I dropped my car off on 10/4/17 to get the front shocks replace. I picked the car up on 10/7/17 and drove it to NY for the weekend. This car is mostly used for leisure unless my other car is getting work done. About 3 weeks later I was driving the car as my other car was getting some work done to it. The music was off during the ride and and I noticed that every time the car goes over a bump in the road I heard metal on metal banging. I pulled over an checked and noticed that the mechanic Carlos didn't install the the lower rubber pad when he fixed it. I went to see him that day and let him know. Carlos said to bring the car back the following Monday and he would take care of it. I was at work but had my cousin dropped the car off on 11/6/17. I went by the next day and was told that they parts are ordered from the dealer and will be in later that week. Went back 11/10/17 and was told the parts will be the following Monday on 11/13/17. Checked back in on Wednesday the 15th and was told the parts came in the night before and he was going to work on the car that night. Returned Friday 11/17/17 and the car still was not repaired. At this time I figured this has to be a scam or some form of ripoff so I went and picked my car up on 11/18/17. I have attached two pictures, one with the rubber missing and the other with the rubber in place.So after almost two months I'm stuck with a car that still needs repair. At this point they left me no choice other than to get the car repair elsewhere and sue them in court.There was a time when they had some professional people working at the shop however now all you see are kids. Take your car here for repair at your own risk.

I have personally talked to the owner and he himself says that their number one goal is customer service, also the prices are the lowest and town. Also the oil change is at an amazing speed, the station was also used by mayor Yvonne Spicer of Framingham. The full service keeps you comforted in your car, and in the end you can't get the best, cheapest, most helpful customer service in town, if you don't go to the best in town. That's Karas Gas Station, located 516 Union Avenue.

Most inexpensive gas in Framingham and a large radius outside the town. Full service so especially great on bad weather days. Extremely nice and friendly gas attendents.

there crooks I took my car there after I had brakes done to my car there guy snapped the e brake line and failed my inspection sticker he won't admit he broke my e brake before I brought the car in you need to use your foot to engage the brake and press it to disengage they should be shut down and the town should really look into what there doing there now I'm suppose to get my brake fixed after I just did I hope they shut this place down make it a donut shop

Prices are the cheapest for the gas in that area (when paying by cash), easy access to the pumps, its a full service refill station.

I don't go there much anymore since I am now in the countryside but everytime I go to Framingham, I have to stop there. They are so friendly... and they have the lowest prices!

Owner scammed me, need to get my axle replace according to him. Then charges me over $500 to lubricante the axles instead of replacing them.
