I had a car accident, and was devastated that my car was completely ruined and it wasn't my fault. I had no idea what to do but Simon and his excellent team helped me through the whole process, from paper work dealing with insurance and all other things. The result was amazing and I definitely recommend their service. Took my car to Simon s after my accident, the service there top tier. I have had 2 fender scrapes on my 2020 Toyota Highlander within one week and both times I received excellent services from Simon and his expert team. They took my car right in and did a perfect job of matching my silver blue metallic paint. In addition they left the inside of my car cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Also the level of expertise and knowledge their team have in the collision industry is totally worth having your vehicle repaired here. My wife s car had a collision and damaged the whole driver s side. The vehicle was brought to Simon s Auto Body and from the first appointment and through entire process, their team kept me informed of everything! The communication with my contracted insurance company was smoother because of the knowledgeable team the body shop selected to repair my wife s car. I am so glad with the final result, the vehicle was as perfect as the day we took it from the dealer. Simon and his staff are very knowledgeable and assist with working with insurance companies to help navigate what can be a tricky process. Simon explains carefully and realistically what can be expected when going through the auto repair process and does excellent work. We have confidence in his workmanship, ethics and customer service. Our car is like new after being hit from behind and under going extensive repairs.

I called a few weeks ago to check availability and see when I could stop by. I spoke with Leo and he pointed out details that I have not noticed in the 5 years I've owned this car. The estimate and appointment were done very professionally and in a timely manner. I was sure he was the manager and I was being well taken care of. My car was done within a week and was done very nicely. We went over the details of the final product and I couldn't be any happier with Leo's professional help and attention to detail. Will definitely be speaking with him again about my other vehicles that need to be looked at by him before proceeding with paint and bodywork.I can assure you that Simon's Auto Body is the best!! I have been a loyal costumer for years, Simmon doesn t work for any insurance company. So he has nothing to lose. when you leave your brand new car in their hands, there s no doubt that its going to look new again.they pay attention on the minimal detail, Simon will fight for that original part, the insurance don t wanna pay for( that was my case).otherwise he won t do the job, exceptional costumer service.Your brand new car is ruined? Give it to Simmon and have peace of mind.

I am soooo happy with the services I received from Simon s Auto Body and their team.I backed my vehicle onto a brick pillar caused damages to the rear of my car. Simon s auto body explained to me the proper repair process recommend by the manufacture, and I approved.My insurance company wanted to cut corners and wanted my repairs to be done differently then recommended.Simon s auto body was able to help me walk my insurance company through the proper process, and provided documentation to back the required manufacture repairs to put my vehicle back to pre loss conditions, as well as my safety and well being.If Simon s team had not help me I would have been thousands out of pocket as well as driving an unsafe vehicle, thanks to this business I have my vehicle back, new and safe again, I am very grateful for their services.

Their work is decent and the customer service is good. There s just one huge problem. You take your car in to get fixed after an accident and they don't meet the deadline to deliver your car. Took 3 months for me to get my car back. With that you get charged with the money from the rental company since insurance only pays 30-40 days. After a long time of waiting, the car was returned to me with scratches on the part of the car that was replaced. Had to leave it there for another day so they could get rid of them and deliver a better service.

I had a long experience with Simons Autobody and the end result was superb. The process was lengthy, nearly 7 weeks for a fender bender. This was primarily due to discrepancies between the shop and my insurance company. The insurance company seemed to think the the body shop was trying to rip them off, the body shop insisted that they were doing everything necessary. In the end I'm not a car expert and when the two parties who ARE the experts are in intense conflict over my car, it left me in a tough spot. Simon and his staff were very professional with me and ultimately I am pleased with their high quality work, and thank them for that. I just don't think I can give 5 stars given the full details of the experience.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I had such a great experience at Simon's Auto Body today. They buffed out a long scratch where my car had been keyed across 3 panels. My car looks like new and I can't even tell where the scratch was! Plus Simon and his staff were so nice and professional. I definitely recommend them!

I had Simon s Auto Body do a chrome delete on my new Audi. The owner Simon is always on top of all of his on going project regardless of size. He explains the procedures in detail so the customers can understand and will communicate with customers right away if something unexpected pops up. The quality of their work is amazing with reasonable price and timeframe is acceptable.I definately recommend Simon s to anybody who is looking for a good body shop.Service: Painting

I was recently rear-ended by another driver and took my car to Simons Auto Body for the repairs. The inside of the facility is spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They even coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental to come to pick me up.Unfortunately, my car insurance tried to have Simons Auto Body cut corners on the work. Simon personally fought for me and made sure my car was fixed the proper way. Throughout the process, they communicated with me to ensure I was completely informed about the issue with my insurance company. The car came out looking fantastic, and I have no complaints about the work.To top it off, they dropped the car off at my house, and the car was detailed. It is not often you take your vehicle to the shop and it returns cleaner. I would highly recommend using Simons Auto Body.

Did expert work, but perhaps more importantly, I had a lot of problems with my insurance company (this was my first claim in MA, and the rules are different here). The folks at Simon's helped me advocate for myself, and eventually got my insurance company to cover all of the manufacturer's recommended repairs - even after they had initially declined some of the work as optional. The service there is excellent, the highly qualified people who work there, the owner is also a super nice person and makes you super comfortable and you can completely trust his work without leaving your car.And I've known his work for 16 years, so I'm totally confident in that job and I'm totally satisfied with their work as well.

My car is certified pre-owned, and I had it less than 6 months, when I got into an accident on a snowy rotary. I got significant damage to a headlight, and surrounding areas. My car was in awful condition. I brought it to Simon's Auto Body, hoping that my car could get back to normal.The staff was so kind and patient. I didn t have to worry about scrambling to find a rental car, or dealing with lots of phone calls to insurance. When the car was ready, I was amazed!!! My car is in excellent condition, and it looks better than the day I bought it. I couldn t have imagined that it would turn out to be so wonderful. I highly recommend this auto body shop to everyone. Thank you so very much Simon s Auto Body!!!

I took my car in because it was having random engine misfire and was happily surprised that Simon actually sent my car to the dealership, where he knew the repair would be covered under warranty! It's nice to know there are still mechanics out there that care more about the customer and the car, than the money! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car!

I went to Simon s auto body because someone hit my car while it was parked they did such a good job on my vehicle, it s actually looking better than it was before, and the staff is so friendly Ana and Rob definitely make a good team together they were so patient and helped thru the whole process.
