My husband and I had been looking for a new car for awhile now. We weren t having any luck until we went to see John Alexander at MetroWest Hyundai. John was great. He knew what I was looking for and that same day we purchased our Hyundai Palisade!!! We absolutely love it. John is a great guy and he s not out just make a sale he wants his customers to get what they want and be happy with it. Go see John. You won t be disappointed!!!

Went and had my brand new car in for its first oil change service. When I received the car back there was a GIANT scratch and dent on the drivers side, which I noticed the next day. I called to ask if they had video of the car going in for service to which they said they had installed video the day AFTER I had my car serviced. They refused all accountability and did not try to figure out what happened at all. It s clearly from a lift, based on location. This place is sheisty and a dump. Would not recommend getting serviced here for anything.

AVOID THE SLIMY SERVICE DEPARTEMENT - TLDR; sales experience is good but the service department tries to sell un-necessary services as urgent and tries to gaslight you about concerns they damaged your car.I made an appointment to bring my Elantra in to resolve open recalls and look at new vehicles while waiting. I dropped my car off at my appointment and after a couple of minutes of waiting in sales for someone to approach, I had a great experience with Jay in the sales department. I was up front and told him I was not ready to purchase and he respected that but was still helpful in answering questions and allowing me to look at a vehicle I was interested in.Once done working with Jay, I returned to the service department waiting area and received a text recommending additional services. I continue to the link and am greeted with a site that indicates an item requires immediate attention(!). They are trying to sell me on a four-wheel alignment service which may be an okay recommendation but not an urgent issue. Moreover, they recommended this without knowing the service history of the vehicle and that it was done a year ago with the new tires on the car. I ask if there was an issue the tech noticed while on a road test or if its visually out of alignment and the service adviser just said it was a recommendation by the tech. -- Then don't tell me it's urgent! Finally, I go out to get in my car when it is ready and notice what looks like very obvious scratches on the door above the handle. I immediately walk back inside to get the service advisor to come take a look. He tries gaslighting me, blatantly saying it was there before which it was NOT. He continues by stating there are scratches all over the car pointing out a scratch and dent on another door. I knew those were there before and that's why I didn't point those out. I only pointed out what his tech's obviously caused. Thankfully, after further inspection and a wipe off, what appeared to be significant scratches were just dirt smears from a dirty tech hand or glove but the way the guy handled it was very unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. Coming from a customer service background myself, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be using their service department again.

I had a fantastic experience with MetroWest Hyundai's service department, after less than idea service at another dealer. My car needed recommended service, brake issues, recalls and some other issues. Bill K. and the team went above and beyond, worked to secure coverage under my warranty and my car is in top shape. I can't thank them enough for their work and I am a customer for life.

Conflicted about this review: so READ CAREFULLY.Firstly, we almost bought a car here and then decided not to. The reason being two things:1) The price. The vehicle was amazing and everything we wanted, but the more we thought about the price the more it was just too high. We also just were apprehensive of all electric at this time.2) The finance department. We just felt they were too pushy and not very respectful of our apprehension and why we ultimately decided not to buy. Turns out, after crunching numbers more carefully, we were not given a great deal. In fact, we felt as though there was something funny going on there. So, take that as you will. However I will say that our salesmen Nick and the gentleman whose third day it was sitting right beside us were both amazing. Caring, kind, respectful, knowledgeable. The fellow next to me even gave me some kettle corn from his own lunch when my blood sugar was getting low! (I can t have gluten and they had nothing gluten free for snacks). Both of them were incredible! Couldn t ask for better salesmen! So that s why I give them a 4 - minus a star for the finance department, but over five stars for the salesmen! However, I do not think I would buy from Midwest in the future because we have had better experiences with the finance department at Mirak and other local dealers.

I called ahead and confirmed availability of a car, made an appointment to test drive that car specifically, arranged childcare and drove 3 hours round trip to come see/get the car. Upon arrival, they suddenly "couldn't find the keys" and continually tried to upsell me on a significantly more expensive car that I didn't want, acting like discounting a car I wasn't interested in was doing me a huge favor (the car I actually wanted was unavailable for discount, of course!) After wasting 90 minutes of my time, I asked to physically see the car I had an appointment to see, even if they didn't have the keys to open it, to confirm it actually existed. Suddenly he had to confirm "exactly where it was" and it turned out to be "being serviced" (what a surprise!) and unavailable to be physically seen. It was a complete bait and switch, insanely unprofessional, and wasted 4 hours of my time and $200 of my money (spent on childcare and gas.) I wouldn't trust a word they said about any car on their lot.

Terrible expiernce. Starting with the salesperson, manager, and the person in charge of services. I don't recommend this to anyone to go there. It's a trashy dealer. They have to be conscious that people work for their money, they sell garbage.

Herb Conolly Hyundai couldn't take the minute to remove a headlight dust cap cover with a tool because my fingers wouldn't fit. Service Mgr on the poor design and service: "I didn't make the car". Guess what, your dealership won't sell me one either. My Ioniq has had a squeaking/creaking sound from inside the cabin since bought new. Service here, alleged was fixed putzing with the seats. Nope! They wouldn't honor an oil change coupon today because the offer was 3 days expired. Glad I noticed and called before going to my appt. @marlboronissanma would let me bring theirs in like a month past.Three strikes, you're out. Never, ever buy anything from a business like this. Lost @hyundai_worldwide customers @connollyacura @connollychevy

I can only give the dealership a 4/5 since we didn't actually buy anything there, but a salesman named Luis was 5/5 and very knowledgeable and friendly.
