This was my first experience at Grove Street Auto. It was an easy & seamless experience.Rich's explanations of repairs were thorough & clear. He was also very willing to answer any questions I had.The detailed reports & texts were very helpful.I loved having the use of a loaner car made my life so much easier.Bernard did a great job with the repairs, my car drives so much better.This will not be my last visit!!

From my initial call to the after-visit follow up, this experience was seamless. Easy. Dependable. I was told exactly what to expect and was updated every step along the way. Texts were responded to quickly and with appropriate action. They suggested things to keep an eye on, and the costs for items I requested were reasonable.This was my first time here and I plan on using them exclusively in the future. What a great experience!

I was impressed by the service that I received at Grove St. Auto Repair. I was impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the customer service people, and I also enjoyed the convenience of having a free loaner car. In addition, since I have had difficulties getting a proper alignment done elsewhere on several occasions, I was very pleased to find that the alignment was done carefully, and that I was provided with a printout to show the stats. The new tires really do "hug the road, " so I can tell that they were properly mounted, and--for the first time in quite a while--I am driving a vehicle with a nice, even feel to the suspension. Thank you Gove Street!

Had a coolant leak I needed taken care of. I am new to the area and saw many good reviews about them. When I went in they did an overall diagnostic report on my car for free. This was quite helpful to have for the future. As my repair was a little over budget, the one mechanic worked with me about doing a different type of repair to help lower the expense. Overall the employees are sincere, genuine, and helpful people.

Best car service I have experienced in years! Everything was up front and clear. The repairs were done well and on time. The written reports given with the service are a brilliant idea. No more secrets about what has been done to my car and what needs to be done. And a loaner car option! Most places I have taken my car have been intimidating places where you don t know what is going on. Finally, an automotive repair place that has evolved for the 21st century!!!

Rich and the guys at Grove Street Auto are the best. Very professional, good communication throughout the whole process. Brought my car to them when another garage in town couldn t fix the problem. Grove Street Auto diagnosed the issue and had it fixed right the first time. Will be taking my cars to them from now on.

Had to have my car towed to Grove St. Auto repair. The team was responsive, friendly, and transparent with everything my car needed - distinguishing between optional and urgent. No pressure when going through the needs. Also loved getting an estimate on future needs the car would benefit from so I can decide how to go forward. That kind of up-frontness goes a long way in my book!

I just started working with Grove Street Auto. My tech. showed me pictures of all the issues my car had which were so helpful. A lot of repairs were required and it took 2-1/2 days. All my issues have been resolved, and I am thrilled. As a driver of 40 years & many mechanics ... I am very impressed by the Excellence of everyone at Grove St. Auto, and am gladly joining their family ... Team Work ... love it ... - sighing with relief and feel like I am in very good hands! Grove Street Auto has exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. They have done an excellent job both with scheduled maintenance and repairs. I really appreciate the thorough reports they send with pictures and explanations if they find any other problems during their evaluations. They also offer loaner vehicles so having a car in the shop is no longer a big disruption to work/life. I highly recommend Grove Street Auto!

A wonderful experience trying out a local business. Moved to the area recently and realize that I need an inspection. Drive by and see the sign so I pull in and ask if I can get an appointment. They take my car in within minutes and I'm in and out in less than a half hour. Desk staff could not have been nicer. Gave me some information about the business and its history. Looking forward to using them for other mechanical needs. Why drive all the way to a dealership when there's a high end automobile mechanic in the neighborhood. Better prices, less travel and local

I have three vehicles that are serviced here. In addition to high quality service, Chris, Rich and team at Grove Street have gone above and beyond for us on a number of occasions, even coordinating services for my daughter in the midwest who needed a service on a car familiar to Grove Street. Chris coordinated the service with a mechanic in the midwest, keeping me updated on the progress throughout. I can't say enough about Grove Street Quality and Customer Service.

I visited Grove Street Auto in early October. My exhaust was very noisy and the dealer could not fix it without replacing it. Grove Auto cut out the rotted section and put in new flex pipe to avoid vibration issues in the future. They also found rodent nest under engine cover and fixed damaged harness. They provided rides and took pictures so you can see the issues yourself and Chris explained all the issues found but indicated which items could rate. Very professional place !Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Do not trust Grove Street to repair your vehicle. Brought my car there for new brake pads and rotors. Was charged for Acura parts only to find out after they failed less than a year later that they used the cheap Carquest aftermarket parts.
