Always have a good experience with the guys at VIP. I've gone to them many times over the last 5 years. Have had them repair exhausts and many tire repairs.Just had them replace my old stock tires with Michelin Defender2 tires. They price matched Amazon, and had me in and out within 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. They also discount 10% up to $50 off if you are a AAA member.Like anywhere else, make sure you review your invoice to make sure it's accurate and what was discussed. Sometimes it's busy and they can miss updating your invoice. Happened a few times, but not a big deal as they rectify it right away.Overall, good guys who do good and honest work. They are my go-to mechanics in the area.

I came in today with a screw in my Tacoma truck tire. They were so nice to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately I needed a new tire that was dealer specific.I was told what to do and it worked out great. The staff were so knowledgeable and nice about everything.I will come back in a second.Thank you vip!Steve

I really recommend this place , definitely they are awesome and very professional. 5 star for them . I bring my car here for many years to do oil changes , tires, rotation , alignments and any other services. I am always happy with their service. Thank you Anthony and team for everything.

LADIES: Do NOT bring your car here. I was towed here and the next day received a story about how the shop spent so many hours looking at my car, was quoted over $1500 in repairs. I called another mechanic and towed my car away, and ended up paying less than $500 in repairs, but different repairs than what I was told at VIP. This shop will take advantage of you if you are in a desperate situation.

We were headed to CT for a concert and found we had a flat tire! After being disappointed at three tire shops, Larry at VIP agreed to take up our car right away and was able to fix the tire in 20 mins ! Very professional and helpful! Highly recommended.

Do NOT bring your car here. Brought in my vehicle (as AAA recommended the location) and they quoted a repair for $1,600. Asked for fault code and explanation of repairs. Typical repair all parts garage to scam you. Left and got my car repaired for $400 instead at a different shop.

I came in last minute right before closing not expecting to even be seen and was ready to make an appointment and to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in and see me anyway . Everyone was upbeat with great attitude guys offered to get the tire out my car. Even offered to bag the tire so it wouldn't dirty my car and carry it back out. that first interaction alone is enough for me to move future services which I will need to VIP tire and service. thank you all!!!!!!

I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting Larry and Jesus from the Framingham, MA VIP. I am a loyal VIP customer from a neighboring state. I was traveling north and started experiencing some issues with my tire holding pressure. This was at 5:45PM on a Saturday evening, of course during a snow storm. Thinking my tire has been punctured after contacting a curb the day before, and knowing my tires are protected under VIPs tire plan, I called Larry (as the nearest VIP shop) and explained my situation and asked if he might have a spare, matching tire (AWD car), or if they could help me put my spare on. Larry was so warm and helpful on the phone; he agreed and directed me to come to the shop, and to get there safely in the snow. When I arrived, Larry had found the single matching tire, which he pulled off the wall for me. He and Jesus pulled my car in (this is now when the shop was closed, after 6pm), and after taking a look realized my rim had been bent from hitting a curb, and thus the seal wasn t being held to keep air in my tire. After only several minutes of hammering, my rim was fixed and my tire held air, and I was able to drive home safely that evening without needing a new tire. The difference that Larry and Jesus had on my evening, on a cold, dark, snowy evening - hours away from home, cannot be described as anything more than kind and generous. These folks helped me without asking for payment, after the shop was closed, when they could have easily said they weren t able to. I can t recommend these folks more, thank you, thank you, thank you!

UNDERPROMISED AND OVERDELIVERED! FAIR PRICES. NICE EMPLOYEES. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. GOOD SELECTION OF TIRES. Called the Framingham location last minute in the afternoon to get a tire replacement done. Understood if they couldn t get it done right away. They said bring the tire in and they can look at it and most likely do the work for replacement next day as they were already pretty full. Left the tire and wheel there and was expecting to hear from them the next day when they had more availability to replace the tire and mount it. Heard back from them a few hours later that the job was done! Went back and they immediately put the wheel back on my car. Will definitely go back to them for future needs. Thanks!

Gave my car back in worse condition with engine lights on and multiple sensor warnings. Revved engine on lift several times, dashcam in my car picked up everything. Bad service. All to tell me the wheel is dented, which is why I brought it in the first place, cause I hit a pothole.

Update 08Mar2023: Thank you VIP Motors for the quick response to this review, and to Mark Robinson for the phone call. I appreciate the efforts made to correct this and think this was a one off incident. My issue was not the mistake itself but how it was handled, and I think what happened will not be repeated. Thank you.20Feb2023: Just left here, after my third visit. First two were basic maintenance and an alternator replacement. Left satisfied, no issues.Third visit: I go in to get the two front tires replaced (low tread). They also recommend an alignment. Get both done, leave. Next day, while driving on the highway, I realize that keeping the steering straight causes car to drive left. NOTICEABLY. See attached photo taken at end of drive, to get an idea of wheel position with the steering straight. In no world is this is normal?? Or a subtle issue??Go back in today, show the guy at the front desk (not Larry) the photo. His first response "the car would be impossible to drive like that, but we'll take a look for you". My guy, did I fly it here? Did I hire stuntmen to stage the photo I took? Did I decide it would be stimulating to sit around in your waiting room again on my weekend??..I assure you, no. He takes it out for a spin. Comes back, and immediately takes it into the garage, and they start redoing the alignment (the waiting room conveniently has a window overlooking their entire workspace). This time, they actually do a test drive after completing the alignment, something they had not done the first time.At the end, I ask what the issue was during the first alignment, since it seemed like something major had been missed. He says, "no, it just needed more adjustments"...that's it? That's what "more adjustments" looks like? Then, he conceded, generously, "we felt there was some pulling so we did more adjustments"...that's it. I say "it seemed like it clearly had not been done correctly, since the wheels were turning left when the steering was maintained straight" Response "no, just needed some more adjustments". I assured them I wouldn't be coming back if this was their capacity of acknowledging wrongdoing. The response "ok, that's fine".The complete lack of acknowledgement or apology for their own negligence was appalling. Not to mention the gaslighting. If you're a woman and want to be treated like you have intelligence, stay away.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

They did an amazing job when we needed their help after getting 2 flats from the rainstorm where we had to buy 2 brand new tires they were fast knew exactly what they were doing very respectful great workers and decent prices can't complain thanks vip tires!!

My husband and I had a flat tire on the way to Boston and needed to get it fixed pronto. While VIP did not have the tire we needed, we were able to get a tire and bring it here. Our tire was fixed very quickly and we were on our way! Thanks!Service: TiresService: Tires

I am completely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with VIP Tires. I got my front breaks changed and they didn't put everything back the way it was supposed to which caused some scorching to my rotor. I took it to someone else and they verified. I got this service done on Father's Day. They completely ruined the day for me. I had driven an hour away to my Father's house. It caused an insane loud noise and a whistle noise as well. It was embarrassing. I pay a good amount of money to get my breaks fixed and this is what I get? More headache and worries?Mind you, when I went back for them to fix the issue the manager barely explained what the issue was for me. I don't know if it was because I was a female and he simply thought I wouldn't care or understand but it was insulting. They didn't even apologize. This was completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed!!!! And frustrated!!!!If anyone wants I have videos from their 'work'. It's attached. I am not sure it will let you see it since it is videos. In the video you are able to hear how loud the noise was. So, you can understand how worried sick I was. I had to drive 2 hours with my car like that. Since my windows were closed I didn't hear it at first while driving to see my father on Father's Day. I would've turned back but it was too late. The best tire shop in the area. We brought our tesla with a flat tire and they were able to quickly patch it for us. I also like how the waiting area has a window to the service area so you can see your car being repaired.Service: TiresService: Tires

VIP Auto is a fantastic auto repair operation!! They are friendly, professional, highly competent and reasonably priced! Anthony & Jake are the two professionals I dealt with on several occassions getting tires replaced, tuning up my car, diagnosing a serious rear end problem with my suspension and were simply awesome to deal with. Their diagnostic skills are superior to other auto repair shops I have used. You will not be disappointed with their service and quality.Service: Auto maintenance

My tires popped yesterday and I called aaa for assistance they couldn't help me at all after waiting for 17 hours for their stupid service. Right in the morning I came across this place and spoke to Anthony. He was able to assist me the same day and his team were super helpful and kind. Thank you for making everything better

I am an old customer, fixed my car there several times. Today I went to do an oil change. The service manager tried to convince me to do the synthetic oil change. I said that I want the basic service. On the desk there was a big chart with the VIP Tires & Service logo on top. It described the types of oil change. The basic service was listed as synthetic blend for about $40. I said that I want this one. The manager said that I cannot get the synthetic blend, the basic service means conventional oil, and they do not go by the chart. Looked to me quite unprofessional, kind of a payback to me personally because I did not take their recommendation for synthetic blend. I left, did the oil change in another shop.

This is the first time for me to use VIP Tires & Service at Framingham, MA. It's pretty good experience there with good efficiency. At my request, Anthony recommended the right oil type best for my car, and in addition, he also checked my windshield wipers to see if they need to be replaced. Overall, very good experience with them and felt that they are very honest with all the price posted online for customers to check and compare. Will go again for other services. I had a great experience getting 4 new tires mounted yesterday at VIP Tire in Framingham.I had spoken with Jake on the phone in the morning and made an appointment to come in later that afternoon. Larry checked me in, and all went well. The specialty lift they wanted to use for my car was occupied, small wait, nice clean showroom -- no problem.At one point Jake (who I'd only spoken to on the phone) came up to me, introduced himself, and said he just wanted to put a face with the phone-call. Nice touch!Through the window in the waiting room I could see the work being done. Michael took great care of my car and rimms throughout the procedure.As with most businesses that offer great service, its starts with the people. It seems to me this place has several long-term employees and an environment where they can enjoy doing what they're good at. That doesn't just happen, it comes from leadership at the top.Well done, I'll be back.-- MIkeEService: Tires

Fantastic place to get any repair work done on your vehicle. I have recently trusted VIP to take care of oil changes, tire pressure, wheel alignment, and a rattling heat shield in my vehicle. Each time, VIP has delivered 100% satisfactory service at a price that has dealerships beat by a country mile. I don't see myself going anywhere else for routine maintenance in the Framingham area.
