It was my first oil change on a car I just bought (used) and the guys went over it with a fine-tooth comb. Adjusted this and topped off that. The vacuuming of my floor mars was a really nice surprise. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt really taken care of. A bug thank you to everyone who works there!!

You guys are the best.They are professional and very honest in what they do. The brake light of my FORD Taurus police interceptor wasn't working. I had been to two Auto shops. The quote I had was $55 and $65 respectively.I went to SpeeDee and they did the same job for me for $15. I couldn't believe the price difference.I went there again for my routine oil change and servicing. They finished in a short time and their prices are very moderate.I highly recommend SpeeDee, Gardner.

This used to be a good place to go for MA inspections - went there myself in the past and was happy with their performance. Since December 2023 I tried twice to get an inspection done and, once I was sent away 45 min before their planned closure on a Sat and then, on Jan 5, 2024, after waiting for one hour in line, the guy who was doing inspections decided to take someone who was not in line without ofering any explanation. I see no reason why I would go there in the future and waste my time.

I have a dog that is a rescue. When I pulled up Steve & Nate came out greeted me in the pouring rain, I explained about my dog & they found a room that my dog & I could be alone so he would remain calm. Just had an oil change. Technician was Ken. He showed me the air filter (in good condition), topped off the windshield wiper fluid, checked windshield wipers, said all good to go! Pleasant and pretty speedy experience!

I went there for my first time after my shop at home was backed up and they dumped oil everywhere on my car didn t clean it up then we left 30 seconds down the road the car lit on fire, told me to get it towed back and they would fix it but they didn t do anything Besides key my car and dump oil all over my entire engine DONT GO HERE !!! All young kids don t know what there doing

Absolute waste of time. Went for an oil change and was completely ignored. Really should have expected it though because it's Gardner and I've had a lot of bad experiences in Gardner unfortunately. Just sucks I waited around only to be forced to go somewhere else.

Went in for an AC recharge. Had the vehicle for 10 minutes and then told me it didn't need a recharge, the AC pump was shot.Charged me $180.

I had a complaint after my recent oil change. The manager, Matt, promptly addressed my concern and rectified the problem personally. I went there this morning to get a sticker for my truck. They failed me because my lightbulb in the back on top of my license plate is out. I asked them to replace it they said no and failed me. I ve been living in this town for 10+ years, I personally know local landscapers that bring their truck there with rust and lights on and they pass them every time I go there it s always a problem, oil change and etc. Never mind the lady upfront it is obvious that she is racist.

Went to get an inspection sticker today. Normally they're very good which is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. An hour and 45 minutes is how long I was there. It was the end of the month so that's fine. When I finally got the car back, I went to drive away and at the last minute realized that they didn't latch the hood. While this may seem like a small detail, I don't want to think about what could have happened if I didn't notice. Kind of ironic as I was there for a safety inspection.

Went for an oil change and my car came out sputtering with the engine light on. Brought it back to the mechanic and they said all of my spark plugs were corroded and it was just a coincidence that they all stopped working while I was there. I then paid to replace all the spark plugs and the coil. A few days later, my car had the engine light come on again, was sputtering, and I couldn't drive it. I called the mechanic at Speedee and he said maybe its the emission fluid (which he had already checked and said was good). I went to another garage and they said Speedee had put on a faulty coil with some off brand they have never heard of and that's why my car isn't working. In total, I spent $550 at Speedee and got a car that is stalling and unable to drive. Now I have to spend another $330 at another garage to fix the coil Speedee put on that's faulty. So going in for an oil change cost me $880 after Speedee managed to ruin my car and keep charging me despite not fixing anything. Even now, they think it's all just "coincidence."

Easy for oil changes. Problem is the all-day grease monkeys lacking the respect with the oily hands and garments sliding in and out your car. If you appreciate your luxury vehicle. Note to them you want them to get on new gloves and cover the seat effectively before entering your property.

I do not recommend supporting this business. Mechanics are sleazy, every time I go just to get an oil change they touch things in my car that I don t ask for. The mechanic took out my air filter when I had gone there to JUST get an oil change. They tried to upsell me 40$ for a replacement, my air filter is only a year old and did not need to be replaced. At that point the vibe i was getting felt like I was trying to get taken advantage for my knowledge meant against maintaining a vehicle. It felt like from the stereotypes that women don t know anything about cars (or he was just trying to upsell me, which I get it but I didn t ask for my air filter to be taken out). Also, the mechanic had taken out my fuel filter which I did not ask for either. All I needed/ asked for was an oil change. After my oil was changed I got home and popped the hood up to take a look at the job, and there I see oil sprayed all over my engine, all over the bottom part of the hood of the car, and it was on part of my windshield. Come to find out the mechanic that had done my oil change did not put the oil cap back on tight enough and oil spilled all over the belt and sprayed everywhere when he turned the car on. It was known that it was left a mess because when I checked the cap it was screwed on tight. So not only did this mechanic accidentally get oil all over my car, they proceeded to leave it like that. I had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. I also do not appreciate the lack of service when it came to cleaning it because it was still all over the plastic part below the windshield. I spent 2 hours after work having do deal with this. And as someone who works in customer service, I do not appreciate the laziness that comes from the mechanics at speedees despite the fact they try to upsell everyone with bad quality service. I am sad to say that I am unpleased and disappointed in this service and will no longer be supporting speedees with oil changes or inspection.Service: Oil change

Don t take your car here they tell you one thing to get you to bring your car in then say another when it comes down to it. Terrible attitudes low level mechanics

Went here as a walk in recently for squeaky brakes..Only replaced one single brake pad and said the rest are fine..2 days later, brakes are squeaking again..Will not be returning here for any future work of any kind!Definitely not satisfied!Staff is NOT trained properly!!!Buyer beware!You can find better service elsewhere!

Nickle and dime at every corner will fail your inspection for things others wont, and/or intentionaly use systems incorrectly in bad faith to fail. Told me a part was broken, took it to another mechanic what do you know its in perfect working conditionPlease save your money, avoid this scam. Placed next to highway to seem convient and easy but its actually a trap

Professional and courteous service. Even offered to remove my rattling and annoying heat shield at no charge. Do yourself a favor and grab a discount coupon online. Highly recommend Gardner, MA Speedee.

First time to the store they greeted me outside the building wearing a mask asked me what I was looking for I told them and no pressure up sales from them. They got my car in right away. Lady at the counter was very nice she made small talk with everyone the supervisor inside the shop ask me if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers which I didn't but he was like I said no pressure. You could watch them do the work on your car from the window and 4 A garage it looks really clean. I was out in less than 20 minutes and it was a pretty reasonable price I will be going there again they also do inspection stickers.

They did my inspection. Was waiting in the empty lobby for 10+ minutes before anyone talked to me. But it was a pretty nice lobby.

I used tocome here all the time. The team was friendly and honest. Some thing has changed, apparently. I came here in November 2021 and had an oil change done. I asked them to look at my brakes and they indicated they needed to be changed but it was too late in the day to do the work. It was 5:00 so I understood. I was told to let them know when I could be back and they would order the parts. I came in a couple weeks later to tell them I would be back the next day. I was then told they already ordered the parts and they had not arrived yet. They said they would contact me. Two weeks later i got the hint that they werent going to call me. My brakes were grinding. I went to the Speedee in Fitchburg. I got in and out the same day and they got just over $1000 for the work. Four sets of brakes and rotors. I wonder if they just don't want to do anything besides change oil in Gardner. They still haven't called me.

Had my inspection sticker done there. They were very professional and friendly. They told me i had a bulb out and even took pictures to show me while i was in the waiting room. They gave me a price to replace it, i agreed and in a few minutes, off i went with a new inspection sticker. I will be making them my goto place for oil changes and inspection stickers from now on.
