The team at East Coast is dedicated and truly cares about their customers. I've always used them for tires, but recently had an incident that required a lot more work and support. They handled it with the utmost professionalism and with customer service at the core of the effort. It makes me want to buy and stay local.

Got me right in within 5 minutes of arrival. I got a set of 4 Goodyear max life s. They re the same or cheaper than the big chains. Got an alignment too. Support your local tire shop. Ur not gonna save elsewhere. Very competitive tire store$.

On the day I was driving home from vacation, I got a low pressure warning for one of my tires. I first tried a different place who told me they were too busy so then I tried East Coast Tire and, even though they were busier than the first place, they didn't hesitate and looked at the tire. Within 15 minutes it was inspected, nail removed, tire plugged, and then re-installed. Excellent customer service and speedy quality work. The first place did me a favor by turning me away and sending me to East Coast. Thanks guys!

East Coast Tire is professional, reliable and trustworthy. I have had multiple experiences with them and they always do a great job, for a reasonable price. This time it was an alignment, but I ll be back for tires in the spring! Thank you ECT!

You can expect quality service at a fair price here. The only downside is the wait can be a little longer than expected. But the workers are so kind and great to talk to

Some of the one star reviews on here are ridiculous and honestly just not true. I've been coming to east coast tire for years now. They have always provided great service. I came in thinking that I needed to have all four brakes and rotors replaced. They inspected all four and told me that only the front needed to be replaced at this time. They dont try to upsell products like other shop have in the past. Ive had my tires replaced there without any issues or hassle. The employees there go above and beyond. They are always professional, polite, and will joke around with you, and even listen to your stories. I've watched costumers act rude to them and they are still polite and professional.

These guys have been taking cars of me for years. They don t let a paycheck get in the way of looking our for their customers! They are always going above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and safely. I went in to get my tires changed over today and they noticed I desperately needed a brake job done. They stayed late and made sure I was able to drive my trip safely this weekend!

The folks at East Coast Tire have always been great to me. They make wise recommendations and provide knowledgeable, expert, and efficient service. Good prices and high-quality products.When I have an issue or question regarding tires and alignment, they are who I turn to.

I have purchased my tires from East Coast with perfect satisfaction. I recently damaged a tire in their area . It was quite emergent as I was leaving for a trip within a short time. They did not have the tire in stock. They were able to locate a tire ,pick it up and had it on my car within a few hours. Remarkable service!!! Thank you East Coast !

Great experience!I have a performance car with a very odd tire, and they promised it this Friday. When the tire wasn't delivered on time, they drove to Burlington to pick it the tire so I would have the car for this weekend.Bill McLaughlin

If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I dropped off one of our cars for a simple tire patch, when my husband goes to pay and leave he inspected the car and noticed a lug nut was missing and they had hit his rim with a hammer and removed part of the finish. When asked how it will be fixed the son of the owner said he ll take care of it. Just about a month of waiting he gets a call from the owner saying that they will not cover the charge to fix the rim because it s not his problem . He blamed the previous mechanic for over tightening the lug nuts therefore it s not his issue that his incompetent employee hit the rim with the 10 pound sledge hammer twice. Awful attitude for somebody that has to deal with customers on a daily basis. I would never recommend this company to anybody I know.

Colby took great care of me, even emailing back and forth after hours. Got a fast quote and they ordered the tires to have them ready. Installed new tired and rotated old ones while I waited (it was fast).

East Coast is a great shop. Their prices are usually $50 to $100 less than any other local big chain store. They are quick too. Highly recommend for any tire needs.

My car was vibrating at highway speeds. Four (FOUR!!) trips to hogan tire and firestone and they could not fix the problem (wheel balance, which apparently both tire shops were unable to do). Finally looked a little farther from my home and found East Coast Tire and they fixed my car no problem, within about half an hour. Knowledgeable and straight forward staff, great service.

East Coast Tire sells bad quality tires that Peter Foster, the owner, does not guarantee. I have bought several sets of tires from them over the years and all of them are old and what he has in storage. If you ask him to order the set of tires that you want he hesitates and tries to sell you some of the old model tires he already has in stock. He also puts in the cheapest valve stems that always leak. I had a pair of Firestone tires that I bought from him and the white Firestone logos were chipping off after a few months. He told me it was cosmetic and to go to Firestone to take care of the warranty!As far as service and mechanic work, he put in a reconditioned alternator ( and charges for a brand new one) which failed within a few months. Also a new battery that failed within months. He does not honor any guarantee at all!He has a bad attitude and just tries to catch innocent people who don't know any better about the products he is selling. He rips off people to pay for his luxury lifestyle and accuses the customer for the damage of the product that is in warranty. I am warning you, if something goes wrong don't expect any customer satisfaction. If you need tires go to a major tire place. They have better deals and warranties for their tires.

Four new tires were installed in the time frame estimated, and for the price I was quoted. I'm very happy with the service and transaction. I will return here for my future automotive needs.

Highly recommend. Their level of customer service is off the charts. I landed there by chance, and they handled my situation as if I were their only customer and a member of their family. Top notch business.

Had a flat in the morning and by 1:30 my car was being worked on and I was give a ride to work. Talk about Customer service !! Car was delivered to me by 4:00. Wanted new tires for a long time , just couldn't make the time to do it. Why would you go anywhere else !

I bought 4 new tires here and needed to get them fixed not even 2 months later I went to put air in my tire and the brand new tires had been filled with flex seal.. do not recommend at all they will waste your time and money.

Didnt care about timing and my car made worse noise then it did when it went in and all i had them do was switch tires onto my rims!!! And refused to call me back when i asked them to look at what they did that might be causing it. Never again!!! If you value your car stay far away!!

Called, was told to bring car down and that it would be looked at right away. It was. Tire was repaired for a very reasonable price in 20 minutes. I would recommend this tire store to all on Cape Ann!!!

I was an hour from home and a national tire chain hadn't balanced my new tires (among other problems). Colby got my car in and out quickly and inexpensively. What a lifesaver!

If 0 was an option I would not give a single star. My son had an appointment for over a week apparently for a service they so not provide. When I called to inquire about this they were incredibly rude and hung up on me. I will never return, not even for a used tire. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
