The service was excellent and they were honest as to what was really needed to be done on my vehicle. I had gone previously to a national brand name service and they quoted me a price for twice what I paid for more work that didn t need to be done. Goodbye Midas and hello West St.

Just had my oil changed and inspection sticker done. Nice clean, vacuumed car!! I go to West Street for all my car's needs. All my neighbors use them. No need to go anywhere else!! Simply, honest service.

West ST Service ROCKS !! They have transported my motorcycle more than once and ALWAY show extreme care for my bike. John C. IS a motorcycle guy. John, and all the West ST team, are nothing but professional, competent and courteous. John loaded my bike and transported it 80 miles flawlessly!Special Kudos to John C.THANKS GUYS !!!

I am so blessed that my car is fixed. They went above and beyond. I had to have my car towed and I was warned that they were very busy. It was worth the wait!

I was using Dubes in Keene and they did good work at a fair price but when they insisted I wear a stupid mask even though they weren't I dumped them under rather terse terms. West Street came highly recommended by people I trust and it appears to be for good reason. Thank you

Once your an established customer, you are taken care of with any mechanical needs.. big or small. The front staff/advisors to the Machanics they take great care of all. They work hard for there customers and the costs are fair and all are so trustworthy...hard to find these days. They also like my dog so theres that!

The young woman that spoke to me on the phone was very helpful. She let me know when my car would be ready and how much it would cost. Everything went as promised. No surprises, just a job well done!

These guys are scumbags. They towed my car illegally from private property in the middle of the night and then held it ransom over a holiday weekend knowing I'd have no choice but to pay it. These guys are wholly untrustworthy. But you don't need to take my word for it, you can read all of the other one star reviews pointing out other incidents related to poor mechanics, unlawful towing, bad behavior and business practices, stolen personal items. I wouldn't trust these people with anything. Very Happy to never do business with these people ever again.

I've honestly been meaning to give this review for a long time but wanted to wait at first to make sure nothing went wrong and then forgot, so I'm sorry west street auto! This place was great!I got in a situation where I had gotten a car that had just past the lemon law and the timing chain broke. the dealership was trying to charge me about how much I had just paid for my vehicle and I thought I was pretty screwed.Got recommended to West Street from Meinekie, (they initially diagnosed it), and I was so happy they did! West street was able to start working on my car and finished relatively quickly! It's a huge job and I wanted to give Eddie a shout-out because since he's fixed it, it's been running great! Also, they didn't charge me a second lien on the car!Also wanted to say, everyone I talked to from there was extremely nice and friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone! Sorry it took so long for this, but thank y'all for doing such a great job!

This is such a great garage. Great work and won t ever do more than your vehicle needs, even if they could make more money. Example, my so. Thought he needed a brake job but they found he had 40% life left so they told him to wait and just rotated his tires. A dealer would have done the brake job and charged way more as well. Repaired my 2017 Chevy Tahoe completed a 4 wheel brake job, replaced sway bar end links, front wheel bearing and gave the vehicle a complete check over! The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable!! The reason for the squealing sound when I turned on my car in the morning turned out to be a bad belt, which the mechanic replaced. They also did an oil change and I had my car back by the end of the day.They honored a discount coupon that had been sent to me, even though it was slightly passed the expiration date.I have been going to this garage for about 3 years nowand have always been satisfied.

I love these guys they have been nothing but helpful. I ve had my car towed in a few times and they fit me in as soon as possible. They now have a rewards program and buy so many oil changes next one is free.

I had West St come out for a tow thinking my car needed repair because of a new dead battery I had put in the week before. Patrick found a loose positive cable, charged it up and told me I need to go out and start it every few days so the battery will maintain a charge. He saved me a visit to a garage! That means he saved me money! Thanks West Street Garage!

Brought my 2017 Chevy Tahoe in for front end noise. Vehicle was diagnosed needing a from wheel bearing, sway bar end links (1 was broken), recommended 4 wheel brakes, which all the work was completed in a timely manner and a fair price! I own a BMW X.3 and the west end are the only people that work on it right? I ve had people tell me that needed transmissions when all is it needed was a new axle. The difference in price is tremendous.!! They haven t been wrong when other people have that I also on a Cadillac Escalade and nothing is easy on the truck from changing the lightbulb to the suspension the only car, I never all that you actually have to remove the bumper!!! Thank you very much for your quality service. Much appreciate it. !!!!
