I have been going to Snows for 20 years. From oil changes and tires to any repair work. They are always courteous, transparent and do quality work.

I remember when this guy hired me gave me a hourly wage then proceeded to not tell me it was salary with unpaid required Saturdays. When I asked for more because the hours worked vs the pay meant I lost money from the place I came from he said "you don't know enough". Shortest job I ever had. And now I'm a lead tech making $38 hour. Imagine lying to your new hire then telling them they are no good. It reflects in the last few reviews. Dishonesty at it's best

I went to this shop for an alignment on my box truck . After I was charge full price 150 dollars for a truck alignment was told he couldn t get my alignment done correctly because I needed to replace upper control arm cams smh , charged full price and left with my truck worse than when I came in , bad business smh , next day bought cams and went to another shop I was told nothing was wrong with my upper cams and they realigned my truck no problem. So if you want to get ripped off and pay for services not needed or not done correctly snows garage are scammers BEWARE STAY AWAY ! Also I went the next day to see if he could realign because truck was bad and he said he would have to charge me again these people are insane BEWARE!!!!!

Snow s Garage provides an excellent service and handles all the work for the vehicles for our company down the street (JM Construction Co). Went in asking to get a tuneup and was asked what I wanted done... "Well, spark plugs, transmission flush, oil change... You know big basic maintenance" was my response...When I came back for my $300 bill I was told "We didn't flush the transmission. We don't like to, because when you flush a transmission sometimes it loosens up some gunk and the transmission starts to leak."Payed the bill and RAN! Never to return!Should have taken the advice and STAYED CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE

When a big-name tire service company (Sullivan) said they couldn't help me with my tire and they recommended I see Snow's Garage instead, that speaks volumes about how capable & reliable Snow's Garage is with tire issues. It was a small lawn tractor tire that Snow's originally helped me with, and I have since been back to Snow's Garage for help with a backhoe tire as well. Both times I've visited Snow's Garage, I was greeted by Casey Snow (the owner) at the front desk, and Casey was on the other end of the line whenever we spoke on the phone. Casey is a down-to-earth guy who's easy to deal with, and he seems to always have a can-do attitude. Even if his employees may have helped with some of the work on my tires, Casey knew exactly what was done, took the time to explain to me what was done, and was more than fair about pricing. I'll be using Snow's Garage for all my vehicles going forward. Casey seems like a real straight shooter, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snow's garage to anyone in the Framingham area.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

I have always had excellent service with Snow`s Garage for a cost that is not accomplished with a price that is reasonable along with no trying to make high priced not really needed replacement. Snow`s just does excellent work without the sticker shock price when you pick up your vehicle! But that Sweetheart [Robin] is a pure JOY!!!!!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations

Honest people, they do an exceptional work at a fair price!I own a small heating and air conditioning company here in Framingham (Obie Comfort Solutions) and I love doing business with Snows Garage. If you need alignment services for your car, look elsewhere, my experience here was horrible, they say a value and charge above that, they did not provide me with the paper with the before and after alignment referring to the angles, I called 1 day later asking for the print and heard a bunch of excuses just ignored me. I completely lost confidence in the work they did. My car was not in the correct direction so I decided to take it to TOWN FAIR TIRE and do the alignment again, after that I found out that many things were wrong. The new service includes paper with the before and after dos angulos where I could prove that there was a lot wrong. My tires would die quickly if I continued to ride like this. I have been a customer of Snows Garage for about 15-20 years now. I would give them six stars if they had it. They are very honest and they do superior work. I drive a lot of miles and really need to feel confident that my car is going to be safe. And I always feel that way with them. There have been times when I felt that there might be a problem and they check it and find out it is something way less than I think. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good mechanic

Snow's identified and fixed a problem that I was having without a high cost and rather quickly even with having to order a tire. I have been using Snow's repair services & general maintenance for almost 15 years. My office was just down the road so it was easy. However, since I retired I drive approximately 22 miles because I prefer the service from Snow's I get better than some local business.Service: Tires

Casey and his staff have been providing service on my cars for many years. They are professional, do excellent quality work and their customer service is wonderful. I would not trust my car to anyone else! As far as I am concerned they have my Good Homemaking seal of approval!

I have been a customer of Snow's for the better part of 30 years and have always been pleased with the work performed. They are fast, reliable and they stand by their work. I have never left Snow's wondering if I had been taken advantage of. The management and staff are always friendly and courteous no matter how busy or stressed.

Snows takes care of your car as if it were their own. Being down a car can be stressful but they communicate with you as soon as they know what's wrong with your car, and fix it in a timely fashion. Their prices are reasonable and they give honest and thoughtful care to your car. Robyn the office manager, makes the shop run very well. This is truly a family business.

Snows Garage is the best! Having work done on your vehicle is expensive so when you need something done and done right then Snows is your answer! They are great and you will get your car fixed right the first time and can leave with the don t have to worry about that anymore ! A shout out to the owners Casey and Robin you could ask for better people, and the crew that work for them are great! So go to Snows for all your car repairs you won t regret it!!

DependabilityCasey and his crew have been keeping my vehicles safe and dependable for more than 10 years now. As a semi-retired auto mechanic that has become physically unable to do my own work, I depend on Snow's to do what I can no longer do for myself. I've know Casey since we were kids, we grew up in the business together. I also knew Casey's dad, Bill Snow. Wherever I worked in the metrowest area, Snow's Garage was the place to get front end alignments done. A family owned and operated business with a longtime solid reputation is my go-to place when I need anything done, including getting towed to the shop when necessary. Thank you Casey and company.
