressful day totally fine :)Service: Oil change

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. My car was assessed immediately upon arrival, I was given a full report of what was needed. First time using Tom s. Expecting possibly a new starter. After 20 minutes I was told that it was just a loose wire to the starter. The cost was less than an early bird light senior meal . Kudos!Highly recommended.ResRkptMaService: Electrical repair

I had a complete 4 wheel brake job, as well as a serious suspension issue resolved. Not only was the work superb quality. They made sure it was done in time to get a dear friend to his chemotherapy on schedule. The young lady whom orchestrated my service Was The BEST! She made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. On Cape Ann, there is no other choice than Tom's Auto Center. When the AC went in my truck, Tom s was recommended by someone who had their AC repaired there. This is a new business in town and I didn t know anything about them, so my first calls were to the two places I typically bring my truck to. But after two days of not being able to get either shop on the phone, I decided to call Tom s. They answered the phone, got me in in a reasonable amount of time and made the process very easy. Also important is that I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the work. I ll definitely use them again.Service: Air conditioning
