Needed Oil Changed. And, needed to wait for car couldn t just drop off. So called. Polite gentleman answered the phone and got me a time actually 2 time options where I could bring in vehicle same day for oil change. Was checked in by assistant manager. Was polite and efficient. Gave cost up front which is appreciated. Didn t take that long for oil change and they had me on my way sooner than later. Also, other customers came in while waiting for car and staff was polite and pleasant with them as well. Which is good to see. Cause, sometimes I just think they re being nice to me cause I m attractive and they want to sleep with me. But, it s good to know they treat everyone the same way even if not as good looking as I am. So, excellent oil change. Thanks Midas.

I've been here to have work done a few times now and it's always been a positive experience. Staff is friendly and work quickly while keeping you informed. Pricing seems to be fair and they aren't too pushy when it comes to repairs that are not an immediate safety risk either.The one thing I would like to see is more options when it comes to the parts they put in the vehicle. You're mostly paying for the labor anyway and I would gladly pay an extra $40 or whatever to upgrade to performance parts. Other than that I would gladly visit the next time I need maintenance or repairs.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I needed an oil change and to have my heat shield tightened. They were able to fit me in. Ran a full diagnostic with photos that they emailed me and allowed me to choose which additional items I wanted to add on with NO pressure. Helpful, quick and easy. Would recommend.

I can't praise Rich and Trevor more highly for their service. I live nearby and Trevor gave me rides home and then back the next morning to pick up my Subaru Crosstrek. Their service on the car was thorough, including cleaning and greasing calipers and doing a full inspection in addition to the brake job, and the brakes work flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Got me right in same day I called and out within an hour for 4 tires installed. Also fixed another small issue I had with tire sensor and didn't charge me. Would recommend to anyone. Goodyear down the street has you sitting there 3+ hours for the same thing! Even with an appointment.

The tire pressure warning popped up today and Trevor quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty sensor. Fast, efficient and dependable. I love this Midas store.

I ve had 2 cars there for brakes and suspension work and things were done well and they have backed there work. This should be the rule every where, but as you know it s not.

Shoutout to all the workers at this location! Trevor does an amazing job at explaining all your options without trying to oversell, I never dread having to call when I know Trevor will be the one to answer! Consistently great service, have been able to squeeze me in on multiple occasions for car problems I was having! The communication from these guys is amazing, the detailed reports, and even provide you with a receipt for your records even if they didn t charge you for anything! I ll be a lifelong customer!

I have been using this Midas Auto service center for past 5 years for both of my cars - Acura MDX and Honda Clarity (a plug in Hybrid). My experience with their service managers (Simmon and Trevor) and with their technicians work has been excellent. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt in their response. Their digital auto diagnostics and analysis is very helpful and easy to understand. They don t try to up-sell any extra work unlike others, particularly Auto Dealers where I have been doing my services in the past. Their pricing is reasonable and they regularly send their service coupons in the mail. It was late in the day and my truck left front wheel was not working properly, and was super hot. I was on my way back to the Cape.. so I pulled off the nearest exit, rt 140. I found Midas right off the highway exit! I got there just before closing time, but Trevor made the time to check out my wheel.. He told me he might be able to look at it the next day but def the following morning, as it was 4th of July week, short handed as a tech was on vacation. He suggested a nearby hotel and restaurant so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. We spoke to Trevor the next day and he told me they would fix the issue (brakes) the next morning, as promised!! Trevor and his crew were very thorough, they inspected other potential issues and suggested that at some point we should take care of them! We greatly appreciate the sincerity and honesty! I have been bringing my vehicles to Midas in Franklin for over 10 years and have received phenomenal service every time, no matter the employee. I have brought in cars for everything from simple oil changes to strut replacements and something is banging around under my car can you help me figure out what that is? I have requested appointments online with ease, as well as just dropped in and have consistently had really great experiences. There is not a big turnover in employees and the folks know me by name even without an appointment. I am a female and have always felt that their explanations of work to be done and/or work that they recommend to be easy to understand and extremely professional. I also love receiving their inspection report text messages describing, with photos of my own car, the health of my vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto power window repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

First time going to this location and it was awesome. I was out doing some things and needed to get and oil change and just stopped in. Asked if they could get me in and they took my vehicle in right away. I believe the woman (Meg?) Was amazing not only to me but to the other customers there and who called in. It was obvious she is well trained and knows how to deal with people. I notice theses things from being in the business for 20 years now. The only tiny downside for me was when my rear windshield wiper needed to be replaced, I asked if it was in stock and they said yes but I waited another 15 mins for the wiper to arrive. I would of been super fine with them telling me they had to wait to get it brought to the shop. But overall super impressed with the shop and will definitely be bringing both my vehicles for anything else needed.Service: Oil change
