I can t thank Pat enough for the amazing service I was provided here. My 6 year old, 100,000 mile car feels absolutely brand new after a day in the shop.I came here after being quoted a pretty high price at the dealership for service, and they hadn t even accurately told me what was wrong. Pat diagnosed the issues and recommended maintenance based on mileage and performed all of the work for less money and in ONE business day.I m blown away by how nice my car runs now, I m a client for life.

Made time for me to assess what felt like a problem. Turned out it was a tire about to blow out. He put my donut on for me even though he was very busy that day. I highly recommend the ethical service at Pats.

Had a coolant leak that was getting progressively worse. Took the truck into Pat's and he evaluated it quickly and showed me where the problem seemed to be at. He gave me a quote, no surprises, and said it would be completed by the end of the next day. The shop called at about 14:30 and said the truck was done. The total cost, including an oil and filter change, was almost $55 less than the quoted amount, including tax. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

My husband made the appointment and said we would leave the car there. When the day came, we were unable to drop the car off. I arrive with 2 small children and they rearranged to get my car in quickly. They were so nice and did a great job!

I took my Nissan there a few days ago and I gotta say they are the best and most kindest people ever!!They were really helpful. If you have any issues at all with your car, definitely go there!Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

We needed help with our battery. We called up Pat's and even though home visits are not in the usual menu, they offered to help us (we have only one car). They came over quickly and resolved the problem for us - very professional, very helpful and kind. I had to take my family to the airport later today and with this help, I potentially saved at least a couple of hundred dollars for uber. God bless!Service: Battery

Pats automotive is excellent. I always get a prompt phone call from Pat. He gives me honest details about my car problems and fixes them in a timely manner. I will definitely go to him again soon to fix my air conditioner.

Pat has always taken care of me ever since I moved to Franklin. I bought a place in Franklin and randomly my car was disabled Pat drove out to check the car he told me to tow it in and he fixed it. This by far is the best place ever!! Spotless clean and they do a great job at Pat's Automotive! Thank you

I was recommended Pat's by a friend who lives in Wrentham. I just moved to Franklin from Framingham about a year ago and had been going to a mechanic I trust in Framingham. I am very loyal to places I trust, but it was getting hard to keep going to Framingham for oil changes and whatever pops up. My friend recommended Pat's because she and her husband use them and found them to be very honest and welcoming, so I made an appointment because I had a tire leaking air. I found them to be exactly as she described! Very welcoming, honest, and all around a very good first impression. They fixed my tire, and I will be going back now for my routine oil changes and whatever pops up. :) I'm very happy to have found a local mechanic again!

Solid team of experienced mechanics who have the right equipment, right diagnostic tools, and are respectful towards every customer. These pros are efficient and the team that do the work on my daughter's car, my son's car, my antique car, my wife's SUV, my 2500HD diesel pickup truck, and any friends who have asked "Where should I got to get my car fixed?".Pat is there every day and has had this business, in this town, for over 20 years. You don't "get" a reputation; you earn it and this shop has earned a great reputation for doing honest high quality work for decades. They treat you like a person and gladly present more than one option for most car problems. They want you back as a customer and it shows in everything they do.

I love going to pats! All the guys are really nice, fast and efficient. I go to mike and he is amazing! Pat loves talking cars and knows the business, as well as gets to know his clients.

I'm never disappointed. Pat is fair, reliable, honest and does good work. When there's a problem he explains and shows me why the repair is needed. I'd never go anywhere else.

Pat's Automotive I can't say enough about this company they do an outstanding job on your vehicle then I didn't rip you off then I didn't take your money that there to help you and make sure your four wheels get back on the road and you get rolling again I went in there ask the general question about my car which is a Cadillac which all Cadillacs have problems and he stated to me bring it in I'll hook it up to the machines I'll take care of you don't worry about it any other place would say yeah bring it on in and have an estimate written up for you already so there was more than five stars I'd give you guys 10 Stars
