I ve been coming here for years. Everyone I ve dealt with (Travis, Jerry, Amanda) professional, helpful, trustworthy, etc. Always solid work and fair prices. Which is why I called them up while visiting family even though I now live in NC. I had a problem from the long drive and Jerry got me in same day and took care of it. These guys are top notch. Many thanks!

I came to Midas today and had a really great experience. The manager Ted behind the desk was tremendous. Greeted me by name like I knew him forever and took care of me fast. I highly recommend this place and see myself returning in the very near future!

I stopped by to see if they would plug our spare tire. The owner told me they were very busy so I asked to leave it and I could pick it up when they got around to it. He was very gracious and had someone do it right then. I can also tell that he really cares for his employees too!

Scheduled a transmission flush online. Got a few call backs to reschedule it due to their schedule being full. Finally settled for today 01/10 at 9:00am. When I got there the guy at the front desk told me they don't do transmissions, and was very dismissive. I took a break from work to drop my car off, this was a waste of my time. He told me they called me to cancel, but they called back to RE-SCHEDULE. Communication needs to be improved.

Just had my Kia Soul serviced for a crankshaft sensor code. These guys got my car in and serviced faster than THOSE OTHER GUYS (they know who I mean). Awesome service, friendly staff, great prices. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Honestly, I'm just super confused. So Google said they were open. Went to the website and could schedule an appointment. I was nearby, so I decided to just swing by. However, they had a sign saying they're closed. Although the lights were on and looked like they were working on cars. But also, I saw someone get turned away. There are just so many red flags. Probably for the best I just decided to go somewhere else

When the dashboard suddenly suggested we needed a battery replacement for my vehicle, I decided to try Midas close to my new place. Making the appointment was a breeze, the person on the phone was understanding, accommodating, and promptly set us up for the next day. They were ready at the agreed time, extra points for that. The waiting room has comfy chairs, and they offered me water and coffee while I waited. I was fortunate the repair took half the time we expected and the price was quite reasonable. After a few days, everything seems to be in the correct place.They have suggested (but not pushed on me) to take care of further maintenance down the road, so I'm planning to return and ask them to take care of those..

I ve been going to Misasfor a few years now, I have brought a few of our vehicles there, and never have I been disappointed. Appointments are always easy to make employees are friendly and the cost is reasonable! If you want to end up waiting 3 hrs for a tow truck while your family freezes on the side of the road go ahead and get your oil changed here. 50,000 miles no problems with car and less than a week after they changed the oil i broke down. Smoke pouring from the engine area.

I went there to just change the oil in my car and left with $2000 in debt. My car was apparently fine. Just came on the light that needed an oil change. I took it there and they said I had a lot of problems with the car and blah blah blah. I was afraid to continue driving that car after that. They were very kind and friendly until they "fixed" the car. They said that any problem I could go back there and that I would have a warranty.The same day I got the car I had to take it to fix the tire in another place, because they left the tire flat. The car was not aligned and every time I needed to accelerate the car would stall and many times it would shut off and the car would not start. I called, sent messages and one talked to the other and no one solved the problem. They asked me to take the car there again and I left there with another debt of $240, because they said that the problem was another one. Remembering that when I took it in for an oil change they spoke of many problems with the car and that if I fixed it I would have it for another 10 years and I haven't had the car another day since they got their hands on it. I've never been afraid to drive this car before. And now I am, because I can't pay more to fix the mess they made. The new manager sent me messages saying he would come back and resolve my case as he didn't want a dissatisfied customer and it's been over a month and he hasn't gotten back to me with anything. So do your research before you go and don't get carried away by good words like I did. I trusted them and just lost.

Had a great experience at Midas today. Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The person helping me, Jerry, was super informative and friendly and gave me his honest opinion on why I didn't need to get some work done. He educated me on my struts and some other things about my car. I've always had a good experience going to Midas. I've been going there for over a decade and will continue to go for my cars maintenance.

Jerry and James really went above and beyond to help me out.Without the risk of over sharing, I ve been going through a lot in my personal life and having such kind people do a great job with my car and provide such good customer service was unbelievably appreciated. I was also kept informed throughout the entirety of my repair which was awesome.Thank you so much, I ll be sure to recommend Midas in Gardner to anyone looking for a car repair!

The staff were so accommodating, quick, efficient and the service writer went way above and beyond to help me get everything I needed taken care of. All other places we're booking appointments days and weeks in the future. Midas got me in next day!! You can't beat that level of customer service! Nor can you find it much these days. I would HIGHLY recommend all my friends and family to this establishment!

Very happy with my experience at Midas in Gardner. Jerry was very helpful and considerate of my situation. They took care of me same day and I didn t feel pressured. Jerry and James handled the brake work on my car excellently. They gave me a clear picture of the issues and gave me options, and had the work done while I waited in short order after squeezing me in on sort notice. Great shop, good experience overall.

Brakes were completely shot all around. On vacation from Florida with a tight time schedule but Midas was able to all needed repairs in a couple hours. Rotors, pads and calipers.Very fair pricing and Moe kept me informed of the process the entire time.Really appreciate him calling me down to inspect the wear/damage before completing the work.I come from a mechanical background and found Moe's diagnostics to be spot on.Thanks again.Service: Brakes

I wanted to update my review of this Midas and the people who work there, I had brought the car in to be checked and afterwards I was going to stop at the bank to deposit money, but when I went to deposit the money, I couldn't find it, I was in a panic, I was thinking that maybe I somehow dropped it getting into the car at my house or maybe it was between the seats in the car, I was now searching, hoping it was in the car and not laying in my driveway where anyone walking by could pick it up, then I went to the passager side and there on the floor was the money, which had fallen out when my bag tipped over. Now this proves my point of how honest the people who work at this Midas are, the mechanic could have easily pocketed the money and that would have been a horrible end to this story, but because of her honestly this story has a happy ending thank goodness Midas still has Great service and definitely honest customer service, would definitely recommend the Midas in Gardner MA .

My local shop wouldn't give me a sticker because I had an exhaust system leak. They quoted me a price...YIKES! I went to Midas and Will gave me two options for the work. After one delay due to parts availability, the work was completed for about $500 less than what my shop had quoted. I returned there to cancel the appointment I'd made and got my new inspection sticker. Andd now my 13 year old car is so quiet!Service: Exhaust

I purchased a new battery and the place I brought it from wasn t able to install it for me. I took my car to Midas and they were able to install it right away. Also ordered 4 new tires and they installed them the very next day. Wonderful customer service and very polite. Will definitely be going here for all my auto needs

This is the best rated Midas in the area for a reason, no rookies. Hard workers that explain the job thoroughly and make sure every customer leaves happy. I rarely post my experiences, especially national chains, but this place has fantastic customer service. Given I was far from home and it was a three day repair , the owner Syd loaned me his car and personally delivered my car to my home when it was ready.I had a concern on the repair and he quickly got back to me and said to return and they would be sure the car was taken care of at no extra charge.. I went in for an estimate and was given 2 options- I opted for the custom exhaust replacement- and I made an appointment for the following week. I arrived and I was warmly but professionally. The men knew that I was waiting for the repair and they kept me informed of the progress. They explained what they did to repair my very badly damaged exhaust. They did a great job as far as the work and the customer service was on point I will definitely be going back for any other repairs.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Was able to get an appointment quickly when other places were booking out for awhile. They always get me in on time and fix everything in a timely manner. I love how they text a few days to a week after work has been completed to check everything is working and what I expected.
