Absolutely Amazing! I cannot express how happy I have been working with the Franklin dealership. It s been more than 5 years at this point for me and it s been a joy which is not often said about buying or leasing a car! My mother has worked with them for even longer and we don t see ourselves leaving any time soon . Unfortunately I had gotten into my first car accident and my leased car had been totaled. I was nervous about how the next steps were going to pan out but Peter, our sales representative, was incredible as always. With his help I was able to get into a new lease in my price range within 3 days. He is always so compassionate and finds amazing deals. He makes sure we are comfortable going forward. I have to also thank rob at that branch as well and the entire team for answering our questions and just being so kind. Most of them have been there for a while and I can understand why! They truly are a team in franklin and I m so happy to have found them. I will also add that the company is so lucky to have Peter ! I can t image working with anyone else ! Thank you !

This was the most seamless car buying experience. Our sales person, Rob, was thorough and clear in his communications. The car we wanted was available on the lot and was exactly as advertised. We did a ton of research on pricing and Planet came in right where we expected. They were even able to beat the auto loan financing that I had identified. Working with their business office was efficient and well executed as well. They get my recommendation.

My family has done a lot of business with Planet and John and his team. Buying process was quick and easy. Just had my car serviced this weekend and it was another quick and easy process. I genuinely like going to this dealership because they don t make you jump through hoops or give you the boiler room treatment that I have had at other dealerships. Do yourself a favor, take a ride to Franklin and check out Planet, you ll be happy you did!

Great experience. I bought a 2023 Ram 1500 Limited. Mike was wonderful. No pressure, excellent knowledge, comfortable transaction. No phony gimmicks or slick hidden fees and surprises. I recently went in for an oil change on my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon at Planet Jeep in Franklin MA, the folks there are always friendly and they fit me right in... The technician double checked my entire vehicle over, topped off all the fluids and made sure I was good.

Just co-signed for my son's first lease and the service was exceptional! Rob Dirks was able to get the vehicle ready for pickup on the day requested. The Finance Manager, Tiffany is always a pleasure to deal with. My daughter also leases from here and her experiences were excellent both times. I was so impressed with the service I decided to turn in my Ford Explorer and I am picking up my new Jeep on Saturday.

The staff at Planet Jeep's collision center made the experience of working with the insurance company much easier and less stressful by assisting with working with the insurance company and appraiser directly when I got overwhelmed with the process. It's nice to know there are people out there that will take the extra time to go above and beyond and help instead of quickly passing it off whenever they can. Planet is a truly rare dealership. The service department in particular is fantastic, and they ve done work for me, my family, and friends free of charge without our asking. The sales department is also exceptional and low pressure. I m usually the last to recommend the dealer for any reason, but this is a wholly different experience. Can t recommend enough.

So I was literally rolling into the dealer to start to look at Jeeps for my daughter as a graduation present and getting so many scholarships for college. I was about 3 miles out when my tire started losing pressure and hissssssing. I rolled in, must of had a panicked look, saying that I have a flat almost down to the rim. Your service person came outside, and then picked up speed when he heard the hissing as well. He got it in the bay and on the lift without any tire damage. We were probably down to 15 PSI and started to almost ride the rim. Thank you! $35 later I was on my way AND, yes, I will probably be buying a Jeep from Planet Jeep - Franklin, MA.

Working with Rob and Mike was the easiest car buying experience I ve had. They offered the best deal out of the four dealerships I spoke with right away while others slowly came down on their price, and they helped us complete everything very quickly even though there were many hoops to jump through. They also spent extra time explaining all of the details of the new car with us before we drove off. They were excellent throughout the entire process!

From start to finish, Planet Collision in Franklin came through! During a recent storm, a falling tree branch dented the hood and left front fender of our car. We brought the car in to be repaired and the repair job was top-notch. Pleasant, professional and efficient to deal with, we would definitely use them again for any car repair needed!

Both Ollie and Tiffany were very professional. Both offered to answer any questions that I had on multiple occasions and provided the answers I was seeking. Both were professionally cordial and made feel at ease. I hadn t purchased a car in sixteen years (10/7/07 from Planet Jeep), and things have changed, so I had several questions. Ollie did a great job explaining the new technology on the dashboard, most of which I was unfamiliar with. In addition, I called two days after I picked up the car to check the status of my new registration, so that I could get my inspection sticker. Tiffany advised that you had received my new registration and that I could come pick it up. She set up an appointment with service for the inspection and told me that they would be expecting me. When I arrived, they were, in fact, expecting me and got me right in. I was on my way home in fifteen minutes. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I have purchased several vehicles from Mike Power over the years, and never felt pressured, or disappointed. Always friendly, easy to work with, and most importantly, no games.Highly recommend Planet also for their service department. They even are open Saturday mornings which is great if you work all week and need to have an oil change done or an inspection sticker. Just get there early! Those in the know, know! So the walk in spots fill up quick! The people in service are all very friendly, and willing to take the time to explain what is going on with your car. I also like that many of them are graduates from the local Vocational Technical High School, and did their co-op programs with Planet, and then were hired after graduation. This shows me that Planet is a partner in the community, and understands the value afforded to giving real world experience to students before they enter the workforce full time. We need more of this.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!Robert the manager is completely unaware of how customer service works between him and Johnny the service advisor AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS MY CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND HE KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME IT WASNT THEN HE TOLD ME THE BATTERY WAS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME A FUSE WAS BURNTall the while trying to charge me AND THEN WHEN THEY DECIDED TO FINALLY FIX THEIR MESS UP THEY DISCONNECTED MY RADIOwhen I came in today asking them to fix it after I had just picked it up yesterday, Johnny told me it wasn t his problem and the car came in with the radio brokenWhat kind of people work at a place they hate so much if you don t like doing your job GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Gracie was completely rude when it came to giving me updates on my car and what was going onIt wasn t until I called Chrysler DIRECTLY and created a case because clearly as a woman in her young 30s I must not be an important enough customer to attend to.Horrible place horrible employees horrible servicesILYA was the only mechanic who saw me come in day after day and tried his best to help me and fix the problems the other people had already started making on my car.

Friendly sales staff, Hunter was easy to deal with and not pushy which was great. Their prices wasn t the most competitive though. Didn t end up buying from them but will consider them in the future. A really relaxed buying environment, good energy and no pressure sales unlike larger dealerships.

This was my first time at this location and everyone was very welcoming. First walking to the building I was a deer in headlights, a mechanic saw me and stopped to see if they can help. They were so nice and told me where to go to check in for my service appointment. The customer service helped answer all my questions and very patient with me when checking out. I would recommend this location 100%.

Once your car is out of warranty - sell it and run. My Durango has been in and out of this shop twice with same issue - $700+ for battery replacement which "fixed" the original issue for 2 hours, another week of diagnosing and "fix" only to last 2 weeks and have same issue. 3 tow trucks and no reliable repair. When discussing yet a 3rd trip - quoted another $900 to diagnose (thought this was done the first two times) and replace "the only other thing it could be" - if you have places to be, or kids in the car that need to rely on for safe travel - Get a different car or seek alternative shop.UPDATE 10/23: "fixing needle in a haystack issue" - laughable reply to not actually fixing an elephant in a china shop problem.After this shop instructed me that they would "diagnose again" and likely replace the TIPM for $900 (look it up, it's what I was told and what Chrysler has done over and over with same issue) I decided to instead contract with someone who actually diagnose them instead of throwing another unnecessary repair at the wall. In order to remove, batteries have to be disconnected - these batteries were just replaced by Planet and are kept under the front passenger seat - *** vent tube from main to auxillary was not connected - a flagrant safety issue that this team also left my car with. The TIPM was sent out and diagnosed as completely functional. When I received back I was disheartened that I was still in the same place, but happy that I didn't pay for Chrysler replace. After some mild research, I was pointed by another mechanic towards two possible harness areas that are troublesome. I was able to access the first within 1 minute with car in driveway (not even lifted) tap on connection and get car to run. Upon disconnecting, PIN position E (Fuel Pump Motor Output) was melted through (obviously causing the intermittent power delivery issue). I was able to confirm power getting stopped at this connection with a simple multimeter - yet 10 full days of "diagnosing" didn't include this simple check.I contacted the dealership in order to discuss the lack of detail and poor diagnostic protocols they have in place, as well as the safety concerns that were overlooked with this overheating connection (pics sent to them) near fuel pump along with battery vent tube and was told "since you have had bad experience with us we think it best to just move on to someone else to fix the issue"Again, their stance is that the 2nd time I wasn't charged for "diagnosis" and that should validate their unnecessary battery replacement and disregard for thorough inspection or safety, and they have no desire to make it right by replacing this cheap part that I diagnosed myself - I attempted over the phone before further updating this review to close out this review.Please think twice about servicing your car here - even for simple maintenance or covered warranty repairs - there are plenty of other techs and dealers in the area I'm sure.

We just purchased our 7th Jeep from Planet. I consider myself an educated shopper and always seek out the best deals. Seeing the 7th vehicle was for my youngest daughter, I really did my homework. Once again, Planet proves to be not only the best deal but by far offers the best customer service. We do not live close to Franklin, we are an hour away. Their quality customer service, no hassle sales approach and knowing I will leave without any form of buyers remorse is definitely worth the trip. We work with Peter Tasho, he is our guy. We tell Peter where we need to be, he does his best to see what he can do and this ends with us driving off the lot with a beautiful new car. Be confident of your decision to buy from Planet, you will be a repeat customer.
