I had trouble with my parts (no fault of CAPs employees) and their help was spectacular. The older dude with the San Fran hat was extremely kind, generous, and helpful. The other employees were also willing to understand and offer help. Great customer service!!

This is for mechanics. If you are in shop clothes, these guys are fine. Stock is limited. Obviously, much of what you need will be out back, and a helpful counter person is the only option. I had to go there after work in a tie. Might as well not have bothered walking in. I wouldn't send my wife or daughter there if they were helping on a project.

My coworkers car battery died while we were across the street at Nu Cafe. So we walked across the street to Consumer Auto Parts and the associate behind the counter at Consumer Auto Parts didn't hesitate to help jump start our car using a brand new jump start device at no cost. The gentleman was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Great experience!

The workers are everything here best experience I've had at an auto parts store! Extremely helpful willing to explain everything gave me their input, the prices you cant beat I will only go here from now on.
