Automax Framingham offer great car prices. They have a variety of cars you can choose from.Got a good Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. The car is very good and in excellent condition.Lucas did a great job as a salesman. He had good knowledge about the car. Lucas put in a lot of effort to ensure customer satisfaction.However, when buying from Automax Framingham be prepared for some delays. There were some delays in the paperwork. Also, after making the downpayment it took about a week before the car was ready for pickup.I recommend Automax if you have patience.

Purchasing my 2020 Range Rover Evoque was quick, efficient and painless. I've looked at many before choosing this beauty from AutoMax Framingham. I feel it was fairly priced. Salesperson Guilherme Cardoso made it happen! He was there from start to finish and even afterwards to quickly answer any questions or concerns I had. Thank you Gui for making what could be a very stressful experience enjoyable and satisfying!

Great dealership to do business with! We purchased our Tesla Model 3 Performance and while waiting for delivery, to my surprise, they installed 4 brand new 20 tires without me even asking.

I would give our Salesman Eberson 5 stars. But the experience of attempting to buy a Jaguar 0 stars. Put 5k down. Was getting 5 k more cash and agreed on a finance deal. It was pending that the all inclusive Jag warranty was still in place for the rest of the year. They stated it was. My checking in more detail learned it was a Canadian grey market vehicle that no longer has the Jag warranty. They stated they checked with sales and service manager and Jaguar dealer and all said it was all set. Our direct contact with a Jag dealer said otherwise. I cancelled the deal and they asked what they could do. They never can drop the price. Even though it keeps going down every couple weeks. I asked to split a warranty. No was the answer.do not trust anything they say. Do your diligence. When we bought our new Cadillac the finance manager said yup grey market cars have different rules.

I'd like to thank Mathew from automax Framingham. We bought a truck a few weeks ago and he made the process smooth and easier. He did much more than just sales. Plus, Mike dos Santos is always there to help us. Thank you guys for turning one of our dreams into reality. That's the second car we got from automax.

Great customer service from Guilherme. Good explanation of the trade in value of my car, and was quick to help get my new vehicle ready in a timely manner.They even put new tires on the car without asking!Highly recommended to go here for a used car. Prices are reasonable

Left my information through CarGurus for them to contact me. Got a call and a text from them about my inquiry. I was in a meeting and sent a text right back. I made it clear I was very interested in the BMW and I wanted to purchase it and asked if they could send me the numbers and information. I am several states away and having never purchased this far from home I wanted a breakdown to see if it made sense for me to buy many states away. They asked if there would be a loan and I stated I would wire the money and or send certified funds. I never got another reply or another call. It must be nice to work here in sales and you have a potential client ready to buy and you do not respond or make much of an attempt to sell or close a deal.

I went in Saturday to try and check out some cars they have in stock mind you I m ready to buy! I have a down payment ready with great credit score, I test drove a car and it was making a really weird noise it was a Toyota CHR white one they told me it was the brakes. I m no idiot I know what brakes sound like. Either way he said the shop is off today come back Monday so they can check it out. I call today to get an estimate on how much my payments would be with my down payment, the sales lady on the phone told me, she couldn t do it for me. I asked why? She said we would need you to come in check your credit score and whatever, I responded back I understand the numbers can change and you re not promising anything, but to save myself the drive and time, I want to see your rough estimate of what my car payment will be monthly? She wouldn t help me. Now I m no longer interested. I found another model same price at Land Rover in Boston they will be taking my business with their 4.8 star rating! Avoid this place at all cost! Friends and family have warned me about this place, I chose to give them a chance they blew it twice!

Really terrible experience buying a car here. Price was good but the financing offered and the car buying experience was not. Had to make two trips (from 1 hr away) despite being told we could take the car home at our first appointment. Found a much better interest rate as soon as we got home and refinanced our loan. Car was also dirty upon pickup. Do not recommend

This place is the worst. I drove an hour to look at a mustang that they had in the showroom. Couldn t drive it no biggie. First off they offered peanuts for my car then wanted a 17,500 down payment which would ve put me in the 800 to 900 a month range. For a car that s 39k???? You guys are delusional and I hope you enjoy that car sitting in the showroom. Probably gonna be there for a while.

Where to begin.. we never made a deal. You wouldn t provide a purchase of sale agreement or a w9 in order for our company to purchase the vehicle. Then we are told we are all set go to your place of business and you won t allow for me to sign the paperwork mind you I had a check in full for payment. ( oh and I am an authorized signer for my company) . So I asked if we could take the paperwork to get it signed by a Secretary of State. That s there procedure and they gave it to me. Remember in the beginning they wouldn t provide a purse of sale! Didn t make sense. so no deal was made. Further more, we reached out to the general manager to speak with him and no call was returned. We have since purchased 5 other cars and will definitely never do business with this establishment.

I needed to do a procedure on my car and went to the store and was attended to by Kelly. getting there to do a job that someone else said he would have to do more was actually not that job but another much simpler one. I recently had to bring my recently purchased SUV in due to a failed inspection in NH. Kelly in service department and the team of technicians that worked on my vehicle were extremely kind and exhibited amazing customer service. I was worried not knowing what issues with vehicle there may be, but the Auomax service team out those concerns to rest and couldn't be happier

Customer service is shockingly bad. I purchased a car, was told to wait a week for further body/detailing work, and when I picked the car up absolutely nothing was done or communicated to me. Out of the 6 times I have called the dealership, not one time has someone answered the phone or called back. Everything had to be introduced by me, the buyer. Made the car buying process terrible for me, would not recommend.

Very underwhelmed by the standard of quality of the vehicles in their lot as well as the customer service. Left a lot to be desired for the money they ask. Also, I almost bought a vehicle from them and visited another dealership that provided a much better service experience and a brand new 2024 vehicle with better financing for the same price out the door vs. what Automax was trying to sell me a pre-owned with high mileage vehicle, and visible collision damage (undisclosed in Carfax). Last piece of advise to the potential buyer, Automax was sued for 1 Million dollars in 2019 for unfair practices. Just google search it, it was in the news. I have no regrets on my decision to buy elsewhere

Had a great experience here at Automax in Framingham at the service area with Kelly, she was super patient, polite and professional to answer all my questions while making sure I was all set with my car. Really recommend and make sure to ask for her when coming to the service area!!!

Extremely disappointing. My recent visit to the dealership was marred by a disappointing and unprofessional encounter that left me with no choice but to reconsider my purchase plans. Over an hour journey after working all day on a Saturday, my attempt to inform the assisting personnel about a slight delay due to traffic was met with initial understanding. However, what followed was an abrupt call, informing me of her departure, barely 3 minutes later, while I was less than one mile away. During the second phone call the woman repeatedly talked over me as I explained I could see the sign at the dealership.Upon arrival, the dealership had unexpectedly closed early, leaving me unable to conduct a proper test drive of the truck I was extremely interested in. This forced me to resort to a thorough inspection (missing tail light and all even though it has been at the dealership over three months) without the essential test drive experience.The unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior I encountered during this visit was deeply disappointing, especially considering my genuine intention to make a purchase that same day. Regrettably, this experience has led me to seek out other dealerships that prioritize professionalism and understanding in their customer service and advertised business hours.

Purchase a vehicle from here placed a extended 3yr warranty .the engined seized yup .I have been paying out of pocket for a rental for a month now. My car been at the shop 3weeks no update .I'm calling the warranty Co they tell me oh we haven't heard anything from the mechanic.

Upon coming to this dealership it looked very clean and professional. I had come here to look at a vehicle, and I told the salesperson which car it was and that I would be possibly interested in trading in my car in for The salesperson took my car keys after telling him what car I wanted to see which made me feel very uneasy. I didn t ask for a test drive just to view the vehicle so I don t understand why he would take my personal car keys. After 15 minutes he finally pulls up the vehicle and I ask for my keys back to which he replies I ll unlock your car to which I told him i want my keys back. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online as a 2019, the sticker on the car said 2022. I asked him why this was, to which he replied they put the wrong sticker on it, it s a 2020 which seemed very odd to me because it s listed as a 2019. Immediately got in my car and left. This place seems very shady. Would not buy a car from here.

I bought a 2021 Dodge Ram in June 2023. As soon as I got the car, it had problems. It s been four months and no solutions. I bought with Lio, at first he was a good guy, picked up the phone, answered quick, but of course it was only because he was trying to sell it. After I left with the car, I call dozens of times and get no answer, Lio is basically incommunicable. I have dropped the car there over four times to be fixed, but guess what?! It came back the same, nothing done.I m writing this to, if possible, help you not to go through this same awful experience. They most definitely do not care about their costumers. I payed $25,000 down payment only to get frustrated.If you care about your money and your time, PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to get your business done, otherwise you will probably end up in the same situation as I m in, and I wouldn t wish it upon my worst enemy.
