We called in advance to set up an appointment to get our Toyota Hylander key replaced. We were quoted $298 to get a new one. When my husband arrived for the appointment, he was told that was only the price of the key and not labor. They also said it was $50 more just for the actual little key piece inside the fob (who doesn t want this as a back up if your fob battery dies?? Do they really sell fobs without it?). At the end of the appointment, they told my husband it would be $521 (they also charged $50 for shop supplies ). My husband fought back about what the heck shop supplies were - to code a key - and they took that $50 off. Either way, we went from thinking we were paying $300 to paying $470. I hope a manager will see this and feel compelled to respond and make it right. It was a terrible experience and we definitely felt taken advantage of.

We brought our SUV to get serviced recently. Carlos, our Service Center rep was awesome ! Very friendly but most importantly he took the time to explain our options to help us make an education decision. Overall great service and staff.

Just stay away!!! After buying a used SUV there, they were responsible for my first oil change at no cost. After a couple weeks I noticed the oil light in the dash was blinking, then i check the oil level and it looked like the engine was running without oil!! I took the car to another oil change shop and guess what: it had only as much as 1 quarter.... They almost ruin the engine! My recommendation to you: don't bring your car to a service center where you can't see what they do with your vehicle! Stay away from Bernardi!!

I currently have my mint condition, 2007 Infiniti G35X Platinum Edition, that I just bought, at Westboro aka Herb Chambers Infiniti for minor repairs *** And, truly the Car is So nice! 10+!(*I'm 100% SOLD on Infiniti. If you are considering buying one?#1.) Do your Research! I did, And, trust me Infiniti is a cut above, Better Engineering. Enough Said.As for Herb Chambers Infiniti? they performed the repairs. initially it was to be $1,175 for a new alternator. (Yes, be prepared to pay more for parts on an Infiniti. Just remember the reason?Better Engineering.)And, regrettably the final tally for repair was $2,814.45. Yes, $1,600+ over the "estimate".that's irrelevant.. to this review. What is highly relevant? Is that I believe they were being honest with me. what they claimed was additionally damaged would make reasonable sense.moreover, the service manager Ferdy. He called me personally to explain the need for additional repair. He was very professional. and very knowledgeable.a Answering any and every question I had.Lastly, he was reasonable. Yes, I did get the impression that at a dealership space is at a premium. and "it would help him greatly if I could have immediately picked up the vehicle and paid the bill."Understanding all that fully, I still had to repay honesty with honesty and let him know that "a $1,000 repair bill becomes something entirely different at close to $3,000."it's now been almost 60 days! I do feel horrible yet please let it be noted that I did offer on that day to deliver S1,200 to Westboro Infiniti, and pay the balance ASAP. That offer was declined. which I feel was a mistake on their part, only because today Feb 19 I have $2,000 on me. but that is not $2,814.45. and that is how I was told they wish it to be paid. in full.I always understood the in-full part. simply knowing my income structure it would have been beneficial to lower that bill by $1,200 so that on a day like today paying the remaining $1600 ?Would actually have left me with $400 in my pocket. At any rate people because they have not hassled me and because I believe their service has been stellar and their professionalism on the phone from secretary to service manager has been a good experience? I am giving them five stars!it's the least I could do, and I'll show my true appreciation when I purchase a brand new Infinity this year 2022. that is my plan - and my plans rarely ever fall through.SincerelyKevin S Gallagher

Two stars because service was quick and rep was polite. BUT when I made the appointment I told them the oil change was free because of perk when I bought the car. Then I get a bill for 106$ bc supposedly that perk expired within a year of purchase. If they had told me when I booked appointment I would have gone to my mechanic. Found the whole thing sketchy

Phillip is a great service advisor! No extra charges or extra services pushed, either, so I recommend Bernardi for service overall.
