I was quoted 2k AT LEAST to replace a brake line from a supposedly reputable place. I bought my lil beat up jalopy for 2k. There was no way I could pretty much replace the whole bottom of my car. Hard enough to pay for food and rent. The only good thing this place did was recommend me to hill top auto. they fixed my car for what i needed for 200.The owners are AMAZING!!! Knowledgeable and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best of the best here. Caitlin and Dan are the must trustworthy people in this industry. I had a mystery issue that 2 different shops couldn t figure out and they charged me for all the things they thought it was when in the end it wasn t any of that. I really needed someone I could trust to figure out what was really going on with the Jeep. They went above and beyond, the outcome was rough but they were very gentle with delivering the news. I d recommend this shop to anyone that needs someone they can trust and rely on! 5 out of 5. Will be sending family and friends here!

Catlin and Dan are the BEST! I am many states away and had to have my son bring his Jeep in for an immediate repair. Catlin and Dan, worked with my sons busy schedule being a college student athlete. They took the time to go over everything with my son and I so we were completely comfortable with the process. Dan showed my son what was being done and why. Then tested everything with him to ensure it was all working properly. As a parent not being close by with car trouble can be a stressful situation. I HIGHLY recommended everyone take their vehicles to Catlin and Dan. They are honest, good people and that should matter to everyone!Service: Electrical repair

Excellent location for automotive repair, maintenance, or modification.Everyone there is great to talk to. They're knowledgeable and extremely helpful.The location is great being just south of franklin down Rt.140, tucked away up the hill behind the autobody shop, just hang a left around the building where you see the speed bumps and go all the way to the top, they're the last lot on the right.

Everyone here treats you as if you ve been friends for years. I notice when I bring my car to a shop or to the dealership, I end up having 32 more issues then when I had originally brought my car in, but not with this place. Everyone is absolutely fantastic. Plus they have a bunch of dogs you can pet!

one of the best places in Franklin that you could ever go to they don't cut corners straight to the point and you get more bang for your buck Kaitlyn an outstanding customer service skills are impeccable they treat you like family they are also pet friendly so while you're waiting around to get your car fixed have a treat for your little dog they are hassle-free the mechanic is outstanding he had my whole entire car fixed in the matter of 4 hours for brand new tires tie rods sway bar links four brand new tires new rack and pinion The Pennies on the dollar. if you have a small budget let them know ahead of time and they were trying to fit in to your budget I don't think I've ever seen one person walk out of there without a smile on their face and I've never seen one person ever come back with a complaints how to me that's a job well done I recommend anybody in Franklin to go there you'll be surprised how quick get your car in and out in the same day and if not it's because your parts have to be ordered is well worth it Dan the mechanic thank you for everything that you have done so my family and I we have made it safe to our destination. What to do this is a company that takes pride in their work and takes care of their customers when they have your vehicle they fix it the right way because your life is in their hands when that vehicle leaves that lot they get an A+ any other Garage in that area forget about it I was going to get charged almost $500 rack and pinion from a neighbor of theirs I went to him Hilltop Auto they got me the rack and pinion and everything else I stated above for $1,000 but let me make this clear that's if your vehicle has been taken care of and it doesn't have problems taking out certain parts now that's an A 1 Master Mechanic certified as well we will see you guys soon in July get ready for a long conversation LOL

They do good work when it fits their agenda. They show no interest in future opportunities , won t give estimates for future work & just don t reply to you when you contact them.
