We are visiting from out of state and needed to get passport photos done for our applications to give the Consulate General of Belgium in New York (later on our trip). This location is so fast and efficient. We were in line upon arrival but didn t wait any longer than 2-3 minutes. Once at the counter they verified our membership, took the photos of our children, cut them size, and we were out the door. I don t think we were even at the location for 10 minutes that s how fast they were (which was great with having small children). Also want to add the staff are all super friendly, so it was just a great experience over all.

Wow, what a fantastic experience.My appointment was for 9:20AM, for the new Real ID.I was greeted immediately and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and explained everything.I was unaware of an issue with one of my forms of billing ID, luckily I had backup proof of residency!I apologize I do not have his name. (Longer dark wavy hair.)I sat down to wait my turn, which was minimal, when I was called up.I was greeted by Olga (I believe, according to the name tag.), very nice as well and took care of the rest.I don't know why anyone would want to go the the registry, when you can have a great experience at the AAA office @ 653 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701.My wife explained to me she had the same awesome experience, when she was there 2 weeks ago.Thank you for a great experience.

For the past year, Omar kazmi has dealt with my car insurance issues and struggles and out of all the insurance agencies I ve dealt with, Omar is one of the most helpful and friendliest person I ve ever encountered! His customer service skills are excellent and it was a pleasant experience talking to him and being able to help me out. any insurance issues I ever have down the road, he is the first person I m going to and will be my main insurance agent I go to!

Amazing experience!!! Unfair to compare this place to AAA other place in Middlesex county. 10 mim max I was out for DL renewal.

This place was fast, easy, and the people they got there are absolute delightful. I went in to get a IDP (International Driver s Permit) for a trip to Europe. I Google searched how long it would take and everything said two weeks. I walked into this AAA and walked out with Permit in hand under 30 min!

I was very disappointed! They did not help me with the situation with my brother he is disabled and just needed to get an ID but they couldn't help because of documents he brought has both of his last names on his birth certificate. so I don't understand why they just couldn't just give him an id! They said he has to go to city hall and change the last name but that is really hard to do because of how disabled he is and it is so hard to get him out of the house! It took me 2 hours to just get him in the car! Now I have to go to court because City Hall couldn't help me! I'm just so disappointed about it all!

Went there this afternoon to renew my license everyone I had contact with was more than helpful and efficient. It was a refreshing change from previous visits to the RMV

The employees are very kind and helpful. They're also quick. There have been plenty of people going there who do not have a membership with them, thinking that they can use their RMV/DMV services. I just want people to know that you need to have a membership with them, in order to use their services.

I went to renew my license and had a 2 hour wait but the customer service lady was so nice. She made my day. And to think she was suppose to be retired but came to work there. They have a great guy there named Omar. He has been so helpful in finding me a better price on my car policy and today he found me another great deal on my Home owners policy. Thank you

I went to renew my license on my lunch break. Armen was very professional and kind. Reminded me to renew my AAA membership adding a family member to it also which was really helpful and saved me a lot of time instead of doing it later. Because of his knowledge and responsiveness I was done within 10 min. Great service!! Would highly recommend!

Great experience!The last time I went to the RMV to renew my license it took hours.At the Framingham AAA office I was finished in about 10 minutes.Shortly after I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant clerk and she took excellent care of me.What a great benefit being an AAA member is!Keep up the good work.

Took 15 mins to get my Real ID after setting up an appointment ahead of time. Staff was kind, courteous, and overall good customer support. I'm going back here next time and using my AAA benefits. Much better experience than RMV.

I had an issue trying to register a new vehicle. Although it was not good news, everyone was super helpful and kind, both when I went in, and when I called the next day for some more help. The person in charge (Olga?) was so friendly and understanding, and really tried to help even though there was nothing they could do. I will definitely be using this branch again.

What a pleasure it was getting my license renewal today. Applied for a real ID, had all my paperwork ready and was in and out in less than 15 mins. The man that helped me was awesome and the lady that checked me in was outstanding.

My wife and I came to AAA to renew a driver's license and get passport photos. We were especially pleased that we could bypass the Registry process, which always seems to take a long time no matter how few people are in line. We received prompt and cheerful service from both the Registry business desk and the passport photographer and were done with the process -- for both tasks -- in less than a half hour. Good going,AAA. I hope the Registry services function can become more widely available at other branches.

Needed to obtain renewed driver's license. Process was painless at AAA, took about 20 minutes. Line was a bit long, however another employee came to take care of people in line and was able to process all documentation, except the eye test and picture. Definitely a positive experience and will use AAA for my next RMV needs.People were exceptionally friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable.

I renewed my driver's license here last week and service was fantastic. In and out in 10 minutes and I was allowed to retake my photo (when my first shot wasn't good enough to look at for 5 years). All without having to go to the RMV. That's reason enough to be an AAA member.

My license was up for renewal, never imagined the process to be so smooth & fast. Staff was great, especially the receptionist (apologies I am unable to recall her name, starts with letter A though). Super awesome experience.

The trip to renew my license was the FASTEST in my LIFE. There was no line to wait in. I did have all of my paperwork already filled out, but the service was quick and very friendly. I was worried that it was going to take forever (cause at the regular RMV branch it would have!). I was literally in and out. Fantastic staff and service.

I had to renew my licence in person this time around. I went to the AAA office, walked up to the "Registry Services" window, where I was immediately helped. The whole visit took about 10 minutes, as opposed to the normal hour or more at the Registry. The woman who helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great process.

Quickest and best service in the world. PERIOD. enough said.I have gone through several cars in the past two years and been to this location each time to register and insure etc my vehicle... They are very very helpful and so much quicker than the registry by far. AAA has saved me numerous times. I love AAA. Being a AAA member is necessary. THIS PLACE IS THE BESTA++

Great experience at AAA Framingham. Had to renew my license, but I couldn't complete it online because I needed an updated photo. I waited less than half an hour, chatted with several pleasant people who were also waiting, had my photo taken. About a week later, my official driver's license arrived in the mail as promised. (My only complaint? Wish I'd combed my hair and smiled for the photo!)

Poor customer service. Long wait time for AAA service. Clearly the employees are doing double duty between AAA and the RMV as the guy who was working at the RMV desk when I walked in hen was told to help me for AAA. Took 1/2 hour just to update and pay for my membership.

I went there to renew my driver license and the service was great. It took a very limited amount of time to get everything sorted out: paperwork and vision test. It was quite convenient to be able to go there instead of the RMV. I would highly recommend it to any AAA members in need of a new driver license in the area.

I would give this place a 0 if it was available. There were seven people behind the desk and only two were working. We were third in line and it took an hour and a half to be seen. were employees talking about the beach, getting edible arrangements and leaving, sitting and staring and then when someone asked they would say o yeah i can help you. When I finally got to the desk, the told me I had been scammed and didn't pay online for the license renewal. At that point I no longer cared. Then they told me no charge. ...so i guess i wasn't scammed? Attitudes were unfriendly and unhelpful. They could care less. Badly organized and broken system

So glad I went here instead of the Worcester AAA (they had a 3 hour wait) or the actual RMVs. going lunch helps beat the lunch rush all in all I spent 40 minutes, initial line 20 minutes, 10 minutes for RMV checkin, and finally 10 with the photo and scanning part. Worth it. The employees were great and nice and courteous to deal with. If you are doing a license, it's best to begin the application online which will help make sure you bring the correct documents for proof of who you are and get you through even faster. :) BTW as they are dealing with a sometimes unhappy public, be nice to them and smile and it will make it easier for everyone.
