Took my Audi A7 to A&Z (Sam) garage for engine oil leak. He replaced the oil pan and oil cooler with OEM parts. Two other different mechanics didn't have the experience to do so due to tight access issues with European cars. Sam was able to do it with no hassle. I'm very satisfied with his honesty and the quality of his work. Highly recommend this garage with complex engine repairs.

Best mechanic experience I have ever had. Sam is very knowledgeable. He gave amazing communication and service throughout. He clearly values quality but at a fair price for what you re getting. I won t hesitate to bring our next car to him.

Sam was so so wonderful to help me with my car today. Another shop made a mistake that was causing issues with my engine misfiring and he took the time to explain what was happening so that I understood and would know how to handle bringing it back to the shop that messed up in the first place. He s a very kind man and I m so happy with the services he provided me. Sam is the best auto guy in Franklin. Not only is he a great mechanic, but he values customer service always calling with a synopsis of what needs to be done, giving critical advice on the best next steps/things to consider in the future, and does not overcharge. I highly recommend Sam and A&Z Auto.

Sam was able to diagnose the problems I was having with my Volvo within one hour and he had it fixed the next day! This is very significant because my previous mechanic looked at it several times over a few months or more and was not able to correctly identify the problems. We actually had it towed from the previous mechanic to A&Z. Sam is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and he s very nice! We ll be bringing our vehicles back to him for all regular maintenance and as needed! Took my vehicle here since it was local and had great reviews. Once there Sam and I discussed possible issues, knew he was knowledgeable and left my car in his hands. Hours later he figured out the root of the problem, handed a reasonable quote. Mind you having an AMG is not cheap so very reasonable for the work and knowledge he showed.Got the parts next day and fixed in a couple hours, now drives and sounds better than ever. Sam takes care of his customers like no auto service I've seen before. Not only does he do quality work always, he follows up after every repair and makes sure my car is driving proper and the issue has been resolved. Few mechanics out there will care for your car like you care for your own car, and that is what won over my loyalty to Sam and A&Z

GREAT MECHANIC - BEST AROUNDI have had great experiences bringing my vehicles here. Sam is very fair, and puts emphasis on doing work thorough and correct , and using quality parts. Since I have brought both of my vehicles here, they are running amazing. I called Sam on the phone and got some information on how he works and all. I stopped in for a visit and saw that his shop was as neat as a pin...good marks already. After talking with him I decided to have him do the clutch replacement.When he got into the thick of things it was obvious the previous shop were hacks. All of what they did was not right. The turbo was not working right and a whole host of other things. They had cracked the valve cover and did a hack patch. I could go on...but I wont.Now, as he said it would, the car is amazing. The cooling system works as it should as well the turbo...I now zip along and have to total confidence in my wonderful JCW MINI Cooper!I will add that if you are looking for cheap budget work, move on to the next shop, you will probably not be happy with pricing. Remember, doing it right the first time is far less expensive than doing it twice, once again I have learnt this!

a superb and excellent service!!! I took my car "2011 BMW 3 series" to Sam after a few garages failed to fix my cold morning start....He got recommended to me by a friend, and all the way from Marlborough Mass. took it down to his shop at 23 alpine row in Franklin Mass., after a Quick diagnose he fixed it, and no problems after that.... thank you Sam for the great service! I will always come back....

I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of A&Z. Hamid worked my car into his schedule so that we could get out in time to go to the beach. Very fair pricing and a great shop!

I highly recommend this shop. The hours are quite convenient for a 9-5 work schedule. Sam is very knowledgeable, his prices reasonable, and he is an all around nice guy.

They charge twice (up to three times) the value of the part, you can check the make and model placed on the vehicle, he lies about the prices and don't give you the receipt of the parts. With that the value of the service seems low, but it has already been compensated for in the parts!Totaly unprofessional.
