Nick is a great employee, I went for a mount and balance for my winter tires and was missing a piece to the wheel, a centric ring but he did the balance still for free. Once I got the part, I went back and he did the mounting for free. The customer service was great and was able to get in w out an appointment both times I went. 100% recommend for your tire needs. I m super grateful.

I went in and the guy behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming. He was extremely helpful and new his s stuff well. Before I even had the chance to sit down he was already fixing my tire and the whol thing took less than one hour. I will be coming back agai. When my car needs work and hopefully have the same employee handling the tires. Thank you for a great experience.

Had a bubble on my tire. Ordered a Continental tire, noticed the was different than the others and my Benz is all wheel drive so I went back presented my problem and it was immediately assessed and correct tire was ordered and replaced the next day.no hassles and great customer service .thank u guys keep up the good work

Fantastic service at Tire Warehouse! Nick and his team were incredibly helpful in locating a pesky leak in my tire and repairing it promptly. The team's efficiency and expertise were truly impressive. Grateful for their quick and reliable service I'll definitely be returning for any future tire needs!

I had a bad experience with the tire warehouse in Clinton. Their employees are inexperienced, and they are always hiring. except for one guy named Nick. Their manager, Austin, is a terrible leader, and the shop is very dirty and chaotic. After purchasing four new tires, I had them installed on my car, but the ride was terrible. The car was all over the interstate, and I was afraid for my safety. It turned out that the wheels were not balanced correctly and didn't have the proper amount of air. Each tire had a different amount of air pressure. I tried to contact Austin a couple of times to explain to him what I had going on, but he would not see me, and the other employees did not know what to do. So, I contacted the tire warehouse in Fitchburg and spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matt, who is a young and experienced entrepreneur. He balanced all my tires with weights and adjusted the pressure in each tire to the proper level. After that, I received nothing but Smooth Sailing. Thanks, Matt! I've gone to this tire warehouse quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. Always fast, always professional, and done right. However this last time really set the bar much higher. I came in to get my tires balanced and rotated (no appointment). I was told that they could get me in later so I left my car there. I sadly get a call that my tires couldn't be rotated and they were down to the wear bar and that I needed new tires (100% not ideal to hear in the middle of the holidays). Nick walked me through how to set up financing and told me that he'd have to go to Clinton to get my tires because apparently my model Ford Explorer only has 1 tire size and Fitchburg didn't have it. He gave me a time estimate that the job could be done by approximately 3pm that day. Meanwhile, I was working on financing but the system was not working and sending me through circles. Nick told me not a problem and I can figure out financing later but I'd still be going home with tires today. Later on, I get a text from Nick at around 2:15 PM saying that my car was done and that the total for 4 brand new Cooper tires installed was $39 because he was able to get my old tires in under the manufacturers warranty...saving me, a single mom of 3 in the middle of the holidays $1400. Nick was courteous, professional and very understanding of the situation the whole time and he STILL was able to get my car done well under the time he originally gave me (approximately 45 minutes early) and thats after having to drive to Clinton and back and do whatever he needed to do behind the scenes to get me covered under the warranty. I'm greatly appreciative of all the work he put in yesterday and will definitely be back in the future for all my tire needs.

I had to get a plug in my tire, I called 6 places and they wanted an appointment (each place was over a week out) and or for me to drop my car off for the day. I live in gardner and work in hudson. Kind of almost impossible to do. I called tire warehouse and they took me without hesitation and were absolutely fantastic. Thank you.

Called around 11am and they fit me in at 2pm same day. Only took about an hour on a day they were slammed with winter tires. Seemed short staffed but still got it done quick. Every other tire warehouse was booked out for 2 weeks. 5 starr.

Terrible place don't waste your time and money going there.Bad customer service, they are extremely rude. They don't know what they doing. If you don't buy tires from them they won't put them on.Listen to me save yourself the headache and money Do Not Go There

I finally found them open when they are supposed to be and it was staffed with young kid drug addicts who would rather argue with me than do what I asked. They continued to curse me out as I left. Classy place. I called the number they said, I emailed Monroe...no answer on the calls, just on hold, and no response to the email.

I had problem with one tire. I went to several places in Fitchburg they told me no they but Mathew listen to my story and get the job done less thy thirty minutes. Best customer service . Highly recommended.

When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They asked me about my car and what had happened to the tire. When they were finished, they gave me a free air fill and checked the pressure in the other tires.Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Tire Warehouse. They were able to fix my flat tire quickly and easily, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tire service.

Went here for a set of new tires the manger had broken my wheel lock key when we had went back to talk to them he acted like it was one of his techs but knew exactly what car it was they didn t tell me it was broken when they gave me back the car the manger claims he was going to order new one but here we are a month later so unless you want your property miss treated and then ignored on weeks on end waiting for the new ones to come in I would stay away from this place I spent over 700 dollars there and got my property broken yeah I stay away from them !

I came into town for Easter weekend with my family from Rhode Island. I noticed my front tire was low. Knew something was wrong because I had put air in the tires earlier that morning. I called 3 other tire places and they all told me they were booked and I d have to leave the car with them before they could look at the tire. We were scheduled to head back to Rhode Island the next day (Easter Sunday). I called Tire Warehouse spoke to Store manager Matt Barrett. I explained the situation and he told me to come by and he would do everything he could to have it looked at today. When I arrived you could see they were crazy busy but Matt said if we didn t mind waiting he would ensure he would take a look at the tire. While we were waiting you could see Matt was juggling a few service issues all at once and I m tell you he was so polite and attentive to each customer he spoke to. He even kept apologizing for us having to wait meanwhile I was so great full that he was going to fix my tire. I m so great full for him and his teams help in fixing my tire. If I lived in Fitchburg I would be his client for life.

I just had an excellent experience at the Fitchburg location, after having had a very bad time at the Clinton location. (A tire pressure sensor had been broken during the installation of a set of 4 new tires. 7 weeks later I was still getting the runaround on when it would be fixed.) I took the car to the Fitchburg location and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience! Matthew Barrett the manager took care of my tire without an appointment at the end of the day! I had to go back the next morning as something was still up with it and they immediately took care of it for no charge. Highly recommend them.

I asked if they could replace my valve stem on my snow tire. They had a few other things they were working on, but within 15 minutes I had my wheel back to me for dirt cheap. No upselling, just courteous and professional service. Thanks again!

Matt was very professional and provided great customer service. The tires I selected online were not available in the store that I selected but Matthew came to a quick solution to help me out so I didn t have to drive around and find them elsewhere. I hope someone from Tire Warehouse sees this and updates the online portal so that the customer gets the tires they were anticipating on paying AND so the staff doesn t have to give bad news and most likely have a angry customer on their hands that they had no control over the situation.

This is hands down the best place to get your tire replaced. They don't try and sell you expensive tires like those other places. And the workers here are unfuckingreal. In and out in 10 minutes. Don t go anywhere else it s just not worth the time.

They were able to get me in same day, didn't have the tires I wanted in stock so the sales man drove to their other location to get them.. I am very happy with them all around and will be back when I need new tires again
