Best tire service place I ve dealt with in Massachusetts, and I ve lived here over 50 years.Other places said maybe a day or so and these folks did it in less than an hour!Easy to get to, clean, etc.Recommended

Very good service. I have a leak in my tire and they've been kind and have added air for me a few times over the past couple months and have told me a reasonable price to fix the air leak. I've bought tires here several times and I've always been treated well.

I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 10am. I dropped my car off at 9:45am.I was told the price of the oil change just went up that day. Fortunately I printed out the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. I was told it would take about an hour. I said I would be back around 1pm to pick up my car. I was delayed and arrived at 3:30pm. I was then told my car has not been started but is next in line. This was extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional. I wold never use this company again. They are extremely unprofessional and shady at best.

I came in for an appointment to get my tires aligned. Once they had it on a lift they noticed I needed much more than my tires done. They were so honest. I ended up leaving because my car needed way more work than I anticipated. The guy was great. They have a customer for life once I get my head around what to get done. I'll recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

Stu and staff were extremely helpful and efficient in fixing my tire which had a large screw in it. I came to the shop right before closing on a Friday as I was about to leave for a weekend trip. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out in a last minute bind. Thank you!

Got the free alignment inspection, they did it in a timely manner and explained further issues I had with my car and solutions. Great customer service experience as well.

I want to thank the team at Goodyear in Franklin, MA, for making time to look at my car on a busy Saturday morning. I didn't have an appointment, but I couldn't wait until Monday. They test drove my car to confirm the intermittent noise I heard. When it turned out to be a quick fix, they didn't even charge me. The customer service was amazing! I definitely will return for future car service needs. Thanks again!

Phenomenal service at this location! I came in for an oil change& they took care of it within an hour. Super pleased with this service. Stu& and his staff provide the best along with great hospitality!

Very unprofessional. The employee Michael C. Who works at the front desk was nothing but rude. If I asked a question it was nothing but attitude with the response. I ve come here once before and dealt with him then too and just makes me feel uncomfortable. He didn t treat the other older men the way he treated me while trying to sort out an issue I was having with my tire and alignment. He told me the price options for the alignment then I was trying to ask for the total price all together to include the tire, he misunderstood thinking I was asking for the alignment price after he had said it then he rolled his eyes, gave me a look and attitude while he repeated the alignment prices. This is MY car that I PAY for! I have every right to ask questions and make sure I feel comfortable with what I m paying for. I should not have been made to feel like a burden for trying to ask two simple questions that I was unsure about. My family and I will not be back. My uncle has been coming here for a while. He had a good relationship here. He had called over after hearing about my troubles and my uncle too felt the employee was unworkable. After he hung up with my uncle he whispered to his coworkers then felt the need to tell me with his attitude that my uncle called. My uncle too was just trying to check in and make sure everything was all good and ended up catching some attitude as well. I m not one to usually do reviews but I felt this needed one! Take your money elsewhere. Town fair tire in Milford is way better

Called late on a Saturday inquiring about replacing a flat tire. They had the tire and told me to come right down and they would get it done that day. I really appreciated that they were willing to do it, even though it was very close to closing time when they finished. This excellent customer service is why you should call them first.

Conform and good price, oil changed and service they take care. Affordable price and great location you always can enjoy you DD coffee (store across the street) and watch TV on there's waiting area.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Goodyear store in Franklin, MA. Customer service was exceptional and I would like to recognize the store s Assistant Manager, Stu. Stu went above and beyond to ensure my appointment was expedited and I received quality service.

I was out Saturday morning and heard my tire hissing at me. I called Goodyear and they told me to come right down. I did not have to wait longer than 10 minutes for them to take my car in and take care of my tire. The permanent solution is going to be very expensive but the gentleman Mike gave me a very reasonable quote to get four brand new tires. In the meantime, he personally took care of my tire to buy me some time. I will be back, and I will recommend to anybody. I know to come to this place and talk to Mike !Happy holidays

I can't say enough about how pleased I am in my dealings with Goodyear in Franklin, MA. Mike C. is an extremely knowledgeable Service Manager, straight to the point and honest. I must say it's the first time I can actually have my vehicle serviced or repaired without the worry about being ripped off. The rest of the employees are just the same. I highly recommend Goodyear in Franklin!!!

Can t say enough good things about Goodyear Franklin! Got a flat tire in Franklin , called them and Stew fit me in(an hour ish before they closed). They were very busy and at first not accepting walk ins , but Stew told me in person I couldn t let someone be stranded . I don t have a spare so I needed to get it towed to the closest tire shop. Mike took care of me while I was there. He was so nice and informative!! He was also super quick , which was nice after a long day of work and getting a flat on my way home :-)! Mark my words , the service they gave me yesterday , I WILL NOT get tires anywhere else. I ll be back this winter :-)! Mike also recommended tires for me , since I had said I want 4 new this winter anyways. Hope these two guys get a raise because they surely made this experience amazing and obtained a customer who will be back. Thank you!!!!!!

Once again, the staff at Goodyear provides excellent service. I have been coming to Goodyear for many years, and the work they do is top notch! The staff is a pleasure to deal with. From the time you enter the building until the job is completed, you are treated in a polite and professional manner. Stew was a pleasure to deal with!

Great People, they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I'm from NY and came to MA for Thanksgiving, my rear brakes went on my 2017 Lancer, they took my car in and fixed it right away when other businesses were closed. Great Service and Professional atmosphere,, I will definitely be back! A+

The Assistant Manager in Franklin, Ma, Stu, Is excellent at customer service! The reason I feel that way is because he is engaged, informative, and most importantly, he s genuinely a kind man. That s rare these days!Because of this, I can see him talking with customers and folks feel connected and assured by the options available at Goodyear.You have quite the asset in him as an employee.Secondly, he was willing to work with my schedule to find a way to secure me for the tires to be replaced, and to come back in for a front end alignment.

Kathie was able to get me in on short notice. Took excellent care of me. Explained everything to me about my vehicle. Worked with me. Very appreciative of the quality of service I get here. Mike and Paul have also always been very easy to work with and willing to take the time to explain things to me and help me make decisions about my cars

Needed to get a broken valve stem fixed. I lost more than 50% of my tire pressure an less than a few hours. July 4th, late in the afternoon. Stu Sterling, Asst Manager fit me in! I waited no more than 15 mins. Great service, very fair... And never charged me for the emergency fix. Thank you Stu and the Goodyear Team in Franklin! I'll be back to get the tires we spoke about in a couple weeks. Have a great rest of your 4th

Thanks to Stu and his team for taking care of me over the past two day with two separate issues. Fast, considerate, and straightforward. (While I was there, another customer called in to thank them for not trying to upsell his daughter.) I've been going to this store for almost 20 years and the service is as good as ever,

I started to lose tire pressure on 495 on Sunday afternoon. Goodyear was the closest open place. I had run over a razor blade. I was planning to get a new set of tires in May, so I went ahead and got it done at the price I had hoped to pay. The assistant manager was great to deal with. She answered all of my questions and concerns, and provided me with what I needed. She informed me about oil changes and tire rotations, and it was a better price than where I had been going. I put a lot of miles on my car, so this is incredibly important to me. I told her she had earned a good customer.

I was traveling around MA/RI area last weekend and got a nail in my tire at around 10 p.m. on Saturday. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment online for 9:00 a.m. on Sunday to fix the tire and for the oil change, which was also due. Since the tire turned out to be unfixable and they didn t have the tire I needed in stock and I needed to return home to New Jersey that day, Kathie went far and beyond and arranged an appointment for me at a tire shop where I could get my tire changed. They installed a donut and I was able to make it safely to the shop. Great service overall, and Kathie is very attentive to the customers needs. I highly recommend the location.

I d been looking for a hard to find tire for a while with no success. When I first came into this good year I was once again told the tire isn t available. That s when Brian got involved. He was able to track down the tire I needed in a different state. Within days it was at the local good year and ready for me to pick up. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Awesome staff, friendly upfront. Honest, I went in with a slow leak. Thought I was going to have to buy a new tire, staff was great made an appointment. Great waiting area, when they called me up fixed the flat at n/c. Will definitely recommend going too this shop. Thanked them for all the service, will definitely go back in the future.

Don t be fooled by the big name brand store. Cathie & Mike will take good care of you from start to finish. Reached out to me to get me in sooner when we had an unexpected tire issue. Thank you for servicing our tires for the last few years!

Wow..super friendly and honest staff. No lies in this shop, as they cater to your safety first. Cathy and Mike made me feel like family and I felt their honesty and trust after their performance. My car now feels like we really belong together Better than a marriage and my ex-wife, as my baby haley now rides me better than before. Lol..

Always have great service here! The guys are so nice. Last night we had a nail in our tire, before we even got home they were calling telling us the car was all set and they didn't even charge us. Wonderful and much appreciated surprise, considering my husband had just started a job after a year on unemployment.
