My 8 month old Genesis was unfortunately rear ended last month. I was looking for a body shop and read some good reviews about Gloucester Auto Body so I decided to give them a call. Paul told me to come right down and he would take a look. I did and he reassured me that they could restore the car to it's original new condition. He also made all the arrangements for a rental while my car was being repaired. When I picked up my car I was very happy to see that the car did indeed look like new. The paint match was perfect. I would not hesitate to go there again or recommend them to anyone who needs autobody repair.

We are extremely pleased with the body work done by Gloucester Auto Body. Paul and his crew did an excellent job repairing my wife's car which was struck by and 18 wheeler. My car was hit and I was recommended by a neighbor to go to Gloucester auto. I am so happy I did! They were professional, and made me feel like my vehicle was in safe hands. They are fast and thorough. My vehicle came out pristine and I didn t have any stress or worries, they took care of EVERYTHING. I highly recommend going here for any of your car needs. They are TRUSTWORTHY and live up to their word. Thank you so much guys!! I will definitely go here for all my future auto needs.

My husband and I were staying in the area and were in need of a body shop. Our lucky day was discovering Gloucester Auto Body & Sales.How fortunate to find a business that is professional, keeps to their word and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to share my outstanding experience with Gloucester Auto Body. I had damage to drivers side door and fender. I spoke to Paul on the phone to set up time for repair. I told him the door wasn't opening to easy, so he had me come down that same day and they made it operable within minutes. Then came time for the repair. I just picked it up a few minutes ago and I have to say...It looks amazing. Color and finish is perfect. They were even able to save me a few bucks and get me brand new parts instead of used. And to top it all off, they even detailed the inside. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Gloucester Auto Body. Thank you Paul and staff....

Well Someone hit my car the beginning of September and I went straight to see my friend. She works at a gas station and she told me to go see Paul at Gloucester Auto Body. I went to see Paul and I was a mess, I was so shaken up and he told me to relax don't worry about it and he would take care of it. He treated me like I was his best friend or his family member. The reason why was freaking out in such a mess was because I didn't get the information that I needed to get because I didn't know. I was such in a panic and he took care of it and no matter how many times I called him he never once got upset or mad. He was always very kind and friendly and always he answered all my questions or concerns. I was told that my car was gonna take a week or 2 to get fixed and Paul and his team worked together and they had my car back within a few days. Oh, I was so happy to have my car back so soon. Gloucester Auto Body Paul is a very trustworthy person and he will help you in any way he can. and because of all this I now have a new place that I trust and I don't have to worry about getting robbed like I do any other times I go to a place and I know that Paul will give me the right price and the right thing will be fixed and I don't have to worry about anything. well now he gained a new customer and many more because I will tell everybody I know and don't know about Gloucester Auto Body!

those guys are really really nice and take the time to tell you what's going on and the price is very reasonable... I am very impressed with the work done on my mini Cooper. they went above and beyond fixing what I came in there primarily to be fixed. All the lights on the dashboard are off!!!!! and they want me to come by on Monday to see how the car is doing, no mechanic has ever asked me to come back 3 days later to see how the car is running..the cars running great, they're awesome, these guys really do go above and beyond. My car is everything to me. I'm so happy, especially on Black Friday they fixed my radiator t connector whatever. Really reasonably priced, seriously. Thank you so much for your hard work Rich. Thank you, Paul. Love that commercial!

Paul at Gloucester Auto Body has helped me out many times. He also recently helped me buy a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Whether you have a small dent/scratch, if you've gotten into a serious car accident, or anything in between, Gloucester Auto Body is the place to go.Thanks for all your help!

If you're looking for the best place in town if not in all MA you really have to go to GLOUCESTER AUTO BODY & SALES INC , my brand new CRV was rear ended , I was so disappointed I thought the car will never be beautiful again. I went to Gloucester AB and I met with the father (once) & the son Paul ( who handled my accident) , who were so helpful , easy to deal with , handled some insurance paperwork for me , I got my car back like new again , they even washed it inside & outside .. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!

Some kid dented my car over the holidays and I went to these guys for an estimate to replace my dented bumper. The mechanic was busy- but took time to research my part to find the best price. After we talked- he asked to see the bumper in question. Looked at it- went back inside- returned with a heating tool and a screwdriver- popped the dent out and told me to have a nice day. No charge. This doesn't me give me an idea of the work they do- only that integrity does count for something. Was greatly appreciated.

Always willing to stop what he is doing and come answer questions. Even if i am not bringing him work at that time. When i do bring him work he is very easy to work with and the quality of the work is amazing. Plus buying a car off him was so easy and he made shore my child was always safe. Very impressed.

Unbelievably quick service! You would never be able to remotely tell where the damage was. Professional shop with etiquette and manors, honest people not looking to blow up the repair bill. Top notch highly recommended!

This place is the real deal, had a dented door and it was repaired perfectly and in the time he quoted. Paul is great and truly goes over and above. I can't recommend the place enough!

Paul & his team of mechanics did a superb and amazing job on my Jeep Cherokee.. i couldn't be any happier with the quickness and time they put into fixing my jeep... I definitely reccomend anyone with body issues to there vehicles or damage from accidents to take it to Gloucester Autobody.. Again they are super professional and even cleaned the inside of my jeep.. they will definitely have our future business, and i hope yours...Thanks again Paul And Team...
