Truly dissapointing service. My husband brough his car the other day for a 4 tire change over and alignment. We went to pick up his car after work walked into the counter and someone quickly ran over the guy was like here for the civic? we thought that was strange he knew exactly who we were and what we were picking up because he is not the one we met and there were multiple cars there but OK. he started to check us out and in the process of paying seemd really off. he stated by the way we couldnt do the alignment because the bolts on the tie rods were frozen up. he stated he tried to un freeze them and and use all kids of stuff but it just would not work. my husband thought that was starnge because he replaced them not that long ago. my husband had a stange feeling something happened so he called another place a few days later to get the alignment done. His car was taken in and within 10 minutes of the car being in they came out to get him told him there was NO way they could do the alignment because his tie rod was broken and was very unsafe. So in the process of changing tires and trying to do alignment they broke something rigged it back together and sent my husband on his way. Never again will we use tire warehouse he could have been killed driving like this instead of saying they had an accident because they are careless they allowed him to drive on the tie rod they messed up and broke "trying to unfreeze bolts that were never frozen" Im sure glad a few bucks was worth it when you could of cost someone their life!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are the best!!! I appreciate your help thank you. The tire warehouse employees helped me with an emergency tire issue when no other place would. I appreciate the help. You will always have my business.

Good staff, scheduled an appointment after my tires shipped from an online vendor and they installed at lower than the online quote. Took about 3 hours for all 4 but they were slammed with work being close to snow season and all. All around good experience.

Here's a real review -08:30 AM Appt. I made a week ago to change/mount balance 4 new tires. I got out of there at 12:45. Unacceptable.Our facility was clean and comfortable and inviting?Take a look at the lights on the ceiling. All of them are filled with dead bugs (I mean lots of bugs). Not inviting. Does someone really have to point that out ?Upon arrival, you were quickly acknowledged with a friendly greeting? nobody was at the counter for > 5 minutes when I got there but I did not find that to be an issue. People are busy and I understand.Our team member thoroughly reviewed and prioritized recommended services? He put me in the queue and unfortunately, there were 24 appointments I was told and I watched people who had later appt's than me leave before I did. I won't be coming back ever.the cost was never disclosed. I never got a paper receipt and had to settle for an electronic document and realized that they charged me to dispose of 4 tires but I kept 2 of them and the TPMS units were never reset and the light in the car was on when I drove off. The person doing the change pushed the hatch down on the car. It has a button right on it for close the hatch. All stupid stuff but made me upset after being there for over 4 hours for something that should have taken 2 hours..You were provided timely updates on the completion status of your vehicle?I asked how long this should have taken and he told me 90 minutes. It took over 4 hours.I got an email for receipt afterwards. That is all.No. The TPMS sensors for the pressure were not reset. I did that myself when I got home.Total waste of a 1/2 vacation day. Ridiculous. I had same service for my dau car last week at Walmart. Completed in 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

These guys are the best. They're knowledgeable and well priced. If they don't have something in stock they'll get it because they put quality first. I will always take my cars here.

Management was awesome for me in on a very tight schedule, Angel in the alignment shop was professional and fast at getting me in and out and back in the road. Even with a fully booked schedule..

Price and wait time were reasonable. The reason i will continue to return to Tire warehouse is the staff is very nice and professional.

I made appointment online 2 weeks prior to make sure I had the specific tires I wanted and received confirmation email. When I went to appointment I was told there was no appointment in system and tires were not in stock at the location. I took the day off to complete this only to be told I needed a second appointment in a few days. I was not happy. Why have online function if it doesn t work

Employees - manager and mechanics - went above and beyond to correct a problem with bolts and get me back on the road safely. Everyone polite, restroom was clean (small thing, but appreciated). Got a good price on tires.

After a week of waiting for them to get bead bags for balancing, i finally got home with them and noticed they tried covering up damage they caused to one of the wheels. Not only did they not call to notify me, but they decided black sharpie was their way of covering it up. Absolute trash technicians at this place. Will no longer give them my business.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Even with the very high volume of customers and heavy workload the staff and the person I assume to be the manager remained positive and pleasant. I was impressed at the level of professionalism and calmness of the manager. Great job and I would recommend for the service and the competitive prices. I brought in a set of wheels that are uncommon in the way that there are right side and left side wheels. I bought tires that are directional. Two of the tires were not installed to match the directional wheels. I contacted the manager and he took the wheels back and had them corrected very quickly and he was a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work. It s nice to see the high level of customer service that is sadly not too common anymore. Way to go Gardner tire warehouse.

Top notch service. I have been to other Tire Warehouse locations and they did not compare. These were the kindest, most efficient group even when I showed up on them 45 mins before close. I ll be using this location for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

I stopped in because I had a screw in one of my tires. Farah checked me in and told me there was a little bit of a wait as there were a couple cars in front of me but they would get to me as soon as they could. No problem! As I sat and waited I listened to Farah interact with customers and answer the phone which rang several times. Farah has excellent customer service skills! I have been in retail for over 35 years and I know dealing with the public is not always easy! It's nice to do business with someone that is so friendly and pleasant. Farah is a huge asset to your business. The other 2 technicians that were working were also very pleasant.

These guys are amazing. Been here about 3 or 4 times in the last few years. They hustle and do things the right way the first time. The manager, Rich, is a stand-up guy and runs this place like a well-oiled machine.

I went to this business with a flat tire at the end of the day with a very hyper active 9-year old. They were about to close and they still took me in. They were very professional and engaging with the kid- not nervous of his hyperactivity. The kid was happy and I was grateful. The service was great and they repaired my tire for free!

We all know service everywhere in all industries has fallen well below acceptable levels in the past few years. This is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The counter guy was doing his absolute best to keep up with demand etc. I had a 3:30 appointment that I made online, then called to confirm by tire size. For whatever reason, they got the wrong tires but none of that was explained to me until I asked why at 4:21 my truck was still not being done. I opted to cut my losses and go back to my regular tire company. There is obviously a reason they were busy and Tire Warehouse was, admittedly not. Never again. I'll stick with what works.

Farah and team are amazing! They turned around a four-tire replacement in record time, totally saving the day. Facilities were comfortable to wait in, too. I highly recommend these professionals for all your tire needs!

Buckle up for a novel:Firstly, I ordered tires off Ebay and paid for dull installation here. When my parents go to drop off my car, the guy at the front desk tries to telling them he can't align my car because the machine doesn't "align Audis." This answer was not accepted, and eventually the desk worker admitted they didn't have someone to run the alignment machine, totally fine, just weird to lie about it. Then proceeded to tell my dad if I want a "good alignment" I should take the car directly to Audi. Again, just weird, but not the end of the line. They were in contact due to ebay not delivering the tires on time, but assured me they'd be done by the end of the day 7/3, and they would call me. It is not 7/6, and when I tried to call they didn't answer my calls. My mother calls, and sure enough they answer and say there's a "small problem" that one of my rims is cracked, and they won't put the tire on it but we can come get the other 3 anytime cause they're all set. I do not know if my rims is actually cracked, someone is on their way to check. However it is extremely unprofessional, and overall weird to ignore someone's calls, or not even call them to inform them what was going on, when you weren't even able to do everything they paid for. I won't be back here, and I hope ebay ends their partnership.

Tire Warehouse off of Route 140 in Gardner...They are awesome! Won't go anywhere esle.Answers the phone right away, and friendly, knew who I was when I pulled in.Got my Jeep right in an hour before closing.Got four good new tires and encouraged to save the good winter ones.Friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to at the desk.Men working were pretty good looking

Ive never seen so many workers walk in slow motion and then three different people looking at my tires cause one thought they looked too big? Same size they just took off by the way. Then 2 and half hours into it the guy put 3 tires on then walked away... Went to other side of parking lot got something out his car then hung out there! One guy with a white beard was very nice and knowledgeable but bring a lunch if your getting tires done no pep in their steps at all.
