Took my car in for rear end damage from an accident and a deep scratch on left rear door. Mitch coordinated everything with the insurance company and fixed the car while we were on vacation. He explained the process well and continued to communicate with me while we were away. I came back from vacation to a brand new looking car. Not only had the repairs been done, but it had been beautifully detailed. I drove away one happy customer. Had been dreading the whole process, but Mitch made it pleasant and painless. Thank Mitch and to everyone at One Stop.

I ll never go anywhere else!! Mitch was able to fix all the damage from someone backing into me as well as helping me with a new battery. I got my car back in better condition that I bought it in! They even detailed the inside! I felt like I was being taken care of by family, not taken advantage of, which so many people fear. I can t say enough good things about Mitch and his team. I was having the worst week of bad luck and Mitch made me feel like the car repair wasn't an issue at all. He was so kind and friendly, kept me in the loop for communication, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new, better than when I even first bought it! They even cleaned the inside and gave it a good wash. I would recommend them to anyone with any car repair needs 10/10 times. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and for making my car repair seamless.

Mitch did an incredible job on my auto body repair. He was friendly, helpful, and the turnaround time was really quick! I feel like I got my car back in brand new condition. I m definitely a customer for life now! Highly recommend checking this place out if you need auto body work!

My husband hit a turkey on the highway and bought his car to be fixed. One Stop auto completed the work above expected and the car looks great. We are extremely happy with the work One Stop Auto did. They even dealt with the insurance company for us. Enterprise rental car is right next door and this was a positive.

I would recommend 1 Stop Auto Body to anybody! Mitch and the whole crew got my car in to the shop the same day I opened my insurance claim and flew through the numerous repairs needed due to an accident. I think my car actually looks nicer than the day I bought it! They took such good care of me and my vehicle that a loved one of mine is currently looking in to getting some aesthetic work done on his vehicle at 1 Stop!!!

Mitch & team did a great job on repairs to a 2021 Chevy Silverado. Quick turnaround around time. I went in for door repair but also had them do some touch ups around the truck. Great service, fair prices. Full detail included.

When looking for an auto body shop to repair your vehicle, it can be a stressful decision. You want your car to have the best possible care and to receive the best service. Look no further than this auto body shop! The moment I walked in I was reassured that my car is in great hands and that it will be taken care of for me! They made this process as easy as 1,2,3! I didn t have to worry about anything! But that s not even the best part, how they returned my vehicle back to me, amazing!!! My car LITERALLY looks brand new! And I mean the whole car looks absolutely stunning!!! Dents and rust was repaired, my car was detailed (never had my car detailed before). It was more than I could possibly have ever expected! They shop had such a fast turn around time, especially with all the work my car needed!! I m beyond happy with my choice of choosing One Stop Auto to do the repairs to my vehicle and will definitely be using them in the future for anything!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I backed into a car and dented my tailgate which started to rust. One Stop Auto was reasonably priced and got the job done within a week. This also included a complete detail. Mitch was great to work with (very honest and efficient) and totally delivered on his promise that my car would look brand new! I don t usually write reviews but I know how hard it is to find the right place and my car does look brand new so I would highly recommend Mitch and One Stop Auto.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

One Stop Auto is an excellent body shop, I highly recommend them. Mitch went above and beyond by calling and confirming my rental car before I dropped my car off, including my 10 year old both times in conversation and keeping in touch about my car. It was ready early, they cleaned it so it smelled great and my car looks better then when I bought it!! Thank you so much for great work and service!!

Angels on earth do exist and they work HERE. Specifically, Mitch. I have never had such a pleasant experience with an auto shop and I ve been to an unimaginable number of them, and pleasant doesn t even begin to cover it. In November, I had my car worked on for about $800 worth of maintenance (brakes, rotors, etc) by a different auto shop. I was on the highway 2 days later and my rear left tire flew off of my car. Aside from being absolutely traumatized, I was just entirely defeated. Long story as short as possible, my car sat in that shop s parking lot for over a month while their insurance was getting their affairs in order, before it was brought to One Stop Auto in Franklin for repairs. Which was the best thing that could ve ever happened for me in this situation. Aside from seamlessly fixing all of the damages caused by this other shop, they exceeded ALL of my expectations - I had previous damage to my front bumper from an accident I was in over a year ago that Mitch offered to fix for me.. and he did so BEAUTIFULLY. He also cleaned my car inside and out.. which was not an easy task, all out of the kindness of his heart!!! He was so personable, caring and understanding every step of the way after such a horrendous experience with my car. I was left speechless and crying tears of joy when I left this place today. Give them your time and your money, they will not disappoint you. This place has my loyalty indefinitely! Thank you Mitch, from the bottom of my heart!!!

One Stop was quick and efficient when fixing my car after being rear ended. They paid close attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the results. Accidents can be stressful but they made the process smooth and painless. They even made sure to detail my car and leave it looking brand new for when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

Mitch and his team had helped me get back on the road within the second week that I brought my car in. I had brought it in for suspension, due to a weather incident and he was able to help me out fully. Car came back looking better than I did when I brought it in. I don t think i Coudlve gone to anyone better

Great experience with "One Stop Auto Body" in Franklin Mass. My car was in a rear end accident just before the holiday season --Mitch called right away and set me up quick and painlessly. I received my car back in quicktime and everything looks great!! Mitch even helped with a simple fix at no extra cost. I would totally recommend 'One Stop Auto" for all your repair needs.

Had such a great experience here! My car was supposed to take 2 weeks to repair and they had it done in under a week. They also did some complimentary rust repair to the hood of my car for no extra charge! Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

We needed a front right quarter replacement after an accident. They not only did the repair but cleaned and polished the exterior and detailed the interior of our very dirty, dog hair covered car. My goodness, what great service! Mitch and the team made good on an insurance repair from five years ago that wasn t holding up. They had a prepped and painted bumper ready to install for us and swapped it out quick. It looks perfect and the color is spot on. Scheduling repairs on our car after an accident was easy. Availability to get car in quickly was great and much sooner than other area competitors. One-Stop worked directly with our insurance company. Bonus that Enterprise is practically next door making rental car coordination a breeze.
