Great service, and great sales/rebates. I set an appointment using their website. Nick at Sullivan Tire reached out the next morning, and he and I exchanged all the info needed ahead of time so that I could just drop off my car the night before using the key drop, without having to worry about an early morning call. In the afternoon when I picked up the car, I was in and out in five minutes with my shiny new tires.

the Gloucester Sullivan Tire has always been great to me! Logan was very helpful today with keeping me updated as to the status of my car and what they needed to do to get it back on the road. Very grateful for their hard work and friendly demeanor.

Have used Sullivan tire on a couple of occasions, out of necessity. Dave and all employees are very committed to helping you and seemingly knowledgeable. My first time was an alternator that went pretty well but not in the timeframe that I was told might happen. I was told that the wrong part was delivered originally and then they had to correct a situation that they were responsible for, so I had to wait two additional days. The next time was for 4 tires, balanced, installed and aligned plus I wanted them to check my climate control and window connections. Climate control panel didn t work when not illuminated and windows not working properly. They couldn t align tires because equipment was working and I was told that they needed more time to check connections for electrical situation. Before they checked out some of the connections my dome lights went on and off properly and chime for keys in ignition worked, now they don t. I also think they disposed of my good spare tire. Not a great experience but they seem to handle a lot of business.

Highly recommend! My husband and I were headed up to Gloucester on our honeymoon and broke down halfway. We were towed up to Gloucester and left the car overnight, with a note. Thankfully we were staying in an Airbnb close to Sullivan Tire, so we were able to walk there that evening. We got in touch with Sullivan Tire first thing the next morning and the gentleman we spoke to was so nice and extremely helpful. They got the car right in, assessed the damage and it was done in less than 2 hours. They congratulated us on our marriage, even saying "this must be the happy couple". The staff at Sullivan truly treated us like family and helped us turn a honeymoon that was off to a rocky start, into a stress free and memorable experience. Thank you Sullivan Tire!!! You will forever be a part of our wedding story!

Honest and good pricing. They are also the type that if it isn't worth fixing they will tell you. I had a truck that rusted underneath and was affecting one of the axles. It was a 3,000 job to fix. The owner told me it wasn't worth fixing because the undercarriage was completely rotted. He suggested salvaging it in which I did.

I dropped off a loose wheel and tire for a mount and balance a few days ago. I was told that it would be ready later that afternoon. I called around 5:30. They hadn't gotten to it. I was then told that it would be ready at 9am the following morning. I arrived a little after 9. It was still sitting in the same spot.I understand that retaining employees through and after the pandemic has been difficult. Having retired from the automotive industry, including tire sales and service, I know that it takes 5-10 minutes to perform the service I requested.

While I was waiting I overheard THREE customer complaints. I tried to just leave, but my car was already on the lift. I went somewhere else and had to have everything redone.

I went here to have two tires plugged. told me that he could not plug them that the tires could not be repaired. I drove up the street to East Coast tire and they did the job for me. No problem. Shop local save money!! Very disappointed I did a lot of business with Sullivans!!

The team at Sullivan Tire in Gloucester has been taking excellent care of my vehicle since 2016. I mainly have interacted with Dave. He and they have gone the extra mile time and again. They are all professional, reliable, honest, very hard working and an all around pleasure to work with. If Dave were no longer there I would be very dissapointed. I would be hard pressed to find another shop that could replace them with the same competence. Thank you team Sullivan!

A dealer tech did an "oil and filter change" on my car. Immediately after, the car began running really rough. I took the car to the Gloucester Sullivan tire and Logan checked it and it turns out that the tech did not change the filter or drain the oil, but just added oil and the oil was WAY overfilled. Sullivan did the oil change properly and it immediately ran normally after that.

Never going Back!! Drove our Volvo there for an oil change and upon completion the engine would not start. After a week in their shop they could not figure out the problem. We had to tow the car out bring it to another shop where they determined the engine was cooked and most likely from being run with no oil in it. They will not take responsibility for the damage or even refund the oil change. Not to mention the aggravation we suffered not having our vehicle and having friends drive us to Peabody to get a rental car

Service was great! A little pricey for brakes but very fair on the oil change. You pay for what you get now a days; I got great service, very professional, I got my truck in right away hardly a wait and they got it all done in a few hours. I d happily pay a little more than local pricing to have it go this way every time! No complaints from this customer! Thank you Team Sullivan!

I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. This place always does the right thing and is honest. Solid repairs and services done quickly and competently. Dave at the front desk is professional and courteous. I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always had a good experience. Keep up the good work Dave and crew!

I visited this store to have a damaged tire from another store inspected/replaced, I was promptly greeted by Todd who took the time to look at my problem objectively. Todd and his team quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem, while I waited, and got me back up and running promptly. The team at this Sullivan Tire location exemplifies the level of customer service I expect from Sullivan Tire, and based on my experience I would strongly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!!! Total rip off scam artists!!!! My Girlfriend, who's been a good customer of this place, went there for a slow leak in her tire. They told her it couldn't be repaired and she needed a new tire at a cost of $150. I suspected this was not needed. She then took it to East Coast Tire. There was a small screw in the tire and they plugged it for $15! This place preys on local customers big time!!! UPDATE: Disregard the response from Sullivan Tire!!! I've been in the auto industry for over 30 years and I'm FULLY AWARE of when and how to and not to safely repair a tire! Read other reviews as they've pulled this scam on others!!!

Another great experience at Sullivan Tire here in Gloucester. That's why I keep going back. This was a simple fix (nail in tire) and I was in and out. The staff is welcoming, professional, and courteous.

Warning based on my experience and that of some friends. If Gloucester branch says you have a hole in the tire sidewall, make certain they prove it or get a second opinion. You may very well be paying for a new tire unnecessarily.Response to Sullivan response: For reason too long to detail, Gloucester originally said they had a tire to match the one on my car and needed to replace the one with alleged sidewall hole. Sidewall holes could not be repaired. Turned out they could not match my tire. They did not try and sell me a mismatched tire, which was good. So I had leaking tire put back on car and brought car to NTB because they had a match. NTB pulled a nail out of tread, found no hole in sidewall, and plugged tire. it was this story that I shared with friends.

My 2007 Subaru Impreza with 136,000 miles was repaired in one day after being towed to Sullivan Tire from the Beauport Hotel. Its original alternator died. Thanks for replacing it and also checking the entire car. My oil was dirty because it was last changed a year ago, and I hadn't replaced it because I hadn't driven 3,000 miles since the last change, but I was about to change it soon. Angel towed my Impreza from the Beauport Hotel as the driver at Tally's Towing. I asked him to choose a service station nearby. He should get a commission each time he brings you a service job.Thank you, Angel, for rescuing me. Merry Christmas.

Todd was very straight forward with informing me of the problem with my Audi s oil filter. Although the part took a while to be delivered I did get to see - while I was waiting - customers come in that were happy about their service.The Sullivan Tire in Bedford NH was yuuuuge in getting my timing belt, water pump replaced and warranty work can be done locally. I took public transportation to Manchester NH and a ST courtesy shuttle to Bedford NH ST made it easy.In short ST:- Major work like timing belts.- Warranty- Honesty- Courtesy Shuttle

Horrible, rude employees, prices listed on their website is different than what you are actually charged for said advertised service... I had multiple issues after having a simple oil change and new battery put in my vehicle. Called and was spoken to like I was a moron.
