I have been bringing my 16yr old Toyota to Mike and John at Absolute Car care for years. I trust them and they do excellent work! Also they have helped me in several emergencies. And the pricing of repairs is very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone!!

I am very pleased with the service at Absolute Car Care. I had my car serviced there recently and they were able to diagnose and repair my car in one day. The employees are very professional and pleasant. Will definitely use them again for future repairs.

Mike and his team at Absolute Car Care are honest, true professionals and will always inform me of any future repairs I should be aware of, vs trying to selling you a service you don't. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a small job that I called around a few places to get a quote for. Of the 7 I called, Absolute car care was the only one that sent a quote via email right away. Quote was transparent, reasonable, and the work was done in less than 2 hours. I will be sure to use them again. Professional, courteous, honest.

These are just great people and mechanics. They'll give you outstanding service at a fair and reasonable price. Expect it to take a little time, because they're a small operation and extremely busy due to their popularity, but it's always worth the wait.

Mike, Kathy & John were hospitable, friendly and informative when it came to servicing my vehicle. I had last minute request that my car needed to be ready within the same day and they made it happen! Also, Mike was kind enough to drop me off at home while they serviced the vehicle. When it came to pricing, it was spot on with what I expected. Thank you for taking such good care of myself, my vehicle & my wallet!

Always the best. When my age and my back made me stop wrenching my own cars, Absolute is the only place that I could find takes the same care and approaches that I used when I was fully hands-on. Cheap they are not, everything takes more when your car is 23 years old, but consistent quality characterizes their work. And it took me a while, but I have at last begun to appreciate their suggestions around repair parts - - they know how to pick parts that work.

Brought in my car because of a noise in the front quarter. After initial check of car and low oil, Mike suggested it may be related. I thought that sounded crazy but what do I know. He changed oil and rotated tires. Crazy yes, but the sound is gone! And, I walked away with smallest repair bill ever. Feel like dealership would have sold me a major repair. Recently moved to Framingham and terrible experience in the past with the car repair place I had in Watertown. Asked for suggestions in the Framingham Community and most of them recommended this place and...they were right: it was just 1 time but they were professional, honest, accurate, and decent price. They will be my to-go place anytime any of our cars need anything.

Finally I found a mechanic I can trust and I know my car will get an honest assessment. No longer worried about "I wonder what would I need to fix now?" since no work will get recommended unless actually necessary. I have peace of mind.

Highly recommend Absolute Car Care. I took a used car there today for a pre-purchase check. They gave the car a thorough look over and Mike gave me his honest opinion. The staff in the office were very friendly and polite, speeding the process along when they realized I had been waiting a while. Thank you Mike and team!

I have been bringing all of my family cars to Mike and the team at Absolute Car Care. Once the kids started driving, it became really important to trust that those cars would be safe for them as new drivers. Absolute Car Care never let me down. My daughter's car had a flat. Took the tire to Mike @ Absolute Care Care. Heard back in an hour as to the issue. They ordered the part, called me 1st thing the next day. I went down with the car, they mounted the repaired tire, removed the donut, packed it back up in the back, and the car was pulled up front ready to go. Cost was very reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. We will definitely use them again in the future!Service: Tires

My truck broke down (overheated) in July and I called Absolute Car Care as it had decent reviews and was close. I was told it would take 1-2 months to have my truck looked at, which is fair, places are busy and good help is hard to find these days. I checked in periodically for the first 3 months, and understood it was taking awhile. At the 4 month mark I asked for a realistic time frame, and was told it would not be fixed until March (8 months after drop off). This was obviously frustrating, but I was extremely polite with the staff on the phone. The meanest thing I said was put yourself in my shoes, that s a long time after being told initially it would take 1-2 months. I also asked if they would cover towing costs if I moved to a different auto shop. I didn t get an answer to this question, but rather was told I had 2 weeks to get my truck off their lot or I would start getting charged a daily storage fee. Car had been there for 4 months with no work done. Absolutely mind-blowing. Stay away.

My first time there and certainly will not be my last. Mike and Joan were a pleasure to deal with. Mike even gave me options on how to fix my problem with reasonable prices quotes. Mike was pretty much booked but squeezed me in. I highly recommend Absolute Car care for all your automotive needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Mike and the team at Absolute Car Care for many years. I faithfully bring all four vehicles in for routine service and any other repairs that are needed. Mike is very honest about what needs to be fixed now, and what can be fixed later. Can't recommend Mike and Absolute Car Care enough!

Everyone at Absolute Car Care made leaving my car easy, and I felt confident that I made the right decision to bring it here. Fast, efficient, courteous, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy or fix anything. Mike explained what needed to be done and why, and how much everything would cost. The estimate was fair, and I ended up paying slightly less than the estimate. They were very professional and even finished my car early. They have a pick up and drop off service as well, which I didn't need to utilize, but it's nice to know that it is available.

Mike and his team at Absolute Car care are the best! The service is truly impeccable. I commute to Framingham for work every day and have no other way of getting from my job to my home without my car. My car dealership wanted to keep my car for 2 days just to change my front breaks. Mike was able to change my front and rear brakes and get me four new tires all in one day during normal business hours. This was huge for me! Thanks Mike and team for your great service!

People often say that it is hard to find a good and honest mechanic. And if you do not know Mike Foreman, then that statement is true. Mike and his guys at Absolute Car Care are competent and genuine professionals who take pride in their work. They only work on the real problems your car is experiencing, and do NOT try to up-charge or confuse you. Bottom line your car is in good hands with Absolute Car Care!

Always a positive interaction over 3-4 cars and well over a decade.By Dale R. in Ashland, MAAbsolute has always been thorough, professional and friendly. We have used them exclusively for years after negative experiences with other shops. They have NEVER tried to up sell. Once when my wife hit a curb and was told by the AAA shop that she bent a suspension part and they need to be replaced in pairs $1500 years ago she drove it to Mike (after they warned her it was not safe to drive the 2 miles). He put it up on the lift and told her there was nothing wrong. That s a situation many shops would see as an instant blank check! We recently had to have our car repaired in Framingham, while we were out of the country for an extended period. Absolute Car Care was recommended by my brother, who has been a customer for many years. Since we weren't there to see first-hand what needed to be done, we had to trust Mike to give us an honest estimate and fair pricing. He didn't disappoint! By all accounts the work done was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and the customer service was terrific.

I ve gone to Mike and his team for the last 2 years for my car and have always felt confident in the work they produce and feel well taken care of. My most recent repair was for a hole in my exhaust and an oil change on my Lexus IS250. I couldn t be happier. My car is quiet again, it drives smooth and the repair cost was less than what I anticipated. Mike is very honest, can be trusted, and is a rare type of mechanic who really looks after his customers.

I have used Absolute Car care for many years. They do a very good job with the little jobs (and don't overcharge) or larger fixes. I have been to many mechanics before and I can honestly say they are my favorite. I have referred my sisters to them and they took good care of them also. They really care about taking good care of people and let you know what things might be coming up in the future so you can plan. The thing I like the most about them is they are very honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would 100% recommend this place, popped my tire and needed my spare put on on a hot Friday afternoon 30 minutes before close not only did they take care of my tire very fast but did it free of charge. Owner is a stand up guyService: TiresService: Tires

My check engine light came on so I first to my BMW to the BMW dealership and was shockingly quoted an astronomical estimate for what turned out to be a faulty thermostat. I refused their estimate and vowed never to go to any BMW dealership for anything! I made a call to Absolute Car Care and was immediately treated with superior customer service and was quoted an estimate which included the breakdown of the pricing estimate. They fit me in and as promised they replace the thermostat for the estimated price. As far as I m concerned Absolute Car Care will have ALL of my business moving forward. Fast and efficient - and I completely trust their judgment on repairs. As a person with little knowledge of cars and what needs to be done, with other car repair places I sometimes worry that they are taking advantage of me. At Absolute Car Care, I never worry about that. I know they will do a great job at the best price.
