Franklin Ford provided excellent customer service, and for the first time leaving a car dealership I felt well taken care of! They were honest, efficient at their job, and made the entire process stress-free! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Franklin Ford! George and Eric our salesman were amazing. Manny in finance provided outstanding service. Thank you guys for a great experience. I know my daughter is going to love her new Ford escape!

What a great experience. Franklin Ford did well getting me into the truck I wanted. Really responsive,.professional and nice people. They helped expedite sourcing and installing a few last minute add on's ad well. Really impressive and would do business with these folks again. Made buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience.

Overall bad experience with this dealership. I came from out of state and bought a truck. Was told it would take 1 day to transfer the registration and that they do it all the time. I called back a few days later and they told me it would take 4 days, called back a few days after that and they told me it would take 10 days. Finally just about a month after I paid in full for the truck they called me and told me it was ready. 20 minutes into my ride home I turned the heat on and it stunk like cigarettes. When I got home I called both the salesman and the manager to discuss my options. The salesman was at least apologetic, the manager couldn t care less. No return policy, no money given back, not even an offer to pay for a professional cleaning. Call me old fashioned but I thought dropping 40 grand with someone would get you a little more effort. I d leave no stars if I could.

Pretty much the only nice part about this place are the service advisors, they go above and beyond to try and help. Beyond them though there is not much else. Everything from the sales to the endless service appointments cause they can never fix an issue are a headache. There is no accountability or transparency. The highlight being the lack of cleanup on the car after buying which led to me finding a loose razor blade in the back seat that they never removed from prep. On service side it takes a minimum of 3 appointments to fix any issue. Have tried to reach out to managers but they are less than helpful, often condescending to customers. Glad all my warranty work is done and can start bringing to a trustworthy shop that isn't out to shake every penny they can out of you.

Last time and final time I went to the Franklin Ford in January of 2024, I had a reoccurring issue going on with an engine light that was coming on (Keep in mind the truck only had 135k on it, and oil changes were done routinely) - I recommend buying Toyota those Tacomas and Tundras will get you 400k. Anyhow, that is besides the point. I went in for service to get the light fixed (I believe I brought it in a total of 3 times), the last time I brought it in they indicated to me that it was a bad solenoid for one of the turbos. They told me that the cost to repair would be approx $600, BUT they can not guarantee that the fix will work. So in my head, I m going they are going to attempt to fix this part and if it doesn t work then I just lose $600 with the snap of two fingers. Guess what . The fix did not work and this is when I made my move to go trade in my truck and never deal with Franklin Ford again. I have had a total of (3) bad experiences with Franklin Ford, but this one was just the cherry on top. Also keep in mind I set up appointments each time I had to bring my truck in for this issue. At the end of the day they said they were to busy and/or the head tech was not available to look at my truck. So they had to keep the truck a full extra day. Very inconvenient for people who need there truck to drive to work the next day, and there was no help or offer to give a rental. I m going to leave the review at that point, as I could keep going about the bad experiences.P.S. I know 3 other people who have had horrible experiences at Franklin Ford.Good luck to you if you plan to bring your truck there for service + bring your wallet as they will most likely attempt to fix your truck multiple times without fixing it and charge you each time!

My service advisor was great, and the mechanics did a pretty good job getting my car into working order; however, they missed that my car is leaking coolant at a phenomenal rate. Going to have to take it elsewhere for repair.EDIT: After taking my car to another garage, it was determined that Franklin Ford should have caught this mistake, particularly since they added coolant to the engine ($20 apparently wasted). Just spent another $314 having the issue Franklin Ford's mechanic missed addressed.Don't do business here. This was sheer negligence.

Made an appointment for an issue with my car and an oil change. They looked at it right away the morning of my appointment, provided excellent information and an explanation & my car was ready later that same day. Was given options for tires but not pressured to purchase at that moment. Excellent customer service!

I stopped dealing with Franklin Ford back after our new 2003 Expedition purchase which had been the 3rd vehicle purchased there. When ever I needed service for a problem like engine light, etc. it was always a trial and error fix of just adding parts until it was fixed at my incremental cost for each new part. They were horrible. This year i was involved with helping my son get his F150 repaired there for an engine light issue. We took it there 2 times with a cost for the first visit of close to $300 which lasted about 2 weeks then the same engine light so took it back and after another $550 was told they "hoped" this fixed the problem. However, 2 weeks later, same engine light returned. At this point, my son and I went to Imperial Toyota and traded it on a Toyota Tacoma. He learned an expensive lesson and I relearned the lesson I learned back in the mid 2000's, don't buy a Ford ever again and in particular not a Franklin Ford. They are a poor quality dealer selling and servicing poor quality products.

Wrote this email to Franklin Ford in November (They never responded). I have officially traded in my Ford and will never go back. Toyota will forever be my new home. This is all 100% an accurate depiction of how one of my last few visits to Franklin Ford went. If there was an option to rate 0 Hi Bob,My name is Mason and just had my F150 in for service. I am very very disappointed to the point where I believe I am going to change the location of where I get my car serviced and my next truck will not be a Ford.Today, I was in the Franklin, MA shop getting my brakes done and a routine oil change. I was called to come pick up my truck. I got there and paid for the services and everything was going well. I went to get in my truck and the hood ajar light was on. I stepped out of the vehicle and mechanics did not even shut the hood. I then go to shut the hood and the latch is broken. I went back into the shop and they refused to fix the latch and said it was "whethered". The sad part to this whole story is I had the hood open two days before and the latch was working perfectly fine. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager continued to push me away and claim it was weathered as well and refused to replace the latch. Ford should be taking responsibility for their actions and damaging my truck latch (Even if this was weathering, a good service provider would take the responsibility/accountibility if broken under their control). I would not think they would want to lose a long time franklin customer over this.I left the dealer with the hood ajar light on in extreme frustration. I live a few miles down the road and when I got home I opened and closed the hood about 25 times, and for the time being the light has turned off... Will see how long that lasts. I am concerned that the mechanics at the shop have no form of quality control.1. They left the hood open when they finished the service2. The latch was in working condition when I brought it in and then all the sudden it stopped working after the service.3. The hood ajar light was on when I entered car4. If the mechanics tried opening and closing the hood more than 3 times maybe they would have been able to fix the problem at the dealer (But it seems they did not know to do that and rather charge me for a new latch)5. Off topic - But last time I was in they forgot to screw the skid plate on after my oil change and it dragged across the road on my way home off the lot (They tried to charge me for the skid plate and blame it on wheathered screws....)I am not one to write novel complaints but I hope as a general manager you can understand my frustration. I have been coming to Franklin Ford my entire life and have not had these problems until lately. I will note that there was a service manager in the back back office who came out and was friendly and did try to help the situation (NOT the first office in the back)(Also, I deal with Mike a lot and he was the initial person who was running with my work - he was very helpful - he was not the issue) but still did not bring the conversation to the place it had to go.I am hoping that there is something that can be done to help resolve this issue, and hopefully bring a higher standard of quality to the service department. I have exhausted much time writing this email, as I feel it was necessary after the customer service experience I had today with service. I was charged $973.29 cents for the service I got at the dealer today, however, it pains me to even think that I gave this money after the quality + service I received today. If you would like to call and discuss further my cell #***********Kind Regards,Mason

I've been looking for a new vehicle for months. I had the best experience with everyone I came in contact with at Franklin Ford. I was in and out of there within a couple hours with a beautifully detailed, 20223 Ford Explorer ST. The customer service was exceptional and the financing efforts to get to exactly where I wanted to be, was perfect. Highly recommend!

Just want to say. Ann coordinated the service. Enjoyed a quick conversation with her about some interesting people. While listening to an audio book strolling the parking lot on a cold and wet morning. An older gentleman pulled in emerged from his truck and told me of his stiffness and offered good advice about the need for regular exercise as we age. Something that he neglected. I shared my age, letting him know I was not far behind. We had a wonderful chat and introduced ourselves. He was none other than Jack Madden himself. (confirmed later by Dan my trusted sales person) As he walked in to do business, I optimistically reminded him that it was never to late to start. Needless to say, I enjoyed my morning and they did excellent service on a great car purchase at Franklin Ford.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Franklin Ford and the experience was similar to the first. Top notch Staff that was courteous, Friendly and Knowledgeable. Ron S. was our sales rep and again he proved to be up to the task. If the situation arises, we will use them again.

Buying my first truck at Franklin Ford was a breeze. From the first call with Ian to Sergey doing everything in his power to make my purchase special (I have a business closing at 6PM and Sergey came back on Saturday, after the shop closed to give me my car). Oh let s not forget Manny, the finance guy, who did a great job getting the papers done in record time. I d recommend anyone to buy a car from Franklin Ford (take it from a guy who values customer service above everything else,

We have been using Franklin Ford for services for a couple of years now and we finally just purchased our first vehicle with them. Honestly it was from far, the best car purchasing experience we ever had. Brian Mulvaney was our salesman and he was attentive, helpful and even went out of his way to help me surprise my husband with the new car. Not to mention, the car was ready for us with the plates, clean and a full tank of gas less than 48h after we closed the deal! Definitely exceeded all my expectations!

I use to really like this dealership I brought my work van from them 2020 Ford transit and got scammed with the warranty (didn't know at the time) but since everyone was so nice I traded in my old car to get a newer/ used car Ford explorer 2019 and again got the warranty because I brought into there lies they reassured that I was good I was cover tires /paint /everything, fast forward to getting a nail in my tire (they are supposed to fix it for free because it is under warranty) they would schedule me out 2 weeks just to fix it (now the first time it was fine but this happened to me more then 6 different times) they would ask what I was going in for and once I said nail in tire it was oh we have nothing for the next 2 weeks, then my car started to make noise from the rear and I was given an appointment for that a few days later I take my car in they say they could not find the noise nothing is wrong with my car it safe to drive and want to charge me 500 dollars and my car still sounds like something is going to snap right off, I was left without a car for more then 5 days when the dealership was supposed to give me a car while they worked on my car that never happened I fought with them to lower my bill because why was I paying for a warranty and they can't fix my car and I still have to pay that much just for them to look at my car and after all this I asked when could they give me a rental car so I could leave my car with them while they figure it out they gave me the run around for a while saying they have no idea when a car was going to be available for me and that I was welcome to take my car to another Ford dealer I'm hurt and disappointed I did have plans to buy another car and van from them and I also always recommend them to my friends and colleagues from work but my advise is to just watch your back and do your research before signing any paper work with this dealer they are very charming and nice and that can sucker you inPs. I know the owner will see this review this is no disrespect it is the truth of what happened to me just wanted to give an honest review and no I do not want anyone to call me and try to fix this it's been more then 6 months since I last had contact with your financial team I was waiting for a response to when the next rental car was available so my car could be left at the shop and all this time has passed by an I was never contacted back so I'll just take this as a loss and a lesson thank you

What a pleasure doing business with Franklin Ford. No pressure, no games, just a straightforward approach. The whole buying process was less than two hours from the test drive to the paperwork. I highly recommend this professional dealership especially Brian Mulvaney, Salesperson.

My 2014 Escape suddenly and almost tragically suffered a complete collapse of the transmission while on the highway, no warnings except a winding noise right before it went. After managing to getting off the highway and into a parking lot a Transmission Sensor Error displayed on the dash. Thinking the best place to bring it was a Ford dealer, I had it towed, at additional cost, to Franklin Ford where I purchased it. I also explained everything that happened so they already knew it was a transmission issue. They said it would take a couple of days to get to it. Okay, that s fine. After two weeks without a car and their constant maybe we ll get to it tomorrow and that their transmission specialist was out or backed-up, I told them I was having my car towed to another facility. Suddenly they had performed a diagnostic and wouldn t release my car without a $180 payment. When I ask what the exact problem was and what the cost to repair it was they reverted back to our transmission specialist needs to determine that . Then they said, after the diagnostics and looking at the transmission fluid you re probably looking at a new transmission. Wait ... so if the transmission specialist couldn t get to it then who did diagnostics and looked at the transmission fluid? It got to the point where you could tell they were lying on the fly to justify the $180.After complaining and questioning this work, the price dropped to $140 and they wouldn t budge. I agreed because I was desperate to get my car running, but when I went in to pay they refused to provide a diagnostic report. Said the data was in the cloud and they couldn t print it. Seriously, open the diagnostics software, download the data and print the report. Oh wait, they couldn t do that because THEY NEVER DID A DIAGNOSTIC IN THE FIRST PLACE! And despite having done this diagnostic work, they still couldn t tell me specifically what was wrong with the transmission. After calling them out on this blatantly unfair practice, the price magically dropped again to $100.I eventually paid their ransom because the tow truck was about to arrive and I needed this hell to end. I feel completely ripped off, lied to, and taken advantage of. Not bad, $100 for literally doing nothing... what a business. I wonder how many other people have fallen victim to this scam. Never again will I buy a Ford or do business at Franklin Ford.Edit: In response to the reply from Franklin Ford, you had several opportunities to do the right thing and you failed. Also, YOU know how to reach ME.

Franklin Ford and Sales Manager Brian Mulvaney stands above the rest. With many Ford dealerships in the New England area, many large, there is something to be said about a right sized one. Franklin Ford is attentive, detail oriented, concise, and efficient with the new car sales process. From the moment of contact, I was given clear and fast answers, honest discussion, and never pressured into anything. When always visiting in person, the dealership was mindful of my time. Brian Mulvaney could not have been better manager to help with test driving, discuss numbers, and ultimately come to an agreeable sale for both of us. I will be returning to Franklin Ford for service and future sale.

Just recently Purchased a Bronco From Brian Mulvaney, he was excellent. We were from out of state and he went above and beyond to make sure the entire transaction went smoothly, sent many photos and walk around video and even had the vehicle delivered to New Jersey. I wish Brian and Franklin Ford was my local dealer. Buy with 100% Confidence From Brian!!!! My wife Loves her new Bronco Heritage Limited Edition.

Dealership was fantastic. They have implemented new valet service for Ford pass customers, and it was great drop off and vehicle delivery after service completed.

Brought my truck in for warranty repair of the heat and heated seat not working. Extended repair time which was communicated to me daily due to what they said was an issue with Ford s diagnostic computer system being down. No issues with the work done, however I stopped to pickup items in the vehicle I needed for work six days after drop off and my vehicle had been left unlocked by staff.

Had the airbags replaced on my 2006 Mustang GT. Called and Mike answered the phone and took care of me. Drop off and pick up, flawless. Walked in to pick up my car and the person behind the counter immediately asked me what what he could do for me. I told him and he said "hold on I'll be right back with your car" that's the kind of service I want and expect. I've been to 2 dealerships in my life. One was Honda and they were atrocious! If you need work on your Ford, then by all means head to Franklin Ford. You won't regret it

In the past I have avoided dealerships when my car required service, but because of our positive experiences leasing and then buying cars from Franklin Ford, I decided to try them for service. The service department is professonal, friendly and reliable. It is easy to schedule an appointment, and they are flexible about drop-off and pick-up. They even provide transportation for cutomers to and from their facility if necessary. Maintenance and repairs are expertly done, and their waiting area is well stocked and pleasant. I am delighted to be able to take care of everything automobile related in one place that is close by.

I bought a Ford Maverick with this dealer. It took 8 months to come in due to supply chain issues. Given the way lots of dealers have been marking up vehicles, including custom orders, I was concerned I would be taken advantage of. This dealer sold the vehicle to me at MSRP as promised 8 months ago. I was very happy to be treated in an honest manner.

Everyone at Franklin Ford is very friendly and knowledgable. Since we ordered our truck and had a long wait, we appreciated their updates keeping us apprised of the progress. Even after we picked up our truck, the salespeople didn't "forget" us, as frequently happens at other dealerships, they remained friendly and connected.

I got a flat tire, and had contacted a local town fair tire initially. The turn around time to get one tire was going to be extended time that I did not have. I called Franklin Ford and they were so professional, had the tires I needed in stock, and gave some advice that made a lot more sense to get the best out of replacing the tires needed. They also said they could fit me in that day. Brought my car down, replaced 3 tires (one had been replaced a few months prior at town fair) and the cost was so much more affordable than town fair, or another local place I had contacted. Next time I have any issues, I plan to go right to Franklin Ford.
