Very AMAZING experience! Edgar helped me buy my very first car. I had no idea what I was doing but he had so much patience with me and I ended up buying my dream car! So thankful for him and all his help, couldn t have asked for a better car dealer!!!!!

Zero stars !!!!!I can not believe you guys did not disclose this information about the Kia 2017 Sportage that I have bought the multiple recalls why didn t you have knock sensor test done !!!! Before selling or at least letting me know I ve bought two cars from you ! I m stuck with no replacement engine on this Kia that has multiple recalls! No engine means no car I m stuck making payments this vile and evil you guys are crooks

What a waste of time. Was going to sell my car, so I called them. Over the phone seemed pleasant and they kept calling and texting asking when I ll arrive. Finally had time to stop by - inside no one had any idea. They took a look at the car, gave some attitude and said that will call me back with the price. Of course they didn t. Next day when I followed up over text - they couldn t figure out who actually saw the car. After multiple back and forths they came back with the lowest offer I ve seen. Literally HALF of the price of what I sold the car for. Don t waste your time!

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and no pushy tactics! I am very happy with my experience at Direct Automecca. Harshene went above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle and he was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. This review is long overdue , I bought my 2016 Acura ILX in 2019 from direct auto. The service was unbelievable and everyone was very friendly. This car has been nothing but perfect for 60k miles. I will buy my next vehicle here again.

This place is absolutely horrible. This is my first and last time ever buying a car from here. They sold me my 2019 truck to me with a 2013 battery that I have no idea what vehicle is goes to, my tailgate wouldn t open properly and they fought me because it wasn t under warranty when I have my truck under a full warranty. They also sold my boyfriend his truck with a broken cross-member that they rhino lined over it and never mentioned. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Clara did an exceptional job helping me with the search for a new car. Professional, friendly and had the knowledge to help me find what i was looking for. Although I didnt make the decision yet, she delivered the best customer experience yet! Cant wait to work with her in the future when I do decide to trade in my vehicle.

AMAZING customer service! Our agent was Aline D. We were able to test drive any car we wanted whether we were going to buy a car or not. When it came time to purchase the car we loved, Aline helped in any way he could to get the monthly payments we wanted. There was a large variety and we were able to find a not only our personal car, but a work van too!

Went in here having previously looked at a vehicle that was ultimately sold while I was asking about it, Right when I was about to go off on the poor guy, the salesman John Brita showed me another vehicle that was even more to my liking than the original. Ended up with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Lux II with 25K miles for 28KI was also able to slightly negotiate the low-ish trade-in offer on my '11 Jeep with him, John is very reasonable and was very knowledgable about the Jeep I ended up purchasing, as well as helpful with explaining how the financing would work sans a down-payment. John is an excellent salesman with a good attitude and easygoing personality, and he really cares about what you want in your vehicle, and not just selling you whichever vehicle he sees fit. Even if exactly what I wanted wasn't sitting right out the window, John's intent was to find the most similar to the one I'd looked at. Keep it up, man!The manager was very friendly and she checked in during our stay in the waiting room a couple of times. The dealership has many many pre-owned, low-mileage Jeeps to choose from as well as a variety of other branded irrelevant vehicles (lol), and although the building itself isn't beautiful, the cars they sell are, and the people working there seem to have walked off of a runway, as well, so it makes up for the lack of ceilings, haha.Lastly, I'll add that after an initial pickup date of 1 week, I asked if it could be sooner, and they ended up giving it to me within the hour. I drove home in my new car, leaving my old one behind that day, that was a sweet feeling.All in all, I would recommend this dealer to a friend thus far, and I hope the service continues if any problems occur.

Meeting with the Direct AutoMall family was a great experience. Every moving part of the automall machine was greased and moving in uniform. I didn't feel any pressure from the sales associate who help me Her name was Lucy and I would like to thank her and the crew at Direct automall thanks guys keep up the great work.

This place deserves zero Stars! Not only did they give me a car that had issues with it but they also added additional fees and charges to my contract. I was unaware of of this until I saw 2 different versions of the contract. Make sure that you check the contract thoroughly because they do like to add a couple thousand dollars here and there. I spent over a year trying to get the warranty off of my car and they kept getting the runaround in addition I told them after a day of having a car that a warning light is on in my car and they said that they could not fix it. I've called numerous times these people do not answer the phone. Once they knew that they were wrong they stopped answering my phone calls. I've drove down there several times only to get the runaround these people are unprofessional and should not be in business. They are constantly having new people coming in and out and they are just as clueless as the last people they hired.

At first, what attracted to the dealership was their competitive prices, then, after meeting Hudson Amaral (salesperson) and Richard (his manager), I new I had found the right place to buy! Within 1 hour of my arrival at the dealer, the deal was closed and all the paperwork completed. The car was delivered extremely clean and serviced, and most importantly, it was delivered on the promised date and they weresuper charismatic and accommodated the delivery within my time availability. Overall... they offered me a 11/10 customer service, so they definitely deserve this review! Big thumbs up for these gentlemen, I definitely recommend going with them!!!

From the moment I stepped on to the lot, it was a pleasurable experience. Jeff let me take a leisurely test drive, so I was certain I liked the vehicle. Even though there were some issues which I was not satisfied with while driving the vehicle, Jeff assured me everything will be fixed. Everything was low-pressure and no drama.Awesome staff! They were all extremely helpful and kind! Never pushed me into buying the car (even though I went there specifically for a car on the lot). The made the process quick to buy and their service department does an amazing job.As promised by Jeff and the manager I went back next week to get the car out with all the issues fixed and including the registration completed with all the formalities. Follow up has been terrific as well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and anyone reading their reviews. You will be hard pressed to find another that is THIS good.A big thumps up and specially to Jeff for getting me a nice and perfect car!!!

I just bought a car at this location with the help of Hudson and Richard last week. This was my first time buying a car, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. The entire process from the start of the test drive to the signing of the final papers took less than half a day. Hudson was very helpful in showing me the pros and cons of each car that I test drove. Once I picked my favorite vehicle, they helped me get the rates I wanted on a loan and an extended warranty. Richard even helped me setup my car insurance so I am ready to go. I have yet to pick up my car (it needed a detail and some paint work), but Richard has kept me up to date on the entire process and I am very satisfied.

I just bought a truck here and it was a great experience. Very different from sitting in an uncomfortable, quiet dealership with an aggressive salesman. This place was very comfortable, with music playing and booths to sit in, and everybody working here is very nice. Camila is the best!! She made the process quick and painless. I love my new truck, and if I ever need another car I ll definitely be back!

Having only bought from dealers for major auto manufacturers that was it for skeptical however the representative from direct auto mall was courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable. We were able to complete a deal and he did work with me concerning pricing my trade-in. They seem very eager for my business and treated me with respect even though there was a back-and-forth with the price of the car. I think that they run a good business and the test drive of the vehicles this to my satisfaction and they seem to know the vehicles that they were putting you in to let you know the features. I would recommend them and Luis Is the representative That I worked with. Thank you Luis

Absolutely terrible. No communication among staff. Most of the staff seemed to have little if any concern about my questions. Asked for the vehicle to be detailed before delivery, and was promised such. The pictures are just a few of the problem areas. Was told the vehicle would be delivered on a flat bed to avoid the added miles on the vehicle and it was driven instead. Only purchased because the deal was decent and with the current market we couldn t pass on the price. Also had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery because they failed to tell us they didn t have the title at time of signing. This would be understandable if we had known.
