-5 stars. This company showed up on behalf of AAA to fix my flat tire. They showed up quick and in a AAA truck so that was comforting. Changed my tires quickly and left. Up to this point 5/5.Problem was, the guy stole my lock key for my tires, which I was unaware of. The following day I went to change my tires and the lock key was missing. No one had access to the car after him.I called the company and they reassured me he put it back where he found it. I turned car inside out and did not find it.As a result of his inconsiderate and unprofessional actions:1. I lost out on a day of revenue2. I had to drive on a donut for days longer than expected with my small kids in the car and no lock key in case of emergency. Unsafe!3. I spent my only day off on Saturday driving 1hr each way to the dealership to buy another lock key, then spent the rest of day getting tires done.100% would NOT recommend. Unprofessional and unapologetic for the major inconvenience their criminal tech caused.

Luis B. was an excellent tow truck driver. He saw me, got my SUV running & even towed the vehicle very safely to my place. I highly recommend anyone who has issues (even broke down on the highway) go through with this company & driver (even if it's late at night). Luis is extremely nice, polite, smart & reliable. Please take my word that Luis (B.) knows what he is doing & deserves to be rated 10 out of 10 or 5-stars out of 5-stars.

These guys came through AAA. Fast, super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't get my car to start and towed to my mechanic without issue. Would think about using directly in the future. Luis and Elman and another guy were great.

Unfortunately...AAA was our intermediary. But once we had truck or technicians arrive, they were awesome. Communicative, timely, and efficient (when their hands aren't bound by AAA). Would use them directly if the need arose or had to recommend to someone in need of services they could provide.

I had exceptional towing come when I called AAA for a probably dead battery. Cam and Juan responded . They were great. The first guy who came was not good, but then Exceptional Towing sent Cam and Juan. They came, fixed the problem and then Cam installed a new battery for my car. Very easy, they were both very nice to deal with and were efficient.Thanks to both Cam and Juan.Service: Battery

I received towing assistance from Luis P today. My car died and we couldn t get the battery charged up enough to get my car home. I was four miles from my home in a parking lot. Luis arrived quickly, and even apologized for the extended wait. He listened to everything I had tried to get my car going and he immediately grabbed his charge pack, got the car running with the wires still attached, got my car on the tow bed and was back at my car so quickly. He even told my boyfriend and I we could head back and just meet him there while he was finishing things up. Luis P was so friendly, incredibly helpful and gave me the exact diagnosis for my car so I can go order my parts and get my car back up and rolling. Thank you Exceptional. Thank you Luis.

AAA Member. Exceptional Auto was sent to tow my vehicle and Anderson A. showed up within 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful guy who assisted getting my vehicle towed to an auto mechanic in Worcester from Northborough. I appreciated his kindness.

He was quick to respond, showed up and quickly handled our situation and towed the car, moved it to where we asked and was done. His service was quick, fantastic, knowledgeable, and gave us some extra information about the tow and why the car was acting up. Luiz P. Specifically was absolutely fantastic and gets 10/10 for his help, his knowledge, and his assistance. Would recommend it again any day for anyone who needs it.

Couldn't be happier! Without having to ask they arranged for my rental to be there when I dropped the car off, the car was repaired and detailed for me ahead of schedule, and then they returned the rental for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating! Thanks to everyone!

I had to have a rental car with a flat tire towed from my driveway. Luis P. arrived promptly, offered to change the tire (the rental car didn't have a spare tire!), and got the car out of my driveway and away quickly. Excellent service.

On March 20, 2024 at approx 8pm eastbound on Route 9 in Westborough, MA a white van bearing commercial licence plate number T33673 and letters that state "Exceptional Towing" and "Mobile Service" was driving eradicly crossing over three differently lanes aggressively and speeding with thier high beams on. Multiple sedans where in this drivers crosshairs as he nearly cause multiple collisions before turning off a northborough exit. Nothing Exceptional about this drivers demeanor or skills.

Paul from Exceptional Auto-body came and troubleshooted while others gave up. He got my car out of my garage after other failed attempts and the previous tow company telling us they needed to drag out our brand new car and we would have to sign a waiver! Thank god I tried again and thank god we got Paul. Thank you Paul.

Waited 3 1/2 hours for AAA service. This company has no business working for AAA They are clearly understaffed and their night dispacher was rude. Their road service person couldnt remove the wheel so I waited another hour plus for a tow which they promised would come in 20 minutes. They never even put the tow in the AAA system.

The police in my town use Exceptional Idiotmotive for towing cars. I asked the driver to tow the car to my preferred auto repair place. He said yes and OK'd it with the police officer. But the du***ss towed the vehicle to Exceptional instead. And It had to be towed again to my preferred auto repair place. When I asked them why he just kept saying "you weren't around to pay" and actually I was. I spoke to my preferred auto repair place and told them that Exceptional wouldn't tow it there because I didn't pay first and I explained to them that the tow diver kept saying "Who was going to pay, you weren't around to pay" and my preferred auto repair place said "WE WOULD HAVE PAID, LIKE WE ALWAYS DO [when vehicles get towed to them]." Bottom line, they just did it to make more money for themselves for storage fees. By all accounts they should have towed it to where I asked, but because they didn't they made a lot more money for themselves. To top it off they couldn't find the order and they refused to give me an invoice for the towing for insurance. Took it up with the police in my town and hope that they lose their contract. No one should conduct business this way

Just had my 1961 Caddy towed by Luiz P. He handled my car with kid gloves. I could not have asked for anyone better than Luiz to take care of my baby. Please pass along my thanks to him.

Chris was amazing. He came to my service call, immediately got to work. He asked key questions and came up with the problem and the solution. Instead of needing him to tow me away I drove. That was yesterday and his diagnosis was correct. Vehicle is running great ! Thanks Chris !!

Got an appointment for next week Wednesday , a week from the day I called, but dropped of the car anyway since the problem where the brakes. Thursday the same week and the brake pads and rotors are replaced. Less then a day in the shop. I just love these guys. ( added to previous review)I have been a customer for many years. My experience ranges from normal maintenance, just getting an inspection sticker and oil change, to a full bodywork one side of my Toyota Sienna- after the car almost rolled into a mill pond. Years ago my 12 year old Plymouth Voyager made bad motor sounds which I ignored as long as possible, finally I brought the car in , fully expecting to hear bad news. I got charged $2.50 for capping up my oil, and scolded about getting the oil levels so low , The reason for the sounds of the motor was a detached air hose.The reason why I am writing a review now is that I brought my husbands car in last week because the catalytic heat shield had rusted off.Exceptional could have charged me for an expensive repair, instead the answer was: " you do not really need the shield, safe the money".

I've had work done on my cars here 2-3 times over the past 10-12 years. Every time, they do a superb job of making my car look good. I just picked up my car after someone sideswiped it while I was work and it needed to be repaired in a couple of places. Most of the damage was to the front bumper, which they replaced, but there was a scratch on the side which was down into the metal. You'd never know it was there now, and the paint matching is perfect. Also, they detail (not wash or clean - detail) your car when you have work done here. The thief tow truck driver stole a brand new pair of Air Jordan s from the car! They said they reviewed the tapes and found nothing but refused to let me see them. We ve had nothing but bad experiences from this place for years. They use cheap paint and aftermarket parts and that fall apart and scrounge you and your insurance for every penny they can. Stay away!Update: Exceptional now hiring illegal migrants staying at the Red Roof Inn for cheap cash untaxed labor which is legal under the governors new rules but he s firing his loyal employees and getting shoddy results.

I got a "new Radiator" installed there. I had to take it back SEVERAL times due to leaks. The NEW radiator lasted about a year.I would not go back ever.

if i can give a 5 star for front desk I will because they were awesome and very nice, but the person who was dealing with my car did a bad job.. told him about a few light not working after the accident, told me that has nothing to do with the accident, i was not satisfied on the job they did on my bumper, they did a bad job with matching the color with car.. and just did a bad job replacing the bumper, it was not put on correctly.. employee was giving me a hard time when I told him I was not satisfied, he kept telling me that my insurance was not going to have them change the color of my bumper, he was just awful.. will not be taking my car here again..

My car stopped and I was on the side of the road. I called AAA who estimated the tow truck would be there in an hour. Jonathan Flores from Exceptional Auto Body was there in 20 minutes. He was fantastic! The alternator had failed. He needed to jump start the car to move it in a position to tow it. This was not easy because the engine kept shutting off. It was freezing cold but he kept going. All auto body shops were closed, so he brought the car back to our condo. The space is very tight, but once again Jonathan prevailed. I am so thankful he was the tow truck driver who was called to help me. Thank you, Jonathan!
